I really am not sure about all the bad reviews because this was not my experience. They were hired through Lowes to do some plumbing upgrades in my house and had nothing but a great experience. If i could leave a -20 rating for this company I would. I purchased 2 toilets from Lowes on 5/20/2026. Today is 6/5/2026, and my toilets still are not installed. APS does not answer the phone, they do not respect customers time, and they are rude.I had 3 install dates , and still NO installation. The first date I had no idea they were coming to my home. Then when they rescheduled, they said they could not locate the toilets, and needed to reschedule.Then on the third install date, again they said they couldn't locate the toilets. I was on the phone with Lowes, and they said the installer never picked them up. I have never felt so disrespected as a customer. The "office manager Michelle", if thats even her name.Never answered the phone, and only responded via text. She NEVER attempted to offer any empathy whatsoever . At least Lowes did the right thing today. They lost money, but they apologized for the completely incompetent service this company APS has given. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! In addition to terrible service, they have even worse customer service - will not answer phone or return calls (five phone calls ignored). Only communication is text / email. APS was contracted through Lowe's a for single handle kitchen faucet replacement / install (Moen faucet - same exact design). After install, the handle was 50 degrees off center, but plumber stated it was correct. After he left, I verified that faucet was not installed correctly and requested a "different" person to come back, but APS sent the same unqualified plumber. He was able to improve the adjustment, but still did not get the faucet centered properly. I had to make a THIRD appointment to get someone to adjust it properly! This has cost me a LOT of wasted time with a sub-par company. Extremely frustrating waste of my time. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! You've been warned. read more

Lowes assigned a Plumber to install. Picked out a hot water heater at Lowes--One with a 12 yr warranty. The hot water tank that was brought was substantially less that what had been ordered. (E6-50R45D TTP). $1,484.00.to install the most basic tank Lowes had. Canceled everything, Hired well known plummer here in town. Got the AO SMITH EEA12-50H55DVF tank I ordered originally. An hour install and $1,552.00 later and we have hot water again. read more

Glad to say that the installer (Mario) was on time and got the job done in a timely manner! Mario called 10 minutes before getting there and was quick and efficient in getting the job done and answered some of our questions along the way as well. Great job! Ordered a toilet from Lowes, Action Pro was the contractor. Action pro set up an appointment to their choosing. I had to reschedule. You can never speak to a person at Action Pro. Only through text or leaving a message. They installed it and the toilet was defective. I contacted Lowes again they sent someone to look at it and said a new toilet needed to be reordered. I got a automated call stating the toilet would be delivered to the home. The toilet never came. I called Lowes and they said it would be delivered to the store and Action Pro would pick it up like they did the first time. Action Pro confirmed the 2nd appointment. On the day of the second install the installer offered to replace the top part of the toilet said the actual bowl is not needed due to the flapper and flush valve issues . I stated the that Lowes ordered a new toilet and I wanted the complete toilet replaced due to warranty rules. This is what the inspector said. This took 2 weeks and 4 people, but the lack of communication between the store and Action Pro was really bad. Every time I called about the problem and spoke to Customer Service Installation Department at Lowes they wanted you to complete a survey. A survey that has nothing to do with Action Pro and the Actual Lowes Store where it was purchased. I think that's done on purpose. I won't use Lowes again for any installations. read more

The worst customer service I've ever received. I bought a dishwasher from Lowes and Action Pro Services was going to install it. The technician, Carlos Vega, called me to see if he could come earlier. When he did come at his scheduled time, he complained because he wanted to come earlier. He seemed upset and in a bad mood. He couldn't install the dishwasher because we needed to change a water valve. He wanted to leave to go on to the next job, that he ignored my pleas to leave me my dishwasher. He drove off with it. *** UPDATED REVIEW *** APS was contracted out by Lowes to install our dishwasher and range hood. I had no notice they were coming until they called and said they would be at my house shortly. I was at work and had to rush home because the installer told me if I wasn't there in 15 minutes, he would have to move on to the next job. I got to my house to let the installer in and told him that I needed to get back to work and he asked me if his girlfriend could come inside and "hang out" while he did the install. I felt I was put in a very awkward position by him asking me that. I thought it was unprofessional to ask. I could understand if it was a child he was taking care of, but not a grown adult who I don't know from Adam's off ox. The dishwasher was installed correctly and have had no issue with it yet. The range hood isn't even hooked up to the vent and will not run properly. I haven't been able to get into contact with anyone from APS and Lowe's doesn't seem to know what is going on because it's been two weeks and I still don't have a working hood. They also left a huge mess. I will avoid buying appliances from Lowes in the future if they keep using APS to do installs. read more

We used Action Pro Services contracted by Lowe's and we made a mistake using Action Pro to replace our toilet. When the plumber found out that the toilet is on the 2nd-story, they said they could not do the install b/c it would take 2 men, as he was by himself. Another plumber did a 2nd-story toilet install by himself with no complaints. Also, he didn't want to carry the toilet into the house himself, until I offered to help him. Next, he discovered the flange needed to be replaced, when he said he does not have the part, so he could not finish the install. I found Action Pro to be unprofessional and not willing to do anything extra to complete the job. The Lowe's support called and said it wasn't scheduled for installation because I didn't have the parts. I had to call Lowe's numerous times before I could get them to come back and install. I had to call the store manager before I could get an install. This went on for a month. I'm waiting to see how they do on the installation. I ordered a dishwasher from a large home improvement center. After waiting two weeks for this company to install, on the day of install, the installer called and said the store did not have my dishwasher and that I would have to call them and work it out. I called immediately and found out they did indeed have my dishwasher but because it was there for two weeks, it wasn't pulled up front. Obviously, the installer did not look for it nor wait for it to be pulled. When I called him back and told him it was at the store he did not answer the phone and did not return my call. I got help from the home improvement center and after calling several numbers for the installer, I was able to get the scheduler's number for Pro-Action and left a message. Of course, nobody answered and nobody called me back. I took the day off from work and waited all day. Nobody bothered to call or reschedule. I was even charged for the install. Such unprofessional behavior and lack of integrity. I had to go to the home improvement store to pick up my dishwasher and call someone else to install it. Never buy appliances from Lowes as long as they use Action Pro services to install! action pro tech screwed up a simple microwave install, destroyed my cabinet, leaving mounting hardware loose on right side and a microwave that shakes and hangs by 1 screw. they blame samsung for defective mounting hardware internal to microwave. Samsung reviewed the pics and said they cannot cover under warranty, it was an installation issue. so neither action pro or Samsung will take responsibility. We purchased a Dishwasher from Lowe's on December 14, 2022. Action Pro Services, LLC came out 2 weeks later for installation and employee looked under sink and said, "I can't install the dishwasher you are going to need a new connection which was additional 193.00." Scheduled two weeks later and different employee came out and said, "I can't install the dishwasher you have water running thru house" after he tried to cut water from water meter. Told me to "Contact water dept. and get new water meter installed" Contacted water dept. and they checked meter and said, " Water meter is working. Employee probably did not let all water drain from faucet." Schedule 3 appt. two weeks later and same employee came out. Was unable to remove dishwasher and when trying tore the dishwasher up so it was not usable. Told me to "Contact Handyman to " Remove the dishwasher." Called Handyman out the same day and dishwasher wash removed the same day. Handyman said, "Just needs a bolt removed." I have a new dishwasher sitting in my entry hall since December 14, 2022, a torn up dishwasher on my patio, and a large hole in the kitchen cabinet. However, APS contacted us to schedule delivery (much earlier than Lowe's predicted), gave us a short delivery window, and were here right at the start of that delivery window. If you are planning to purchase an item at Lowes that requires installation better ask up front if Action Pros will be doing the install. I purchased a new GE Electric stovetop at lowes on 10/21/22. Took Lowes forever to get the installation set up. I was notified by Lowes the StoveTop would be delivered and installed 11/4/22. Never happened! On 11/16/22 ActionPros contacts me to advise advising they will install on 11/17/22. They arrived on 11/17 as promised but only to measure (I had already provided the measurements on the date of purchase as the new stove top was the same size as the one I'm replacing. On 11/28/22 I get a text from Action Pro's advising they will be at my home 12/8/22 and Install the stovetop between 4-6 pm. No Show, No Call, etc. Called Asst Manager at Lowes on 12/8/22, was promsed they would find out what happened and get back to me. On 12/9/22 received a call from the "liaison person" between Lowes and Action Pros advising she is trying to find out what happened. Let's wait and see if I get that call or not. PATHETIC service from LOWES and ACTION PROS. Home Depot will be my "Go - To" store from now on. read more
