I then scheduled an appointment to have my car paint corrected and ceramic coated. They are super flexible in terms of time and day I work all the way in San Diego and they were able to meet with me even a day earlier than my original appointment to take delivery of the car. After I dropped off, there was no lack of communication issues on their end and they let me know when the car will be ready even after a slight scheduling mishap. They put a rookie on both jobs (unknown to me) and he royally screwed the 230i job with horrible trim cuts that were crooked and jagged. The M4 was not great work but better than the 230i. That was a complete abortion. I complained and the rookie called his boss and agreed to fix it. When I went to pick it up after FOUR DAYS at the shop, it was not finished and was told they fired the rookie and another tech would take over. I refused to let them mess with my car anymore and took it home. I have since contested the charge with my bank since Ceramic Pro refused to refund me. Amateur hour, for sure. P
