Excellent work, reasonable pricing, trustworthy, generous with his time and explanations…read more We made the mistake of purchasing a home from flippers and realized we had comprehensive plumbing/leaking issues as we were getting ready to sell our house. Jeremy was punctual, thorough, honest, friendly, and took time to explain in detail what needed to be done and why. He will forever be our go to for all things plumbing. And with my wife who stays at home with two kids, I greatly value having someone safe and trustworthy who I can call to address issues with our home while I'm at work.

Honest, reasonable fees, and exceptional quality…read more I needed a plumber to look over the plumbing at my new house, which was a foreclosure. The house had gone through a winter without anyone living in it - 6+ months without running water and several extremely cold snaps (think Super Bowl 2011 weather!) and I figured there would be some plumbing issues. I was new to Rockwall and didn't know a good plumber yet. I wanted someone who would pssoess the qualities above. A friend of mine told me about Pathway Plumbing, so I decided to give them a try. Jeremy and his merry band of plumbers did great work. They fixed all that ailed my house - and at a price that didn't leave me weeping. Since then, I've had them back a time or two (NOT to fix what they didn't get right, but for different issues!). Each time, they've been super. They were like Boy Scouts - you know: trustworthy, loyal, helpful, friendly, courteous, kind, obedient, cheerful, thrifty, brave, clean, and reverent. OK, so a couple of those may be a stretch, but you get the idea. I highly recommend Pathway Plumbing.

Drains were not draining. They came and ran cameras down the line and used a location sensor. I…read morecould not see anything in the camera images at all, but whatever. They said the drain line was broken at the septic tank entrance, and recommended a complete septic line replacement at 4000.00. I gave them 50% (2000.00) to start to have the line dug up. I don't know if they were in a hurry or what but I hope it was not a sham. Such a simple thing to diagnose - check the tank 1st to see if it is full. I figured that out on my own, thank goodness! So what they convinced me to do was not needed at all - the septic tank was simply full and needed pumping. Cost me 2000.00 and tore up my yard for nothing. My yard was torn up and there remains a 6" high by 12 feet long mound that I guess I will have to level out on my own since you can't mow over it. I asked if there might some refund on my 2000.00, and the tech said he would check, but I never heard back from them. Unless I hear something ( it has been 6 months), I can't recommend this company.

Absolutely outstanding service from Legacy Plumbing!…read more I had what I thought was going to be a simple toilet repair, but it turned out the toilet itself needed to be replaced due to some poor craftsmanship from previous companies. The last homeowner had a cheap toilet installed, which created more problems than expected. Jake was fantastic throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain my options, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood what I was paying for rather than just pushing me toward the most expensive solution. What really impressed me was that Jake worked the cost of the work they had already completed into the replacement toilet, which saved me a significant amount of money. The pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the service and the unexpected issue we ran into. Great communication, fair pricing, excellent workmanship, and genuinely great customer service. I would absolutely recommend Legacy Plumbing, and especially Jake, to anyone who needs a plumber. Five stars all around!

I called these guys because a fella that was working for me recommended them! They came out. To my…read moreamazement, there were 6 guys in all - 2 of them were bosses from what was said. Six pretty good sized men showing up at one woman's house is definitely overkill. Six men showing up at your house would be scary to some women!!! It's surely NOT wise!!! Some of these guys could have sat in one of their trucks instead of just standing around. Anyway, 2 of the fellas - evidently worker bees - went under my house while everyone else stood around. They looked around, & saw the how the previous plumber had blocked my access to the rest of the plumbing & came out to tell their bosses. They told the Main Boss how all my plumbing was PVC pipe. He made it very plain that he wasn't pleased to hear that. He said that he doesn't like working with PVC. Maybe he doesn't do drain lines. I explained to him that I needed that one drainage line moved (rerouted,) so that it didn't block my path & I wanted the water lines wrapped for the Winter, so they wouldn't freeze. I don't think I told them that I needed the drainage lines strapped up which is another thing the previous plumber failed to do. Anyway, they didn't want to dig under the line that was blocking the access to see the rest of the plumbing behind it, so they really couldn't give me a real estimate, but the head guy said they'd do the work. I wasn't impressed! I don't do half or maybe estimates, or just hire folks NOT knowing what all is involved & how much money I am going to spend!!! So, no thank you, K&K!!!
