Was taking my car to Goodwins in Brunswick but it's horrible there.. when my transmission went I had the tow guy bring it all the way up here and ain't never had any issue, always drive the 45mins to have my vehicle actually taken care of! Wow just wow!! I just moved here from Texas and am blown away by the service of Paul Blouin! I was previously never going to buy another Mazda again because of the headache I dealt with at my previous dealership in San Antonio Texas related to the beige seats staining. However, the general manager at Paul Bloudin assured me they could have fixed this issue as they have with other customers. I bought from this dealership because that they had the bike I wanted. Suzuki is offering a $1000.00 off on some models such as the S50 that I bought. That and a small cash discount were my incentives. I had arranged to have the bike delivered this week with the understanding that it would be serviced before leaving the show room. When it arrived it wouldn't start and the battery was so low it went dead. Back to the dealer ship with further assurances that every thing would be taken care of. This time it did start I'll give 'em that. Today I restarted it and couldn't help but notice it's running rough. Checking the tank I see that it wasn't even toped off. How poor is that ? Probably the same fuel has been in there since '09. Gonna check all the fluid levels tomorrow and will up date. I now have serious doubts about this dealership. Update: Drained the fuel, added new gas. Runs a little better but still stumbles and stalls out. Definitely old fuel. May have damaged the carbs. What kind of dealership lets a bike go out like this ? Sending it back yet again. If they don't make this right I am going to invoke the Lemon Law. read more

Left a review a few years ago, somehow it's gone. Will try again... Leaving no stars would be more appropriate. I Negotiated a deal on a used motorcycle with one of Paul's sales people. We came to an agreement on price and was in the process of doing paperwork. Paul came over and made a scene in front of everyone refusing to sell for the price I was given. Paul was very unprofessional, rude and spiteful. Disrespectful to his sales staff and his customers. I wouldn't buy a spark plug from this place. Do not trust the reviews, it appears that when they get negative feedback they're able to start over or negotiate getting rid of them. read more

We shipped our motorcycles here from WA State to ride back across country. They did a safety check on both bikes and installed an air intake on my Indian, they are also a motorsports dealer. We showed up, loaded up and went to leave and BAM, starter blows. They wheeled it in the shop and had me on my way in literally 20mins. Before they knew they had the starter in stock, they offered us a car to use for the weekend since we arrived in a Friday and they would be closed. They made the process of shipping very relaxed and put up with our millions of questions like champs, its nerve wracking sending your property to strangers on the other side of the country but they made it very easy! Was dealing with one of the sales people and made an offer on a used bike. Sales person accepted my offer and was writing up the paper work when the owner came over and made a scene. He stated he would not sell the bike at that price (with embarrassing anger) and revoked the sale agreement. Even the sales person looked shocked. He was VERY unprofessional and rude to me in front of my young child and other customers in the showroom. I was shocked with the poor communication between the owner and his sales team. Complete lack of tact and professionalism. This was several years ago and have not been back since. I do NOT recommend doing business here! read more

Horrible Horrible ! Purchased a Used Mazda CX-9 here from Mr.Blouin himself was promised the car would be gone through with a fine tooth comb and detailed before we brought it home . After bringing the vehicle back to their service department 4x for front end issues still nothing got fixed or detailed there was a dirty diaper under the seat grease stains and some kind of red substance all over the roof of the vehicle, it never got cleaned like promised. This all happened while under his 100% warrantee.. so I took it to my own garage they called to ask who put the sticker on my vehicle because my ball joints were so bad it should have never gotten a sticker to begin with.. Nope we have had numerous issues since day one put thousands of dollars into the vehicle, to this day .When notified Mr. Blouin he avoided my calls . when I finally did speak with him he yelled at me "I don't know what to tell you, looks like you're going to have to cut your losses and deal with it , I don't know who you think I am I'm not some Fucking side dealer off the street ". I then started to cry telling him I want you to fix my car or give my money back because I don't want to pay another cent fixing a car I haven't even made my first payment on yet. Mr. Blouin would not do anything even after I contacted the better business bureau. So we Got screwed never again I will always remember the way he treated me so sweet and promising when he's selling, But boy don't ask for that after you've signed on the dotted line . I will tell anyone who wants to purchase a vehicle of any kind never never go there he's just a big fat bully.. All I can do know is say Karma Mr.Blouin and I hope it cost you millions . The price was more competitive than anyone else in the state and the purchase process was straightforward and respectful of my time and intelligence. I was amazed at how quick and efficient the process was. The sales rep took care of me from the start of the sale through the financing. It was an extremely efficient and "clean" car transaction. As a result, there was no strong additional sells from slick finance staff. When I was leaving, the sales staff asked me to recommend people to them when they ask about my new car. I was not looking forward to the car buying process. I was told to look at Paul Blouin's Mazda and speak with Brandon. I got a hold of him before hand and set up a time to meet with him. He knew all about the situation I was in with my trade and how I needed to get out of being upside down. He had a lot of the work prepared before I got there. Had 3 cars picked out that would work with my budget. Right off, he was very warm and inviting with no pressure. I felt like I was talking to a good friend. We found a car that fit my needs and budget and Brandon worked with the connections he has because of the good business relationships they have with different banks and credit unions and got me a very low interest rate. I absolutely love my new car and it was all done in less than 3 hours. I now know I have a safe and reliable car to go on long trips this summer without any worries. This has possibly been one of the worst dealer experiences we have had. My boyfriend and I looked at a truck from there around mid July. We called them about it as we could not find it on their website. They stated they had just got it in, and to call them back in a week after they could get it in the shop. So we waited, called back, (we were on vacation) and he spoke directly with Paul Blouin. Paul Blouin was very nice and helpful at this point, he gave him a price as is and a price with a new inspection sticker, both very reasonable. So we call back when we get home, truck still isn't ready (now about two weeks after the original call) my boyfriend speaks with Paul Blouin at first and then quickly transferred to a salesman named Paul. This Paul states that there was more wrong than expected and for the sticker it will be a thousand dollars more. We agree to it, we have been looking for this type of truck for a while and the price still seemed ok. So we complete the credit application and about a half hour later Paul the salesman calls back with the monthly payment and interest. We don't have great credit so at this point we are really happy, interest rate was much better than expected. So Paul the salesman says he will call us back on Monday....no call. Tuesday....no call. We call, it's still in the shop, he says he will call us tomorrow to let us know when it will be ready. Wednesday...no call, Thursday....no call, Friday...no call. We call, Paul the salesman calls us by random names and says they can't fix the truck. What?? We are now three weeks in and you decide this? (It needed the rear end replaced, something most dealerships should be able to do!) So at this point we are really frustrated. We call Paul Blouin again the following week, since they led us on for about two weeks and ran our credit, we want our truck. He says ok, they will put it back in the shop Monday, and he will call us Monday evening. Monday....no call, Tuesday....no call, I email....no reply...Wednesday....no call. We give up! read more
