When the time came for our appointment, Matthew showed up on time and was very kind! He even left and came back because he needed a part he didn't have on him. Your company needs good people like Matthew, and cannot thank him enough! read more

Do No Use this company. I paid for 2 toilets from Lowe's and they were the company chosen to install them(by the store). 1. They will give you a window of time they will install your product and come the last 10mins of the window. They gave me a window of 12-4p, the installer came at 353p. 2. They like to charge extra for everything that should be included in the install. I bought a new connector to accompany the toilet and the installer said to install it, it'd be 95.00 per toilet. Also, they charge 65.00 per toilet to haul away, this service isn't included nor is it disclosed on the website. 3. It will take them multiple install attempts to get the job done. This is the second install attempt. Sergio told me he had to go after a while to make his next appointment. Lowe's customer service line for installation services doesn't care about you being inconvenienced at all. Do not use this company. You've been warned. read more

If i could leave a -20 rating for this company I would. I purchased 2 toilets from Lowes on 5/20/2026. Today is 6/5/2026, and my toilets still are not installed. APS does not answer the phone, they do not respect customers time, and they are rude.I had 3 install dates , and still NO installation. The first date I had no idea they were coming to my home. Then when they rescheduled, they said they could not locate the toilets, and needed to reschedule. Then on the third install date, again they said they couldn't locate the toilets. I was on the phone with Lowes, and they said the installer never picked them up. I have never felt so disrespected as a customer. The "office manager Michelle", if thats even her name.Never answered the phone, and only responded via text. She NEVER attempted to offer any empathy whatsoever . At least Lowes did the right thing today. They lost money, but they apologized for the completely incompetent service this company APS has given. If you purchase anything from Lowes, make sure they don't use APS. Your time will be wasted, and they certainly don't care about customer service. read more

I really am not sure about all the bad reviews because this was not my experience. They were hired through Lowes to do some plumbing upgrades in my house and had nothing but a great experience. Jordan came by to do the upgrades. He showed up at the time he was scheduled, was very thorough and did not leave unless I was completely satisfied with the installation. Have nothing but positive things to say and for me, I would not hesitate to use them again. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! In addition to terrible service, they have even worse customer service - will not answer phone or return calls (five phone calls ignored). Only communication is text / email. APS was contracted through Lowe's a for single handle kitchen faucet replacement / install (Moen faucet - same exact design). After install, the handle was 50 degrees off center, but plumber stated it was correct. After he left, I verified that faucet was not installed correctly and requested a "different" person to come back, but APS sent the same unqualified plumber. He was able to improve the adjustment, but still did not get the faucet centered properly. I had to make a THIRD appointment to get someone to adjust it properly! This has cost me a LOT of wasted time with a sub-par company. Extremely frustrating waste of my time. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! You've been warned. read more

Lowes assigned a Plumber to install. Picked out a hot water heater at Lowes--One with a 12 yr warranty. The hot water tank that was brought was substantially less that what had been ordered. (E6-50R45D TTP). $1,484.00.to install the most basic tank Lowes had. Canceled everything, Hired well known plummer here in town. Got the AO SMITH EEA12-50H55DVF tank I ordered originally. An hour install and $1,552.00 later and we have hot water again. read more

Ordered a toilet from Lowes and this company was contracted out for the delivery and install. Steve (we think his name was) came to do the install on 10/21. Everything went fine and the toilet works great. Installer was courteous and did a good job. read more

No show, no call multiple times. Don't respond to messages. Lowe's needs to hire a better company to do their jobs or Lowe's is going to lose a LOT more business! read more

They selected the day and time for the installation. When I tried to reschedule the time I couldn't talk to a human being despite leaving 2 messages. I wish I had read the reviews before dealing with APS. I called Lowes and cancelled the installation. Will hire the local plumber. read more

Shawn installed a dishwasher at our rental property and couldn't have been better. Have never had an easier install, so thanks!

i haven't even received service because their stupid website is always broken and you can't respond to any time they think they have sent to you and i have approved. never again. i could have already had this installed if lowe's used a reputable vendor. read more

We had a few appliances installed by Action Pro. They did a great job and the installer was very professional. This was done thru Lowes. Their scheduling system was fantasti with bit text and email options. We were very pleased with the entire process. read more

Action Pro Services was contracted by Lowe's to install our dishwasher. After seeing all the negative reviews on here, I felt concerned but decided to proceed with the scheduled appointment. Glad to say that the installer (Mario) was on time and got the job done in a timely manner! Mario called 10 minutes before getting there and was quick and efficient in getting the job done and answered some of our questions along the way as well. Great job! I figured since most people only leave a review here if they had a bad experience, I thought I would take the time to leave a positive review as well. read more

If you choose to have your purchase from Lowe's installed, MAKE ABSOLUTELY SURE they (Handy) don't sub it out to Action "Pro" Services. They are horrible. Non-responsive, unprofessional and irresponsible. The "plumber" who came to install our toilet (with his child in tow, mind you), did a rushed, terrible job. The guy didn't even caulk in the toilet. We had to get another company out to caulk and adjust this haphazard work. RUN from this place. read more

Ordered a toilet from Lowes, Action Pro was the contractor. Action pro set up an appointment to their choosing. I had to reschedule. You can never speak to a person at Action Pro. Only through text or leaving a message. They installed it and the toilet was defective. I contacted Lowes again they sent someone to look at it and said a new toilet needed to be reordered. I got a automated call stating the toilet would be delivered to the home. The toilet never came. I called Lowes and they said it would be delivered to the store and Action Pro would pick it up like they did the first time. Action Pro confirmed the 2nd appointment. On the day of the second install the installer offered to replace the top part of the toilet said the actual bowl is not needed due to the flapper and flush valve issues . I stated the that Lowes ordered a new toilet and I wanted the complete toilet replaced due to warranty rules. This is what the inspector said. This took 2 weeks and 4 people, but the lack of communication between the store and Action Pro was really bad. Every time I called about the problem and spoke to Customer Service Installation Department at Lowes they wanted you to complete a survey. A survey that has nothing to do with Action Pro and the Actual Lowes Store where it was purchased. I think that's done on purpose. I won't use Lowes again for any installations. read more

The worst customer service I've ever received. I bought a dishwasher from Lowes and Action Pro Services was going to install it. The technician, Carlos Vega, called me to see if he could come earlier. When he did come at his scheduled time, he complained because he wanted to come earlier. He seemed upset and in a bad mood. He couldn't install the dishwasher because we needed to change a water valve. He wanted to leave to go on to the next job, that he ignored my pleas to leave me my dishwasher. He drove off with it. I had to go to Lowes to pick it up myself! So inconvenient!! And Action Pro Services have not returned my calls, texts and emails! read more

I would give zero stars if I could. If you schedule a job through Lowe's and they tell you that Action Pro Services is doing the job, you might as well immediately schedule with a different company. I had to schedule two weeks out with Action Pro, tried calling them 5 times (with no response), then they didn't show up. They did not even let me know they were not showing up. *Update* They showed up 1 hour and 15 minutes late without calling...but I will say they did a good job installing the toilet. I was pleased with their work. I will up it to 3 stars... read more

If I can. I will put ZERO stars. Lowe's use them to install my dishwasher. They picked their install day but end of that day they text me a message that they came but we didn't answer the door. That is a lie. We have ring doorbell that shows nobody came to our door. Trying to reschedule but their response is slow to nothing. I do not recommend this company. Lowe's has been notified. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. Action Pro was contracted by Lowes to do my dishwasher and microwave install 2 weeks ago. Hours before my install window, I get a call asking if unit 302 is on the 3rd floor. Obviously, yes. Then, I was informed that they didn't assign two people to deliver the items. I asked if he could do the microwave install, and he said it was too heavy. Hmm, not sure how one person was going to deliver, even if I was on the first floor. Ridiculous that this wasn't addressed two weeks ago, when it was scheduled. The installer said he couldn't give me the number to the owner of Action Pro, and when I googled the number, they do not have a phone number that reaches anyone. The worst, and for something as simple as a dishwasher and microwave install. read more

*** UPDATED REVIEW *** APS was contracted out by Lowes to install our dishwasher and range hood. I had no notice they were coming until they called and said they would be at my house shortly. I was at work and had to rush home because the installer told me if I wasn't there in 15 minutes, he would have to move on to the next job. I got to my house to let the installer in and told him that I needed to get back to work and he asked me if his girlfriend could come inside and "hang out" while he did the install. I felt I was put in a very awkward position by him asking me that. I thought it was unprofessional to ask. I could understand if it was a child he was taking care of, but not a grown adult who I don't know from Adam's off ox. The dishwasher was installed correctly and have had no issue with it yet. The range hood isn't even hooked up to the vent and will not run properly. I haven't been able to get into contact with anyone from APS and Lowe's doesn't seem to know what is going on because it's been two weeks and I still don't have a working hood. They also left a huge mess. I will avoid buying appliances from Lowes in the future if they keep using APS to do installs. read more

If I could give a zero rating I would. Do not use this company. They have poor communication, poor follow through and they don't show up when they commit to showing up. The worst customer service I have experienced in a very long time. From the looks of all the other reviews, I am sadly in good company. I reported them to Lowes and told them they are losing loyal customers because of this worthless company!! read more

USE HOME DEPOT INSTEAD. These guys are contracted by Lowes. They don't answer their phone and messages go unanswered completely. They say they'll send you an estimate for your insurance, but never do. Lowes says "you have to call the contractor" so they don't have to deal with it. In my case, they're costing me an $1800 reimbursement. Any positive review about this company is 100% FAKE. read more

The are contracted with Lowe's to do installs. I have been trying to get a hold of them for over a week now. I call, leave voicemails, emails and still no response. Jeff is the bomb they are very responsive. Professional yet down to earth. They are a third party to my management company, I actually felt better with action pro versus my management company. We used Action Pro Services contracted by Lowe's and we made a mistake using Action Pro to replace our toilet. When the plumber found out that the toilet is on the 2nd-story, they said they could not do the install b/c it would take 2 men, as he was by himself. Another plumber did a 2nd-story toilet install by himself with no complaints. Also, he didn't want to carry the toilet into the house himself, until I offered to help him. Next, he discovered the flange needed to be replaced, when he said he does not have the part, so he could not finish the install. I found Action Pro to be unprofessional and not willing to do anything extra to complete the job. I would not recommend Action Pro for their plumbing services or any other service based on my experience today. I hope Lowe's contracts another plumbing co. read more

Unfortunately Lowes uses Action Pro Services as one of their contractors so I am stuck. They do not return calls. Lowes cannot even get a hold of these people. One of their techs was supposed to write up an estimate and get it to Lowes ASAP so I could get my faucet working properly. Going on day 3 now and no response from Lowes or Action Pro. So aggravating. **UPDATE**Getting issue resolved. read more

I purchased a dishwasher from Lowe's. It sat in my dining room for over a month after it was delivered. They told me they didn't have all the parts needed. I got the parts they said I needed. The Lowe's support called and said it wasn't scheduled for installation because I didn't have the parts. I had to call Lowe's numerous times before I could get them to come back and install. I had to call the store manager before I could get an install. This went on for a month. I'm waiting to see how they do on the installation. I'm very dissatisfied withLowe's and will never purchase an appliance to be installed by them again. Home Depot here I come. read more

I ordered a dishwasher from a large home improvement center. After waiting two weeks for this company to install, on the day of install, the installer called and said the store did not have my dishwasher and that I would have to call them and work it out. I called immediately and found out they did indeed have my dishwasher but because it was there for two weeks, it wasn't pulled up front. Obviously, the installer did not look for it nor wait for it to be pulled. When I called him back and told him it was at the store he did not answer the phone and did not return my call. I got help from the home improvement center and after calling several numbers for the installer, I was able to get the scheduler's number for Pro-Action and left a message. Of course, nobody answered and nobody called me back. I took the day off from work and waited all day. Nobody bothered to call or reschedule. I was even charged for the install. Such unprofessional behavior and lack of integrity. I had to go to the home improvement store to pick up my dishwasher and call someone else to install it. I would never recommend using these people to install anything. Slow, unresponsive, unprofessional. read more

Never buy appliances from Lowes as long as they use Action Pro services to install! action pro tech screwed up a simple microwave install, destroyed my cabinet, leaving mounting hardware loose on right side and a microwave that shakes and hangs by 1 screw. they blame samsung for defective mounting hardware internal to microwave. Samsung reviewed the pics and said they cannot cover under warranty, it was an installation issue. so neither action pro or Samsung will take responsibility. Lowes isn't helping either, all they do is email Action pro, since Action pro doesn't take calls. read more

These people are the reason I'll never buy appliances at Lowes again. Terrible customer service.

I was hesitant when Lowe's contracted with them for the delivery and installation of a new dish washer, having read the reviews here. However, APS contacted us to schedule delivery (much earlier than Lowe's predicted), gave us a short delivery window, and were here right at the start of that delivery window. The tech was super nice and polite. He was in and out in 30 minutes, took care of all the trash, and was sure we knew we had 1 year warranty on the installation. Zero complaints. read more

We purchased a Dishwasher from Lowe's on December 14, 2022. Action Pro Services, LLC came out 2 weeks later for installation and employee looked under sink and said, "I can't install the dishwasher you are going to need a new connection which was additional 193.00." Scheduled two weeks later and different employee came out and said, "I can't install the dishwasher you have water running thru house" after he tried to cut water from water meter. Told me to "Contact water dept. and get new water meter installed" Contacted water dept. and they checked meter and said, " Water meter is working. Employee probably did not let all water drain from faucet." Schedule 3 appt. two weeks later and same employee came out. Was unable to remove dishwasher and when trying tore the dishwasher up so it was not usable. Told me to "Contact Handyman to " Remove the dishwasher." Called Handyman out the same day and dishwasher wash removed the same day. Handyman said, "Just needs a bolt removed." Action Pro Services was contracted by Lowes to complete a dishwasher install. The individual who installed it broke a valve and flooded our wood floors in the kitchen. If you are planning to purchase an item at Lowes that requires installation better ask up front if Action Pros will be doing the install. I purchased a new GE Electric stovetop at lowes on 10/21/22. On 11/16/22 ActionPros contacts me to advise advising they will install on 11/17/22. They arrived on 11/17 as promised but only to measure (I had already provided the measurements on the date of purchase as the new stove top was the same size as the one I'm replacing. On 11/28/22 I get a text from Action Pro's advising they will be at my home 12/8/22 and Install the stovetop between 4-6 pm. No Show, No Call, etc. Called Asst Manager at Lowes on 12/8/22, was promsed they would find out what happened and get back to me.
