I can't speak to the value monetarily, but I can speak to the fact that they were on time, super polite, hard working, and my cats right now are belly up on the floor purring that it's no longer 91F inside my place. Going by that metric it was a superb value. Would use them again!

I spoke with Barbara and I let her know my situation that I had two mini split units that needed a deep cleaning ASAP because I noticed mold was inside the units. Barbara confirmed with the technician and was able to set up appointment for same day with a small waiting window from 2pm-4pm! Other companies were giving me long waiting windows on when they might show up. I also love that she was able to give me an upfront price on servicing my two units!! Daniel and Eric were the two technicians that came out to service my units. Daniel was very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. I explained the situation with the units and he was confident that he would fix the situation. Before he started, he let me know what he was going to do to deep clean the units and remove the mold and gave me another option just in case it didn't work. His confidence put me at ease as I was stressing so much about this mold situation. Daniel and Eric were very professional and we were able to get the job done and had my units looking brand new! They made sure there was no mess left behind and the areas that they serviced were clean. They showed up on time and actually a couple minutes early, which was a great surprise. I appreciate that they wore shoe coverings when working inside my house. I didn't even have to tell them or ask them. They already had the coverings and put them on before they even walked in. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend to anyone needing service! Thank you for all your help and taking care of this stressful situation!

5 Stars | Exceptional Service from Thomas!…read more I cannot say enough great things about Thomas from All-City Plumbing! Don't let his youthful appearance fool you, this young man REALLY knows his stuff! His knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail were impressive from start to finish. Thomas took the time to explain everything thoroughly, walking us through the entire process and actually showing us what he was doing along the way. What stood out to me the most, however, was his patience and kindness toward my mother. My mom is older, so I was there to help catch all the technical explanations and break things down for her. But Thomas went above and beyond! He took his time, never made her feel rushed or confused, and explained everything in a way that she could comfortably understand. He spoke to her with such kindness and respect, and that meant more to me than he probably realizes. It's one thing to be knowledgeable in your profession, but it's another to have the patience, compassion, and people skills to match. Thomas has ALL of those qualities! All-City Plumbing has definitely earned our trust and future business. We will absolutely be using this company again, and you better believe we'll be requesting Thomas by name! Thank you, Thomas, for not only doing your job well but for treating your customers like people who genuinely matter. That kind of service deserves recognition!

That has never been my experience with Total 1. What really sets them apart is their honesty and attention to detail. Instead of "firing the parts cannon" or condemning a perfectly serviceable unit just to make a bigger sale, they focus on finding the actual issue and fixing what truly needs to be fixed. That approach has saved me money and given me confidence that I'm getting straightforward, professional advice. Every interaction I've had with Total 1 has been positive -- they're knowledgeable, respectful of your time, and clearly care about doing the job right. It's refreshing to work with a company that prioritizes long‑term customer relationships over quick upsells. In my experience they have always been a great value. If you're looking for a contractor you can trust -- one that won't pressure you into unnecessary replacements and will take the time to explain what's really going on -- I highly recommend Total 1. They've earned my full endorsement and will continue to be my first call.

He also installed a new cleanout/access valve on the condensate line, which should make future maintenance much easier. What impressed me most was that he went the extra mile and checked the entire drainage setup. He noticed dark buildup inside the small tubing near our sink, removed and thoroughly cleaned it, and then reconnected the tubing much more efficiently. The previous setup had excess tubing that was bending/kinking, which may have contributed to the drainage problem. Jay took the time to explain what he was doing and why, and he was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the entire visit. You can tell he takes pride in doing the job correctly rather than just getting in and out. Great experience with Wintri from start to finish. Highly recommend, and a big shoutout to Jay!

What I appreciated most was his honesty.
