First he denied that we even had an appointment, and when I reminded him I spoke to him twice in advance to confirm the arrangement, he then informed me they don't work on RV trailers (only cargo trailers), which left us in a lurch. With just a few hours to spare before our flight, we had to scramble around and find an RV storage lot. Not good.

Beware - they are dishonest…read more I took my RV in for service, they called and said my slide was fixed but that my stairs were making a noise and charged me to repair them even though there were no noises when I dropped it off. After paying and inspecting it was obvious they had an accident, the gears were bent and the motor screaming - inoperable. Clearly they drove it with the stars down and bent them. I tried to discuss with the but they denied it and hung up the phone. For extra insult when I got home I saw that they had used the toilet and not flushed it.

It was stated that I would receive a call if someone else made an offer. I never receive a phone call and was just notified this morning that my money is being refunded because someone else purchased it. I was told when I put a deposit down that I had first right of refusal and would be given the opportunity to "jump in or out" if someone else made an offer. I was NEVER given that chance. I wouldn't trust this location's management to be honest with you about what making a deposit on a vehicle means. They don't honor their own policies at the end of the day, even if the salesman you're working with attempts to do all they can to help you. Management is clearly has zero integrity and I would not recommend purchasing or putting money down a vehicle. You'll just end up disappointed.
