They had a BOGO sale going on plus a 50% off sale on select styles. Unfortunately, my husband didn't find any style he liked this time so we didn't buy a pair, but staff were very friendly and helpful. I love Quay sunglasses, they are the only brand I buy and I think they are great quality. I am pretty rough on my glasses and just throw them into my purse or bag, so I like the price and quality that Quay offers. They also sell prescription glasses and they take insurance I believe - I will have to check that out next time! Store was a decent sized and organized! I came to this location recently as my family and I are attending a wedding and my boys were in need of dress attire. After arriving and going to the men's section we were greeted by one of the sales associated. I don't remember her name but she was short, blond and had a slight accent. She was also very polite and extremely helpful. I wasn't sure what exact sizes my boys would need as they're statures vary greatly, and didn't know if sizes were carried for my youngest. I gave estimates sizes to the associate and she went from there looking through the stock on the floor, in the back area, and even online. In case I might find something there that I could find while in the store. We were probably in the store for over 2 hours while I went back and forth, from the floor to changing room. The store was clean & organized with accessible mirrors. We were shown their large touch screen program to help us narrow down some good options for our faces. Then it was off to the walls to try on pairs. We inquired about deals & were told they had a Friday to Sunday weekend BOGO 50% off deal, but not on all brands. While we were there, we saw a sign for BOGO $60 off, but then learned that it also wasn't on all brands. Better signage is definitely needed to help customers to even know promotions exist & understand the details. I recommend that customers proactively ask a salesperson about specifics. There is a large & varied selection. We had the freedom to try on styles without the salesperson being overbearing. We ended up with 2 nice pairs of shades.

I've had the privilege to shop throughout the country and overseas. Today was by far the worst customer service I've experienced. First & foremost, I planned on purchasing brand new cologne. I walk into the store and immediately say, "Hello Ma'am how are you today." I get simple response of "Fine." As I proceeded to check out all the cologne on display, I didn't find a cologne strip or parchment to spray any of the colognes. There was no sincere gesture, suggestion, or recommendation. I literally stood there like I was staring at the back wall with no representative in front of me. At this point, I grabbed the new line of Hugo Boss and sprayed the inside of my forearm. I was ready to purchase the item, however since the rep did nothing to entice the purchase or ask whether I liked the product, I put down the bottle. At this moment, the rep turned to her coworker and started having a side conversation. I want to thank you for showing your true colors today. I will not be spending money at this establishment anymore. In addition, your customer service was downright egregious. Sunday, July 14, 2024.

Very awkward especially with 2 other ladies there hovering and trying to tell him what else I should try. Most people have an idea of what they want. But maybe ask what the boots intended for and make recommendations. Don't just try to sell an expensive boot, know your customers and they'll keep coming back. Update: went back a few weeks later to the Father's Day sale. Went in to try the same boots on since they had the size I was looking for. They didn't fit. During our visit back in June 2026, he was particularly excited because he wanted to pick out the right leather to handcraft a custom wallet for his dad for Father's Day. When we first walked through the doors, we were warmly welcomed by the staff on duty, and they did seem genuinely impressed by the gorgeous, handmade green leather bookbag my friend brought in to show them from his recent personal projects. He really appreciated that initial positive reinforcement, and it set a great tone for our visit, even though the rest of the customer service experience unfortunately left a great deal to be desired and quickly went downhill. We ended up waiting over an entire hour just to get basic assistance finding specific items on the floor, and the online sales we had planned to take advantage of were unexpectedly deemed completely unavailable for in-person purchases without any clear explanation. The lady at the front desk was helping us at first, but once it became clear that the desired items were not in the store and needed to be ordered, she abruptly left and returned to her computer. Although a second coworker attempted to step in and assist, his demeanor quickly shifted as he became visibly annoyed, short, and condescending with my friend. To make the interaction even more uncomfortable and unprofessional, the employee was wearing leather fetish cuffs as accessories while helping customers on the sales floor. At one point, he even raised his voice to snap, "I already told you. This is the one you need to use." The environment became so palpably uncomfortable and tense for everyone in the room that the female associate clearly felt the need to intervene, making an excuse about checking something on the computer to pull her coworker away while muttering under her breath, "I wanted to save you from that." In total, we were stuck in the shop for a good three hours just trying to get basic guidance and materials for his project. To make matters worse, the surrounding area felt incredibly sketchy; the nearby smoke shop had riff-raff hanging out in the parking lot actively trying to score drugs in broad daylight right in front of the shop. Seeing that kind of activity happening right out in the open with families around made the entire visit feel completely unsafe from start to finish. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Note to management: Welcoming crafters requires patience, professionalism, and basic situational awareness. Seeing an employee lose their temper with a neurodivergent customer--while wearing fetish gear on the sales floor--is unacceptable. Management urgently needs to retrain staff on de-escalation, enforce appropriate dress standards, and address customer safety.
