It's located in a small strip mall on the corner of cohasset. I spotted the signage and was immediately drawn in to the "sale" sign! As I walked in I didn't go more than 5 feet before I started pulling clothes and shoes to try on. The racks were full of stylish spring wear and they had a nice selection of winter sale clothes too. I must have tried on at least 8 jackets and vests. The shop isn't that big but I must have spent an hour in there. I left with some pretty cute pieces that I look forward to wearing! There were three sales clerks working when I was in and all were super friendly and helpful. They even wrapped my clothes in adorable tissue paper designed with birds! Loved extra touch. Can't wait to come back on my next trip to Chico.

Once in a blue moon do I ever experience perfect customer satisfaction, I am glad to say that…read morecoming to this location has made me feel that, TWICE. I have had the pleasure of working with Eduardo twice and I just got to say from the moment that he introduced himself I knew I was in the right hands. I spent a couple minutes looking over their selection of watches and was both impressed and intimated, there were soooo many to choose from and after about a couple of minutes I let Eduardo know what I was looking for; something simple but not boring, detailed but not too complicated, I wanted a little black, a little gold, a little bit of diamonds. Something that wasn't normally an everyday watch, but if I wanted to I could use it as an everyday watch. This was my list of demands and sure enough Eduardo came back with 3 watches that met my need. Somehow he was able to decipher exactly what I was looking for and find 3 perfect solutions. One of the watches was nice but a little pricier, the second watch was nice as well but upon trying it on it was too big for my wrist, the last watch fit like a glove, the second I put on that 3rd watch I knew deep inside that's the one I wanted. Eduardo then told me the reaction that I had to the 3rd one didn't compare to the other 2 and we both knew then which one was going to be for me. He knew which watch I really wanted instead of pushing me towards the more expensive one. I lived in Chico the first time I bought a watch for my partner and Eduardo helped me pick it 2 years ago. Since then I've been trying to buy something for my complicated self but no one in Napa has the expertise (and patience) for me. So I drove 2 and a half hours from Napa to Chico to get a watch from Eduardo, and quite frankly I would do it again. I salute this location and Eduardo from now on anytime I need a piece of jewelry or a friend is looking for something I will definitely, without a doubt in my mind, recommend Kay Jewelers in Chico and recommend everyone work with Eduardo!

Luckily, we remembered seeing a sign the night before that this boutique had men's clothing downstairs. We went in Saturday the next day hoping to find a pair and the brunette sales girl (wish I could remember her name!) provided excellent service. She gave us a variety of great choices, and my husband ended up purchasing one of her suggestions, which he loves! The service was super friendly, and the atmosphere was great. I also noticed the women's clothes upstairs were unique, so next time we're in town, I'll definitely be back to shop for myself. Highly recommend!

As soon as I entered the store I felt like I was being watched every second..I would be just looking at something (not even touching anything) and the person working would be just staring at me. I've worked retail for 10+ years so I get the keeping an eye on people, but constantly staring and being around every corner I would turn felt a bit excessive. I love bdg and free people, I own quite a bit of those brands and shop regularly at free people locations and urban outfitters. I'm not sure if it was just the way I look or what but I'm not sure if I'll be returning because I felt quite uncomfortable. I also work at a clothing store downtown as well.

I thought that the beds were really expensive but I also know that they are very well made. my last mattress was less than a thousand but only lasted five years. this one can be flipped and from the reviews seems like it will last much longer. the full was delivered the next day but the 3/4 we put on hold because they needed exact measurements. this bed frame was built in the 1700s when nothing was standard. it took a month and a half before we were ready to have them make it. after they delivered it they sent me a huge bill for an invoice that i had already paid. i was worried about this, because i had paid so far in advance. another company did this to me and they are still sending me bills ten years later and i have to check my credit report constantly and have on cue a legal argument in case they do, because they wound't fix it. these guys fixed the problem right away and apologized for sending me bills for a month. a lot of companies don't do this kind of service anymore and customers fall through the cracks, so for all these reasons i keep my five star rating.
