I was able to find All About Auto Detailing by a simple search and the reviews were great, which steered me towards reaching out. Upon reaching out, kat greeted me in a very professional manner and began speaking about the services that they offered. I then scheduled an appointment to have my car paint corrected and ceramic coated. They are super flexible in terms of time and day I work all the way in San Diego and they were able to meet with me even a day earlier than my original appointment to take delivery of the car. After I dropped off, there was no lack of communication issues on their end and they let me know when the car will be ready even after a slight scheduling mishap. Jeff does an amazing job and really takes his time and it shows in the quality of his work. I was met on a Sunday by Jared to pick up my car which most businesses like this are usually closed. They're pricing is great. Their communication is great, and their work is phenomenal. I highly recommend them to anyone that would like to keep their ride looking clean and protected . They offer a wide range of products and services to meet all your detailing needs. Thank you again to the team at All About Auto Detailing for the work and detail that they put into my car

I would love to recommend this business but I cannot…read more Due to the fact Derrick's detailing service was hired for a gift to a relative, we made an appt with him, at least, 4-5 days prior. We confirmed the appt a few times. He showed up for the appt. However, Within MINUTES, he said he had to leave and would be back. He said he would contact us with an hour. It's been 32 hours now and no call or text from Derrick. This is the most inconsiderate, unprofessional, insensitive, waste of time that we have experienced...not to mention the lost of some income. We lost a whole day, waiting for Derrick to call, so the job could be completed. No call. No text. No update. Nothing. He is unprofessional and unreliable. He is NOT RECOMMENDED.

When I went to pick it up after FOUR DAYS at the shop, it was not finished and was told they fired the rookie and another tech would take over.
