He must use at least 10 different products, all well known , Chemical guys, Meguiar's, yada, yada. He spent about half time on the interior, and the rest on exterior. Total time, 2 hours. My vehicle is a white ,2019 Honda CRV, and I have never had my interior detailed. Glad that I did. He used a leather conditioner on my leather interior. Another solution on my mats, another on my dash. Every surface looks like new. He is incredibly thorough. I originally just wanted my exterior done, but for his reasonable rate, I recommend getting the complete job, like I did. Not sure of the polishing product, he applied with a buffer pad, from a cordless drill, to my exterior. He did it in small sections, then he hand polished with a micro fibre cloth and I'm very happy with the super shiny result.

I had my new '26 BMW 230i and my '21 M4 in for full front clear PPF on the 230i and a front fascia…read moreclear PPF on the M4. They put a rookie on both jobs (unknown to me) and he royally screwed the 230i job with horrible trim cuts that were crooked and jagged. The M4 was not great work but better than the 230i. That was a complete abortion. I complained and the rookie called his boss and agreed to fix it. When I went to pick it up after FOUR DAYS at the shop, it was not finished and was told they fired the rookie and another tech would take over. I refused to let them mess with my car anymore and took it home. I have since contested the charge with my bank since Ceramic Pro refused to refund me. Amateur hour, for sure. P
