We showed up to look at a specific vehicle when we got to the dealer no one came out for a solid 20 minutes. We called the number to the Mitsubishi dealer and was hung up on. No worries people are busy I understood this. We went to the Subaru dealer to find help we were greeted by a friendly salesman who was helpful but we decided not to go with the vehicle presented. We asked the manger if there were any lease specials on other brands when we were told " you would have to go to each dealer individually and ask as they only deal with Subaru". Didn't understand this since it's all Charlie's but again I understood. this was now a hour and half of my time. We finally found the vehicle we went there for where I was met but a salesman named Colby who began to yell at me while I was talking. He told me the vehicle was on hold even though we were told the vehicle was available literally 3 minutes prior. I walked away and went to the main dealer next to Toyota. The salesman here was FANTASTIC! We had explained we had received offers for our vehicle elsewhere and we were told previously they would match this. after we found the vehicle to work numbers on they came in 4k below the trade in price they said they could match 3 weeks earlier!!!!! The guy who came over with the numbers was almost put off after I told him this and said we're all in.... This turned out to be a 5 hour process and a huge waste of time. When asked to run numbers in another vehicle he said well call you later today or Monday really it takes that long to run numbers through a bank? I have never experienced this at any other dealer ever. In the mean time he's next to us telling another customer we want this deal done today and we'll work with you and make it quick. Seriously? Worst dealer and experience ever!!!

Recently purchased a used Subaru at Charlie's. The sales…read morepers was new but seamed knowledgeable. We were handed off to the sales manage, this is where the deception started. After securing financing we were then handed off to the financial person. He had his own agenda, pushing the expense extended warranties. Keeping us distracted never discussed the price and deposit. Later we were bothered by this and looked over the paperwork. We found the window sticker that had never been applied to the car. It was $8000 more than the sales person told us. Actually it was the MSRP of this vehicle. When we went in to discuss this, we were told the sales person was no longer there. Also, the financial person was let go for his deceptive methods. When we asked about the difference in the price we were told used cars were often more. My research showed that the price we were told was the average for that car when we purchased it. NEVER, EVER Purchase a car from any of Charlie's franchises. I don't care how many free car washes I get it'll never make up for the money that I feel they stole from us.

Michelle, the Finance Manager was also very pleasant and made all of the paperwork easy. They also have a nice perk with free car washes for the life of your car, but we live too far away to take advantage of them, though will swing in whenever we head north. I stopped in on a Saturday afternoon to look at the differences between some different models and trim levels. Shannon, the sales guy who helped me, was extremely helpful. He clearly explained and showed me the differences between everything I was interested in looking at. We spent about 20 minutes and in that time I was able to determine what model and trim levels I should narrow my search to. Shannon was not pushy at all, gave us space to look, and was extremely knowledgeable. Getting an in-person look at the sizes and trim levels here at Charlie's Toyota was the most time well spent of all my car shopping experience. They ended up not having the used inventory I was looking for so I purchased elsewhere, but the time I spent here was instrumental in my decisions. I definitely recommend working with Shannon!
