Every time I was purchasing a vehicle through either the Ellsworth or Bangor branch, I've had nothing but excellent service. When I picked it up the vehicle the light had not been fixed because they did not have the part. I was still charged $200 when the recall repair was free. I called to complain and was told that when the part arrives it would cost me at least $400 for the repair. This is ridiculous and I will not be going there for this repair or any other service ever again. I should have been told that it would cost $200 just to check the cause of the outage and I would have refused to have it done.
