I purchased a new unit sight unseen recently. I initially called to inquire about a used unit on the website and was told it was already sold. I was then told another unit just came off the truck and was available so I put down a deposit. After the unit was paid for I was told it would be weeks until the unit was inspected by Webb's. I told Webb's we already had a trip planned and I needed it in 2 weeks. They were ultimately accommodating and we traveled to Bangor to pick it up. Webb's is very easy to find and has a lot of models in stock. They're "behind the times" in terms of using technology to organize themselves as a whole. My husband and I stood around waiting for someone to help us pick up our paid for unit for what seemed like a long time which was frustrating considering we just needed to hitch up and go and we were the first customers of the day. The salesman was apologetic that he was "all over the place" due to lack of computer systems. The RV accessory shop is not well organized and difficult to find what you need without someone to point you in the right direction. Once we attached the camper to our truck we were asked if we had questions and handed the keys. Luckily we watched a lot of YouTube videos on the unit before purchasing so we were quite familiar with everything. Everyone was friendly and I'm sure I'll be bringing the unit in for services with time. Overall I simply wish they used email and would stay more on top of things. Another business that is full of crap and will waste your time. Last spring I went here looking for a toy hauler. They only had a little ones or giant ones. The salesman told me they wouldn't be ordering more because they don't sell good and I should just look at a regular camper. As I didn't want anything but a toy hauler I moved on. Today, while driving by I see they have a couple toy haulers in. I wanted to check out what they were on the website and there are no images and it looks like the last time the site was updated was 2015. Business that don't keep up with what customers want or technology will die a slow death. Good luck to these folks, they will need it. read more

The people at Webb RV are extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help repair our RV.

We had a small problem that Cash and John were able to help us fix. After arriving at the Pumpkin Patch RV Resort, we locked the keys inside the RV...on a Sunday night. Nobody had a key that would work, so we stayed in the Campground's cabin (accommodations offered by the campground managers!). Anyway, Webb's had a "master" key that unlocked the door, and we got back inside the RV! When we took the "master" key back, they sold us a set of blank keys and we had the spares cut at Ace Hardware in Hermon. We also found many other things we needed at Webb's...I think they have better inventory than most Camping World stores! This is a great store with GREAT people that are very knowledgeable and willing to help! read more

If zero star reviews were a thing, that's what we'd give our experience at Webb's RV. After making an appointment for service, we were told to wait so they could assess our issue and let us know if it was a quick fix or they would need longer. After 2 hours of waiting, and little information from the service department, it was determined that a part needed to be ordered and we should drive the 2 hours back home. We were told the part would be ordered that day or the next. This was on a Friday. There were a few other issues: a water leak in our bathroom and a leak in our grey water tank that they were supposed to check on for us. The following Tuesday we called for an update and no one seemed to know what was going on. The part had not been ordered nor had the leak issue been investigated. Fast forward a week, we call again. The part still had not been ordered, but were told the leak issue had been resolved. We decided to cancel the part being ordered and to pick up our camper as Webb's had had it for 11 days and still not ordered the part. We arrived today to pick it up. Our 'folder' could not be found and a ticket had to be created based on what we told the service representative was done. We were assured the leak had been fixed. We paid $145 for parts and labor and headed out. Once we arrived home (a two hour drive) we discovered the leak had indeed NOT been fixed. We called and were informed that we had 'described the issue wrongly' and that the service department had done what they were told. The person who answered the phone had many excuses as to why our list of issues was not addressed - though we have record of sharing with Webb's RV what exactly was wrong - and preceded to hang up on use TWICE as we requested a refund as we paid for services that were not rendered. To his credit, and to get rid of us i assume, the service agent did eventually refund our $145. They don't seem to know their right from their left. We will never return to Webb's RV as they are rude and untrustworthy. After sitting for two weeks at Webb's RV, nothing we asked them to address was done. I am certain the only reason they remain in business is because they are the only game in town. Beware. read more

The work I had done was great. However dealing with the service manager Jeff, was a nightmare. I spent close to $1,000 for work, but i felt i was walking on egg-shells to get the work done by Jeff. I initiated a request April 29, 2015 for a quote on certain items, talked to Jeff, he said he would get back by e-mail (never happened), called and spoke with him, took three tries to get him to understand what i wanted. Finally told me he would order the parts, and e-mail or call when they came in. Never received e-mail or call. Contacted Jeff again, told me parts would be ordered and he would contact me, guess what?? Never heard from him. I guess I am partly to blame for continuing, but my wife felt we owed the business to them since she told him to order the parts. Called him again later, he said they came in, but did not email or call us. Made an appointment, finally got in, got the work half done, but since Jeff didnt ask the right questions, he ordered wrong parts, didnt tell me until half done. Told me he would order the correct parts as soon as we left, and email us to let us know. No email, no call. Called later, he said he would get on it right away. POINT IS...the guy appeared to not really care. Called the owner to relate my concerns, owner didnt really want to hear about what was wrong, told me he would have the part delivered to me. Owners son delivered the part, i felt physically threatened by him as he argued with me. NEVER BUT NEVER Will i do business there again. Very frustrating to fight and argue so i can spend my $1000 with a business that fails to keep their promises read more

Had a problem with my shower drain and this nice old man came out and asked me how I was doing. After seeing what trouble I was having he disappeared and came back to tell me that he would take care of it next thing I know the campers in the repair shop and I was on my way in under an hour. We ordered a replacement window over a month ago. I brought in the actual cracked window along with the camper ID paperwork. Told parts guy specifically it was not the window on the door side. He even asked me again when on the phone with the company and I confirmed which window. Wrong one came in. They said they would reorder then forgot to call it in. Then we were told it would be in the following week. No window yet. I called parts and guy said he would call the company and call me back. No return call. Guess I should have taken my cue from the first day I went in and the guy in front of me said the part they had ordered for his camper came in but they used it on someone else's unit. I should've just called the manufacturer myself. read more

Traveling through and I was in a bind with a warranty issue with my new RV. They were supposed to be a servicing dealer however we were pretty much turned away. You have to wonder why a company constantly advertises their pencil. My guess is that their word of mouth is sorely lacking. I had a 4 year old deluxe travel trailer and they said they would sell it for me. Before we came to an agreement, they promised to detail it so we could maximize the sale price after a winter in storage. Bottom line: they blew off the detailing, got an extremely low offer due to the musty/dirty condition and said basically "take it or leave it and take your trailer out of here.' I brought up the detailing promise and was told that it was not in writing so it was my word against theirs. In Maine we have our reputation, honor and we rely on referrals from satisfied customers. Not happy ,is a understatement . We purchased a 2005 motorhome, Told our sales guy we wanted LED lights on the awning, He says $165 dollars . Fine ! Have bought several Rvs from Webb's. Sales staff more over Gregory B (Yellow Shirt) are outstanding.. Service leaves a lot to be desired. we made an apt back in early sept to look at an ongoing leak in undercarriage of our 5th wheel... unit was never diagnosed as planned during the next few wks. Had plans first week of October so we reluctantly went and got Rv. It leaked all the time we used it. made yet another apt to bring it back on Oct 18th to have it finally diagnosed. it set for another 2 to 3 wks before it was looked at only to find that grey tank was cracked and had been leaking under Rv all this time............ unit currently still sits in Bangor as the snow piles up here in Central maine. Besides Greg and John the complete lack of customer service on display leads me to question is there anyone in service that actually cares and more importantly competent to access and correct there current issues (always have excuse that they are understaffed when you call as hardly ever do they get back to us) read more
