Six pretty good sized men showing up at one woman's house is definitely overkill. Six men showing up at your house would be scary to some women!!! It's surely NOT wise!!! Some of these guys could have sat in one of their trucks instead of just standing around. Anyway, 2 of the fellas - evidently worker bees - went under my house while everyone else stood around. They looked around, & saw the how the previous plumber had blocked my access to the rest of the plumbing & came out to tell their bosses. They told the Main Boss how all my plumbing was PVC pipe. He made it very plain that he wasn't pleased to hear that. He said that he doesn't like working with PVC. Maybe he doesn't do drain lines. I explained to him that I needed that one drainage line moved (rerouted,) so that it didn't block my path & I wanted the water lines wrapped for the Winter, so they wouldn't freeze. I don't think I told them that I needed the drainage lines strapped up which is another thing the previous plumber failed to do. Anyway, they didn't want to dig under the line that was blocking the access to see the rest of the plumbing behind it, so they really couldn't give me a real estimate, but the head guy said they'd do the work. I wasn't impressed! I don't do half or maybe estimates, or just hire folks NOT knowing what all is involved & how much money I am going to spend!!! So, no thank you, K&K!!!

I asked them to send their top-notch expert technician, and I was very fortunate that they sent Jason and his excellent assistant (Ricardo) to my home the next day. They carefully removed (and disposed of) my old water heater and did a beautiful job of installing the new one (it was made by A.O. Smith Corporation). The installation job required several hours but it was clearly done properly. During the entire installation process, Jason kept me well informed. I highly recommend Legacy Plumbing for any plumbing or water heater installation needs. This is a very professional company what goes out of its way to provide exceptional customer service. There was no sales pitch and no pressure. When I initially…read morecalled his office, his receptionist was courteous and professional, Michael called me shortly thereafter and I apprised him of several plumbing issues, one of which involved two faucet handles that had a measure of corrosion. He quickly suggested I contact the manufacturer and take advantage of their lifetime warranty. I did and they agreed to send me replacement handles. That was an immediate cost saving measure. When Michael came to my home the next day, he proceeded to unclog three sinks, and improve the water flow in the three connected faucets. He also conveyed some valuable household plumbing information that should prove beneficial going forward. All of these services were provided at a reasonable price. I will definitely call Michael should future plumbing issues arise.

This time it hurts. This was his second chance. On 7/22/25 we called Michael Fletcher with The…read moreHandyman's Daddy to repair our sprinkler system. He was contracted to repair leaks on Station 2 and 6 as well as change 10 heads on Station 2-11. Mr. Fletcher came out and worked for a couple of hours and let us know the job was complete. I paid the invoice for $475. Throughout the night of 7/22/25 a leak of 4,608 gallons of water happened. He came back and changed the solenoids he had replaced. He said it was dark. The next morning the sprinklers we disabled came on automatically. I called Mike. 3rd visit! Now everything was fixed, right? On Aug.4, 2025 I woke up to a tremendous water leak again, this time it was 6,109 gallons of water used overnight. Contacted Mr. Fletcher again to let him know this was too much, water was still leaking, and I needed him to come and take care of this issue or refund half my money and pay for my water bill from the 2 leaks. He proceeded to state that he had done me enough favors. That he was contracted to work on Station 6. But actually he was contracted to change or cap heads on all the stations. See invoice. Mr. Fletcher is very unprofessional and unreliable. 13k gallons of Wastewater later. Do not Waste your time or money for this guy.
