Charlie's has a number of dealerships so if Subaru is not your cup of tea and you're looking for a vehicle, I would check to see whether Charlie's sells that vehicle. Excellent customer service ! Plus, the family that own owns the dealership is very active in local philanthropy !! Win win !

No one listens and they are full of excuses for why not and not trying to solve the challenge at hand. I felt treated as if they were not interested to solve my problem but to take my money and never fix anything. I tried not to come back but I'm left with no choice. Yes this the second time if been to CMM for service. The fist time required many days of listenting to clueless service writer's. Finally after too many phone calls I located a manager with a clue. It was finally fixed. This time they are trying to upsell before fixing the problem. They will not give you an answer if you ask what would CMM response to someone else fixing the problem before they tried to upsell. I probably spent good money on a bad warranty product at a place with even worse customer service. I will get the problems fixed regardless if CMM does the right thing or it comes out of my pocket. Never recommend Charlies Motor Mall

They fixed the initial problem and even gave me a rental car when the repair was taking a longer than expected time. thank you Darlings! I am about to trade in and buy a new vehicle as this one is getting to about 100K. In March, I brought by car in for an inspection. I also asked to have the cabin air filter changed, the oil changed and a basic multipoint inspection for any impending issues. After the initial state inspection, I was told that one of the rear brake lights wasn't working. I told them to fix it. I come pick up the car and move in with my life. In mid-August someone tells me that my car is way past it's inspection sticker date.... I call Darlings and say "someone forgot to put an inspection sticker on my car." Your agent looks up the job, notes that the inspection found the brake light problem. But, there was no corrective action on the invoice. I assure the agent that I told them to fix it and it never was. They schedule for me to drop off my car for ANOTHER inspection (cause it's been beyond the legal 30 days) at a super inconvenient time...although not as inconvenient as getting pulled over and getting a ticket. I am now told I have to pay hundreds of dollars for a ball joint and the brake light seemed to magically fix itself. I talked to three agents so far. All of them refuse to believe anything but the lack-of-information in the invoice. I assure them that I asked to have the brake light fixed when they called to inform me (pretty standard stuff). The only response I get is for them to re-explain the 30 day window for state inspections.... Each of your agents refuse to acknowledge that there was a mistake made. Each of your agents refuse to do ANYTHING about follow up other than explain the situation I'm in at the moment. In fact, I was told by two of them that THEY personally weren't involved in inspecting the car. So, they're not the ones to complain to....implying that I have to somehow chastise the individual mechanic or person I talked to in March for dropping the ball rather than just holding "Darlings" responsible. I'm not looking for a free ball joint. The inspection was free already because I bought the car there. So, I'm not even looking for a free inspection. But, I'm not even getting an apology. I'm getting "there's no way we can determine the truth of the matter from our paperwork and therefore we are neutral...not placing blame and not providing any customer service to alleviate." This is terrible customer service to a loyal customer. Within the next two years, I'll be replacing two vehicles. I NOT be buying them from Darlings. I will not be servicing my vehicles at Darlings. Everyone I hear mention the the word "car" will suddenly get a story of how unbelievably crappy an experience I had with Darlings. Maybe you don't care because I don't spend enough money. But, if you were an honest and fair shop, you should.

After securing financing we were then handed off to the financial person. He had his own agenda, pushing the expense extended warranties. Keeping us distracted never discussed the price and deposit. Later we were bothered by this and looked over the paperwork. We found the window sticker that had never been applied to the car. It was $8000 more than the sales person told us. Actually it was the MSRP of this vehicle. When we went in to discuss this, we were told the sales person was no longer there. Also, the financial person was let go for his deceptive methods. When we asked about the difference in the price we were told used cars were often more. My research showed that the price we were told was the average for that car when we purchased it. NEVER, EVER Purchase a car from any of Charlie's franchises. I don't care how many free car washes I get it'll never make up for the money that I feel they stole from us.

Shannon, our sales guy, was pleasant and knowledgeable, and even came in on his day off so we could pick the car up at our convenience. He walked us through getting CarPlay set up and through any of the features we were not familiar with from our 2020 RAV4 Hybrid. Michelle, the Finance Manager was also very pleasant and made all of the paperwork easy. They also have a nice perk with free car washes for the life of your car, but we live too far away to take advantage of them, though will swing in whenever we head north. All in all a positive buying experience and I would definitely recommend Charlie's Toyota to anyone looking to buy a Toyota.

I stopped in on a Saturday afternoon to look at the differences between some different models and trim levels. Shannon, the sales guy who helped me, was extremely helpful. He clearly explained and showed me the differences between everything I was interested in looking at. We spent about 20 minutes and in that time I was able to determine what model and trim levels I should narrow my search to. Shannon was not pushy at all, gave us space to look, and was extremely knowledgeable. Getting an in-person look at the sizes and trim levels here at Charlie's Toyota was the most time well spent of all my car shopping experience. They ended up not having the used inventory I was looking for so I purchased elsewhere, but the time I spent here was instrumental in my decisions. I definitely recommend working with Shannon!

The salesmen are patient and knowledgeable and have always found the right vehicle for my needs. They have a substantially large network of banks and credit unions they reign in and have always been able to find a loan I could feel comfortable with. If something didn't work they were dedicated to trying again until they found the loan that was perfect for me. All 3 vehicles were mechanically sound and I never had a problem with any one of them. I have had my vehicles maintained @ their repair center and I have no complaints about their service either. They have a large waiting room with plenty of seating, a television, magazines, refreshments and a vending machine. I've had oil changes, transmission fluid and tires changed as well and other routine maintenance. They have always been polite and competitively priced. After a deer accident I took my Explorer to the body shop. They were fast with the repairs and the paint job matched perfectly. I couldn't have been happier(unless the accident had never happened in the first place). In my experiences O'connor Buick GMC has always been there for me for all my automotive needs with a quality product, friendly staff, competitive price and it has been my pleasure to do business with them! Even when the repairs would cost a little more the other quotes I obtained I chose O'connor because I knew the quality is unmatched in the Augusta area. In addition, their website is cutting edge, easy to navigate, and otherwise all inclusive and can be accessed from the comfort of ur own home or office. In today's fast paced life it's nice to have such conveniences. You can even schedule a test drive! U can't get much better then that!

He obtained a rental car and dropped his truck off the day before his appointment to ensure it was ready for them the morning of his appointment. Not only did they not get it get to it the day of his appointment, but they also didn't get to his truck the day after his appointment. They also didn't bother to call him and let him know the status of the situation at any time. So he was without his truck for three days, had to rent a rental car, had to obtain an Uber drive and now he's out over $100 and they never even got to his GMC Denali truck. What a way to lose a future sale from fellow Augusta residents and business owners. Why even have appointments scheduled if you're running 48 hours behind on service and still aren't getting to it before the weekend?!

    i was waiting in the service area to pick up my cf moto z force 800 that had 329 miles on it…read moreservice manager told me it had a bad head gasket and it would cost 3000.00 to 4000.00 to rebuild the upper end so i brought it home and put a new fuel pump in it and it works great but back to the top of review waiting for my atv i was listening to the service manager on the phone with a costumer that drop his bike of for a state inspection he told the costumer he needed 2 tires and a side marker light at the cost of 900.00 the costumer wonted to go somewhere ells the service manager said it was to late the bike was already in shop so when service manager got of the phone he slid the service window open in to the shop and told the tec to go ahead and bring in the bike for 2 tires and side marker light for state inspection he just got go ahead from costumer. the service department is very dishonest.

I have also recieved great customer service at the parts counter and the service department. The entire staff has been great. Go see new and used magnificant and outrageous beautiful Harley Davidson Motorcycles and Accessories. It's fun just to look around even if you can't afford a new Harley, Yet!
