I first contacted them when Novi had a mandatory plumbing related regulation in effect and they seemed the most knowledgeable, available and at the best cost. The next time I called them, it took three visits and several workers to compete the tasks. While they did locate a replacement part that I needed, it all turned out to be much more expensive than I expected. Next, they came out for free to inquire about a question I had and caught a different issue in the process, which they took care of that day. So it seems a mixed bag with unknown outcomes, but they can usually come over quickly and get the job done.

They are not friendly and frankly I felt they just wanted me out of the store. One example, I was given advice on a faucet from them and when it was determined it was not going to available for 3-4 months, I asked for something similar. The front desk person just sifted through a delta catalog to see what faucet was available, not one that fits our design preferences, etc. (Note: I was able to find the faucet at Lowes and delivered within 3 weeks). I get that they might not keep stock on hand but I should not be shuffled through each faucet in a catalog to give me what delta has in stock at that time. It was rude and I felt demeaned because this is now how I wanted to get my room designed. A second example was for the 2nd bathroom for a quote for shower doors (European style). In the initial quote, we got a quote for regular shower doors. When I figured out that this was for regular doors, I asked for a requote. So, I set up an appointment for them to come out a 2nd time. However, a few hours later, another person from the store left a message on my phone with a quote that was over double. Needless to say, they didn't even do the order correctly the first time, they were inconveniencing me with their person to come out again but then also giving me a quote without even getting the order right in the first place. It seemed to me their back office and front office don't even talk. It had nothing to do with the money but I lost complete trust that they even care to do a good, quality job. So, I cancelled the appointment and will not be calling them again. We want to fully support small business but not Longs after giving numerous chances. Who knows?

He even uncapped the cleanout a second time to test to make sure he was seeing water flowing toward the street. He also gave me some tips on finishing my basement, as far as where to place toilets/sinks in relation to the cleanouts. OUTSTANDING company. Larry was super responsive. ( people listen do not ever use this excessively overpriced company!!) I called Burton feeling anxious.. Jordan showed up at my home quickly assessed leaky wax ring with no need for prior mentioned possible diagnostic charge. He was back the next morning with a nice new toilet ( because I wanted to replace the old one anyway which he agreed was a good decision). He brought an apprentice plumber he oversaw who did great work. They were in and out in about an hour. No mess nothing to clean up..everything clean like they'd never been here! I'm going to ad here that the cost for this was not much more than Thorns and Brooms recently charged me for replacing a bathtub spout which only needed to be changed because the shower diverter was old and not functioning well. And this company could not even get my slightly drippy bathroom bathroom Fawcett apart to fix the drip without replacing the entire fixture itself. They provided me with a detailed list of exactly the parts necessary to repair my unit. When the parts came in, I rescheduled an appointment, and the same guys arrived to fix the tub. At that point, they informed me that there was now a problem with a leaking pump motor. Again, they provided me with a detailed invoice. I am currently waiting on the parts to arrive. Thankfully, I was given the opportunity to speak with the owner. A first class gentleman. Turns out that one of the repair men is the owner's son. Obviouly, the companies run by an excellent business man and also father; as his son was a top-notch repairmen. There's a company closer to me (4 miles) that I didn't hire, because they told me a few things that weren't true (a fucking liar) I am much better off with the Hot Tub Outlet.
