After dealing with a salesman at Downeast with an attitude problem i drove to central Maine Toyota and bought a new tacoma.

My advice about the service @Downeasttoyota.    DON'T have any work done here unless you want to wonder what they skipped out on doing correctly or just plan did not do.    After my most recent repair of 3  CV axle boots that were torn and new A/T tires, they gave me back the truck and I noticed that it had gobs of grease left all over the control arms and brake calipers from them pulling out the cv and replacing the boots (pictured). Big deal they didn't clean up after themselves...    However, I looked a little closer after I was back home an hour and a half one way drive and come to find out that 2  of the boot clamps were NOT on correctly.    So I called and had to drive back an hour and a half the next morning.    When I was there under my truck on the lift with the mechanic and the service tech on each side of me and the service report in my hand, they both couldn't give me a straight answer what 3 boots had been done.   a couple of pictures show the 2 clamps that were Not attached correctly.   I told them about a (whoosh whoosh) noise coming from the back and they said "it's just the new tires"    I had to leave it overnight till 2 the next day (30+ hours) because they didn't have CV boot clamps in stock!   After all this to fix their mistakes, I got a "Thanks for understanding that people make mistakes"    Fast forward 4 weeks later I had my trusted mechanic in Nevada look the truck over during a tire rotation since I just drove across the country.   I asked him to look at the front end, adjust my rear brake shoes and check out the (whoosh whoosh) sound I could hear.   I got a call an hour later and told me to come look at a few things.   The rear driver side axle seal was in cockeyed and leaking all over the new shoes (pictured) that @Downeasttoyota put in when they pressed in the new seal and "repaired" the drivers side rear axle seal less then a year ago.    I asked my trusted mechanic to please remove and repair the axle seal.   I then get a call about the rear axle, it was about to blow through the bearing and release my whole tire and axle.   One of the pictures shows that the axle bearing was missing the retainers and clip that holds the bearing in. I have a small piece of it that wasn't ground up yet.   Oh yeah that (whoosh whoosh) sound is now gone after our trusted mechanic fixed it!        So that, my friend, means that @Downeasttoyota did a bad repair on that  seal "repair".   2 strikes with me, big deal it could happen to anyone right?    Now I'm wondering what they did with the Timing belt on my truck that I get to fix, since I had that done at Downeast too.    $2k + down the road for a repair the should have been done right in the first place by a "certified professional mechanic" or handled the "implied warranty of good workmanship" of their work in a professional manner.    Don't bother with talking to Kevin Kelly the service department manager. read more

we had a terrible experience . We were sold a car under deceitful practices. After spent 36,995 $ we found out 3 days after purchase had had a minor accident and was on car fax report. The dealership said to bad . They would not rerun us out financial interests and take car back or give us depreciation for that blemish on car fax. Terrible I am so sad that dealership would not make this correct. Is a nice car and do not think was done in intentional by salesman ( I hope he did not) But we do not feel we should have to keep a car we were sold without that disclosure up front. if I could give a zero I would. they did bad repairs (if they did them at all) putting me, my partner and my beloved dog at risk for bodily harm, and costing me twice the money and getting me stuck out west. now I am unsure if I can afford to spend time with my terminally ill father because my savings is gone. my father can't travel to me...so i may miss a precious winter with him. I Took my car to them for maintenance to avoid this kind of situation. they refused to refund me anything even after I explained all this. the first phone call Kevin had no empathy, no interest, he hadn't even availed himself of the details of my complaint before calling me. then he said simply he had no solution. He attempted to deflect blame onto other mechanics that had done oil changes on the vehicle. Oil changes have NOTHING TO DO WITH SUSPENSION WORK. when I asked why he bothered calling me, he said because Toyota corporate told him to. Not because he cared, not because he wants to fix the problem and has some ideas, because corporate told him to. on our second call he refused me a refund because of my negative complaints. complaints are part of business. if you don't want them, do good work and have integrity and accountability when you mess up. don't call someone who is clearly in distress about their situation with no solutions and no compassion and say you only called because its your job. Do you have any idea how it feels to imagine that a repair I paid for was done so badly it could have caused my life partner and dog to die??? and still because Toyota won't refund me anything I can't afford to have all the shoddy work fixed so we are now driving around wondering if our cvs will bust or if that timing belt was actually done. it's a terrible feeling to have and we didn't deserve that. Neither did I deserve the gaslighting and sexist treatment from the peope There who disregarded my multiple complaints about noise in the tires. THEY PASSED THE TRUCK ON INSPECTION WITH A BAD INNER TIE ROD AND REAR AXLE BEARING!!! Even after we kept saying the noise in the tires is not right. That noise was the bearing that was supposedly serviced by Toyota grinding away It's retainer. So it's evident they never did the seal or serviced the bearing, which according to the FSM IS STANDARD PART OF THE JOB. Additionally they left the clips on the cv boots open spraying out all the high temp lube. We had to take the truck back and make them fix that and I'm not sure now if the cv joints are ok. So if that was left undone on top of the axle seal and bearing you can imagine why we have to wonder about the rest of the work they did. this is a terrible company. Here's an honest review for you. Crossposted. This place and its employees are the poster child of incompetent. They completely denied my 2025 Sienna lift gate was severely misaligned, so bad the latch mechanism and striker were grinding together causing wear marks on both items, even preventing the gate from opening at times without a nudge. The service writer and tech were both rude, condescending, accusatory etc. (said it must've been in an accident, classic, spare me). They both said the massively misaligned panel gaps and grinding was all "normal" (can't even make this up). We took it to Central Maine Toyota and the service writer instantly recognized the ungodly panel gaps and grinding and acknowledged it wasn't normal at all (who would've thought). Central Maine Toyota realigned our lift gate so now it actually does operate normally and we couldn't be happier. Over the past 10 years, we have had many issues with Downeast Toyota including performing unauthorized work, poorly splicing wires together resulting in the wires shorting out and almost catching fire, TRYING to lowball us on trade ins, TRYING to price gouge us on new vehicles, denying warranty claims multiple times, employees being rude, condescending, accusatory, etc. etc. They don't like me because I don't put up with their BS and call them out. Do yourself a favor, avoid Downeast Toyota at all costs, and drive 60 minutes south to Waterville if you want to do business with a dealership who actually cares about your very expensive purchase. Brought my truck in for a simple inspection today after being there one month ago with no mention of any future concerns. Had new brakes and tires put on this year, as well as regular maintenance. My service technician, Jordan, was very kind and patient about my frustration. I'm aware things can change in a month, but I was told not only that my truck wouldn't pass, but that they couldn't tell me EXACTLY what is wrong with it. I've never been so dumbfounded. Made an appointment for my Toyota 4Runner ,the work to be done was extimated 3 hrs...new tires,alignment oil change and state inspection along with looking at the CD issues. it took over 5.5 hrs and I would still be there if I didn't keep asking what was taking so long. On Friday the July 26 2024, we had a appointment with the service department. This was our first appointment on a brand new four runner. We live almost 2 hrs from downeast toyota. This was a appointment we had made a couple weeks prior. Our appointment was at 10:15 am. At 8:22am we received a text to verify we would be there. Which we promptly verified. My wife made the 2hr trip and arrived early. We were told when we purchased the vehicle the first 2 years our services would be free. They also explained the first oil change would be 10,000 miles. I quickly responded I change my oil every 5000 miles regardless of requirement. I was assured we could go to any toyota dealership and have it changed anytime we felt it needed to be done. I would like to say first appointments through downeast toyota means you be here when we ask and we'll get it in when we feel like it, ( which turned out to be closer to noon). The appointment was set up for a oil change at our request. We'll after waiting over 2 hours for a simple oil change, we discovered that they decided a paying customer didn't know what they wanted or needed. So for our four hour drive, (round trip)., we recieved a tire rotation, windshield wiper inspection, and they checked drivers side floor mat. This took over 2 hrs. I am one pissed off customer. I feel I need to find a better toyota service dept. Maybe one that has a little common sense and appreciate our business! Though we had to purchase this vehicle from a different dealership, due to them not having one. I have bought from them in the past. I've been going here for years for my Toyota and the work they do is thorough and high quality but their customer service is little to be desired. I am always paired with Michele in the Service Department and she continually creates an unwelcoming environment to any sort of dialog other than her telling me what's wrong with my car and how I need to pay more money for it. I recall many times where I go to explain that I think I have already had something done and she proceeds to argue with me about my own car when I was just discussing what I might have done. If you don't want to read a lengthy review, let's suffice it to say that I live in Lincoln. I drove 50 minutes one way to Downeast for service. Going forward I will be scheduling my service in Waterville and in the long run it will save me time and frustration. I will not use Downeast Toyota again baring absolute necessity. I just this year bought a Toyota (not from this dealership), and was cautioned by family friends that have dealt with Downeast that they had not had positive experiences here. And oh my lord I should have listened. I had my 5000 mile service done here and was less than impressed with the communication, but I was able to just drop and leave my car that particular time. This second visit to Downeast has solidified for me that I will not be coming here again. I had a 10:45 appointment on 11/8 and was not able to just drop my car off so was going to wait for it. It took almost 15 minutes just to get my car checked in. I was told at this point that my standard 10,000 mile service would take roughly an hour and a half. Seemed like a lot, but okay. The shuttle service (which ended up being the only good thing about my experience) took me to Walmart to kill some time which I was grateful for. While I was at Walmart I received a text from the service attendant that checked me in stating that she would be providing me updates via text and if I had questions to text back at that number. Okay, awesome! The shuttle brought me back to the service department around 12:15 and I went to the "guest lounge" to wait. By 12:30 I still hadn't had any updates on my car, so I text the service attendant to see if she knew if it was almost ready. I waited 15 minutes and didn't hear back, so I went to the service check in area to ask for an update. This is when I overhear another service attendant state to a coworker that the attendant I had been working with has stepped out. Okay...that's irritating. It's now been 2 hours since my appointment time, I've received no updates even when I asked, and now the person I've been dealing with has left. So I asked a different attendant behind the desk if she could give me an update as it has been 2 hours since my appointment time and I'd been told it would take about an hour and a half. She took my name, looked up my account, and then proceeded to tell me that my car hasn't even been in a service bay yet. In fact, it was not even next up to be seen. I was shocked and quite angry. I told the attendant I couldn't wait any longer as I had other things scheduled in my day and she rescheduled me for first thing the next morning. My service really needed to be done, but the rescheduling caused me to have to cancel plans I had for the following day. My car did get in the following morning and was serviced after I waited another hour and a half. I am shocked and put out at the company's blatant disrespect for the lives and time of it's customers and lack of communication. I will not be back and would encourage anyone that can get serviced elsewhere to do it. Save yourself the time and frustration. read more

In our experience, this is a good dealership. We have nothing but thankfulness for the integrity and work of the salesman Ryan Witham there. I had many years of work in sales, and we were deeply appreciative that he simply worked to get us into what worked for us. He had no hesitation to walk through the rain, ask their mechanics questions on our behalf, answer my objections in a reasonable way, and with no pressure at any point. Never was there any of the classic sales lines like, "and so what will it take for us to get you into this car...". Obviously, we cannot speak for any other staff there. However, we are aware that the dealership in general has a very good reputation with the people that we know. We wound up buying a slightly used car and are very happy with our purchase. I often have buyers remorse, but Ryan did such a good job listening to us and helping us find what we needed, that we have no regrets. The car lacked its manuals and he said he would get some for us. We were nearly astonished when new manuals arrived in the mail just a few days later. Four stars instead of five due to what my wife and I consider a high pressure sales pitch from the finance department for the extended warranty. I would advise anyone going to any dealership to do your homework first on extended warranties so that you do not have to make a decision on the spot. I had a scheduled maintenance check-up that I expected to take 15 minutes on my newly purchased Tacoma. After I pulled the truck into the garage and gave them the keys I went to the waiting room. The service manager that received me then left for an appointment without writing a work order. My truck was moved into the back of the lot and I was completely forgotten. After three hours when I asked what was going on they realized their mistake and went looking for the truck. Once found, it took 15 minutes. Worst service ever! read more

I'm surprised. New to the area, so always ALWAYS skeptical about car maintenance shops. I didn't look at the reviews for this place until I got there, which is probably a good thing otherwise I wouldn't have gone. Here's the run down: My car engine light went on while driving out to Maine from Wisconsin. Because I wanted to see what a Toyota dealer would say I took it in to have them run the diagnostic, to get my tires rotated, and to have the oil changed. When I booked the appointment I was estimated an $87 total. This seemed rather high and when I inquired the woman who booked my appointment wasn't really friendly about explaining. When I got to the dealership I had my service attendant Mark answer my questions. I like Mark. I trust Mark. I'm skeptical of myself for trusting Mark... that's how it goes in the car industry. Nonetheless, Mark isn't doing my repairs, he's my middle guy--the very knowledgeable person who is supposed to come out and explain whats up with my car and perhaps see if he can push an additional cost or two on me. Did Mark do that? No. No, in fact, he did the opposite. He came out and told me what was wrong with the car but suggested I don't fix it because it wouldn't be worth the expense and might even be better for my gas mileage (the exhaust catalytic converter blew out). You can't beat a guy like Mark and you can't beat the free car wash and shuttle. Can you beat the price? Yes. It's a trade-off. read more

Would give 0 stars if I could. I called the service department here to check on any existing recalls or extended warranties on a Tacoma I was considering purchasing, just like Toyota recommends. I spoke with Andrea, who informed me that the truck did have an extended warranty on the frame because of rust issues, and that I should bring it in to have it evaluated. They would decide if it needed rust prevention treatment or a new frame. The frame had penetrating rust, so it was a pretty glaring safety issue and obviously needed replacing. I purchased the truck, and got ready for my service appointment in a few days. Fast forward to the day of the appointment, and Andrea calls back minutes before the appointment to tell me that the truck was too old to qualify for the extended warranty, and the appointment was canceled. I told her I had just driven a couple of hours to be there, and that I would be in shortly to discuss with a manager. Spoke with Steve, as the service manager Dan was not in, and the general manager Kevin was also not available. Steve told me that in the computer system, the truck appears eligible, but when you read deeper, the extended warranty had expired. When I asked him why the deeper reading wasn't done when I called ahead of time, he didn't have a good answer. As it stands now, I bought a truck thinking Toyota would stand behind it, and I've got stuck holding the bag. I'm out the money I spent on the vehicle, out the day of work I took off to bring the vehicle in, and out of patience. I'm not a wealthy guy, and the loss I'm going to take here represents a lot of my hard work and savings being wasted because of the incompetence of their employees. Nobody offered to work with me in any way; trading in the truck, a discount on the service that needs to be done, not even a lousy gas card to cover my miles. So far, nobody has even apologized for the mistake. Blown away that a dealership that has been around for 50 years does business like this, and would strongly encourage going elsewhere to keep them from doing it much longer. read more

Worst, unprofessional, and unethical dealership, stay away: We normally purchase our cars from Darlings in Bangor, however we decided to try Downeast in Brewer. We went to check out their collection of cars, and all the sales folks were courteous, and we eventually decided to get a used Camry. We were then taken to meet a the Finance officer (who's the scumbag in this story) to sign some paperwork. We had an Auto loan pre-approved at a lower rate (3.09%), but didn't have the check in hand. The finance officer convinced us that we could bring the check as soon as we receive it from our bank, but meanwhile we should have some loan approved and confirmed to take the car home. So he offered a higher paying rate (5.86%) auto loan, confirming that we do not have to go with this loan once we bring our lower rate (3.09%) check and resign some papers. We received our check a week later from our bank, then we tried calling the scumbag to fix an appointment to sign the paper work. Surprisingly, he never answered the phone. This went on for about two to three days. We kept calling, but only to reach his voicemail. This was during the Halloween week, so we thought perhaps he was off for a few days. Interestingly, there was no reply from him for several days. I even reached out his co-workers requesting to convey the message. One fine morning, he answers his phone and he callously tells that he can no longer accept our check, but to re-apply for an auto refinance and send that check directly to the higher rate bank (lien holder). We didn't want to deal with this scumbag, so we decided to refinance. We thought it would be a simple process, but it turned out to be a nightmare: 1. Now we have two loans approved on the same car: a higher-rate one and a lower-rate one. Our bank was shocked and suggested to proceed legally as were forced to take the higher-rate loan. We had to mail the lower-rate check back, requesting to cancel this loan. 2. By now, totally, there had been three or four inquiries into my credit score during the last two months. Obviously, when we try to refinance now, the rates are around 5.6%. 3. We now have no choice but to stay with the higher-rate loan for a few more months or until my credit score goes up, and then try to refinance. All this mess could have been avoided if the scumbag was a human being. Decide for yourself before considering Downeast. -Jack B read more

I just wanted to reiterate how unprofessional my experience today was. I scheduled an 11 am checkup for my truck. I was told it would take 1-1.5 hours. I sat in the waiting room for almost 3 hours and when I went to check on my truck they had not even looked at it. No one informed me that they were behind- a phone call, a visit to the waiting room, or a heads up in advance would have allowed me to plan ahead and get other things done instead of sitting there all day. Will never buy another Toyota because of the way I was treated at Downeast Toyota. Unfortunately my '98 4Runner had a HUGE rusted hole in the frame, and it was unsafe to drive any longer. The men at Downeast pretty much told me it was a "dud" because my 4Runner should have lasted another 100,000 miles. Their reputation of longevity in all teur vehicles is what prompted me to replace with another Toyota. They refused to recall my make and model (though they had taken other models for the same problem), and I felt they neglected to work with me to find something that fit what I was looking for. Save yourself some time, drive south for a better deal on a new Toyota. I had been emailing back and forth with an Internet Sales "Specialist" though Downeast for several weeks, inquiring on pricing and model availability. Let me just say this, with almost all other dealers in the state, it was so easy to get a price quote! Just click a button, and thats it. This is not the case with Downeast Toyota. They just want you to come in and waste your time, hoping you make an uninformed decision on the spot. Let's go back to the Internet Pricing. I literally clicked on one button on a competitors website, and promptly received a very nice quote via email (Much better than Downeast Toyota could ever do, but I will get to that part) This one click of a mouse, and reading the email all together probably cost me 20- 30 seconds of my life, which is fine. After many emails back and forth, I decided to come in for a test drive @ Downeast Toyota. The Internet sales specialist hooked me up with a salesman that apparently didn't "normally work there" and was apart of their used car division across the street. After the test drive, I told him i was going to wait until the specific model i wanted arrives before i do anything. I never heard from this salesman again. A couple weeks go by, I decided to go back in recently and see if what i wanted was on the lot. I didn't give any notice before i arrived, because i felt as though i needed a new salesman due to the fact i hadn't been contacted once by the guy whom i test drove with during the first visit. So, sure enough, there it is! The truck i want. I walk inside and hang around for a couple minutes before a salesman comes out and helps me. Judging by his confidence level, I would assume he has been there a while. He asked me to take a seat at his desk. We sit down, I tell this man Im interested in a truck, Iv already test driven and I want to have my trade-in appraised and talk numbers to see if we can work something out. First thing this guy says is "well, are you going to buy today? Id be out there all day doing appraisals for everyone so if you aren't going to buy today Im not going to do it." Really? I thought that was your job, sir. Excuse me to taking time out of my day to come down and see if Downeast Toyota can give me a deal on a new truck. After he said that, i pretty much decided I'll never buy a vehicle here unless the give it to me. So i stuck around, got my BMW appraised, and then we talked numbers(and he knew i wanted to buy, not lease) Heres where it gets good. After ALL THIS EMAIL AND THE SECOND VISIT to this dealer, The salesman finally gives me a Downeast Toyota quote on the truck. First he wanted to take my BMW in for trade towards a lease. Ok, whats my payment I ask. The same payment i was quoted at a competitors with zero down. Thats no big deal, I didn't want a lease anyways, i wanted to buy. So i ask, whats the quote on the truck if i wanted to trade the car towards a purchase? The "quote" was MSRP! Not one penny off the price. After all this time Iv spent trying to find the right truck for the right deal, I could have just gotten that price on my couch, from the Toyota website, about a month ago. Anyways we chatted for a bit longer about the deal, it was apparent they couldn't(or wouldn't) do much for me. I shared with him what the competitors were willing to do on the same truck. Downeast couldn't match it. He said "well why didn't you buy it there then?" -Because i like to shop around a make informed decisions before I buy, sir. Basically in a nutshell, if you're interested in shopping here I would be careful, and absolutely check competitors pricing before you do ANYTHING. The only questions I was asked while i was in to Downeast Toyota were "how much am i putting down" and "am i buying today" before we got anywhere. I strongly recommend checking with all other dealers within about an hour distance of Bangor if your looking into a new vehicle. Josh at Toyota helped me drive two cars. I wanted to drive another and it was getting near their closing time. He says to me, "You want to drive it you got to buy it. I am in the business of selling cars" Then proceeds to argue with me about my thoughts on a comparison between a honda and toyota. Then flat out tells me I am "misjudging and am uninformed" Needless to say the customer service was subpar and I am being generous. Because I did not look like a person who could walk away with a 20,000 dollar vehicle I got treated like a scab. Took my 20,000 check, (yes that would be the cash I have on hand to buy an expensive car I want!!!) and went to dealership down the road where the sales clerk was excellent AND the prices were better! read more

I recently took my 2005 Sequoia in for a 80K mile service and to fix the lift gate latching mechanism (known problem on this and new Sequoias for premature failure due to corrosion). While I was there, they advised that a rear CV joint boot was cracking, rear brakes were shot (I knew that...) and that the steering rack was leaking and needed replacement (no ME state inspection without this). I agreed to these repairs (thousands of $$...). Due to time constraints of that Saturday, the rack had to wait another visit... But, the other work was done and I drove home. The next day, my wife went to do groceries and when I opened the lift gate to unload them frrom the back, a piece of interior trim fell onto the ground. Interesting, I thought until I continued my inspection to find out that pretty much nothing removed to replace the lift gate latch had been reinstalled properly. Now, that's not so bad (actually, it is considering Toyota invented LEAN...), but I'm scared to death of the fact that the brake work and CV joint boot replacement (fairly invasive repairs of critical components) may have been affected by the more obvious lack of concern/craftsmanship of the lift gate repair. Everyone cross your fingers and hope I don't get killed (if my brakes fail or the axle comes off...). Crazily, I'm headed there next weekend to have the leaking rack replaced. If they mess that up, I might not be able to steer (uh, is that important???) The service manager and I will be having a chat... Wish me luck! read more

I had a shudder in my car, researched it online and figured out what the issue was. Took it in for a diagnostic and told them what I found online. I got the "you're just a woman and don't know what you're talking about attitude" and they come back that it was just my tires and I would be needing new front brakes soon. Explained that they were new tires and we had the issue beforehand. Of, course didn't listen. While the "insurance guy" was explaining what was wrong with my car the had already started balancing my tires. To which surprised them when I didn't want to have my tires balanced and would take it elsewhere and they couldn't charge me. Again I explained what I found online and the "insurance man" did supposedly checked for recalls and there weren't any. I researched again on line and found the recall form for what was wrong with my car, took it to a Toyota dealer in Waterville, ME and they knew exactly what I was talking about. Wthin 2 weeks my car was all fixed and I'd rather drive an hour to get my car serviced then take it to the Downeast Toyota. This dealer should realize that with all the information that is available to consumers you can't jerk us around anymore and do unnecessary work. read more

I bought a 2003 highlander from an IRA dealership in Mass. When I got it home, the check engine light came on (failed catalyst). On good faith, IRA allowed me to bring it to a "certified Toyota" dealer here in Maine and charge it to them rather than drive it down to Mass again for repairs. My first bill was for over 1600.00, which was totally within reason for the parts, time and labor. Problem was, the new converter was never installed, Two new O2 sensors were installed, and it took them two extra days to get a 20 min job done. I also had to call to find out what was going on with my SUV and to find out when it was completed. After 70 miles my check engine light is on again. I brought it to my mechanic of 15 years, and he pulled the same codes again, and also noticed the "new" missing parts. My mechanic called the parts department and found that the converter was still at the shop with my name on it. When I confronted "service manager" eric doak, in few words he called me a liar and to bring it back to "try to get it in this week". I demanded Monday first thing which happened. I dropped it off at 7am and drove to Lincoln. We returned at 1pm that same day, and it wasn't done. From 7am to 1pm eric never thought to call me with this issue to give me a heads up. eric claimed that IRA had to "OK" the work again, and that he "had been calling all day" and no one answered. I called and got Mike, my salesman, and he had just got done talking to them and was upset as to what was going on. It was 10 mins after talking to Mike my SUV was in the shop. At 3:30 pm I was able to leave with my SUV. It is now at my mechanics getting a bumper to bumper check. Not only do I have an interesting story, but I also have a nice dent in the rear on my SUV to always remind me what happened! Since when is the customer wrong? I was in for a very specific fix, and no one can give me a straight answer on why they didn't just do it, or keep me in the loop as to what was going on. I realize that my used SUV is not a new 30K purchase, but it's my hard earned money. If dealerships want to "screw" each other, why use customers property? read more

Hats off to the DETAIL TEAM!! They did an unbelievable job! My truck was a mess.... road salt stains, coffee spills, over spray from bed liner installation, pet hair, etc. I feel like my 2010 Tundra is brand new! Lot's of great vehicals at fair prices. The salesman that help me, Ryan Witham, was laid back and genuine. He helped me get into the perfect car for me. I will be going back there in the future. Great leasing options. The only things that I am responsible for replacing are the tires and breaks. The protection insurance was very reasonable. It covers 5 damages up to $1,000. Now I don't feel like I need to drive it like it is a piece of glass. I shopped around other nearby dealerships and I felt like I was just another sale to them and they didn't care about helping me get into my dream car. Highly recommend Down East Toyota! read more
