My daughter got a kids brownie batter smoothie with sprinkles. It took about 3 minutes to prepare and we got our smoothies and sat down at they lone picnic table inside to dine. My thin mint was pretty good. Knowing it's a protein shake and a healthier option I was mildly surprised about how good the flavor was. Pretty good taste. Had some cookie crumbles at the bottom that I enjoyed as well. Straw was big enough to get all the goodies too. So that was nice. My second youngest who is 6 at first said "mmm This is good" and it slowly turned into "it isn't that great" and I'd say she ultimately drank about half the drink. I sample it and it was good. Nice strong chocolate flavor. Tasted like a normal chocolate shake to me personally. So being it's a healthy snack I'd call that a win for them. My biggest gripe would be they are way too expensive. Cost me over $15 before tip for a regular drink and a kids drink. I get it. It's healthier and they always want to charge you to make healthy body decisions in our world. However, if I'm being honest or blunt with an opinion, in that area of town and location those prices aren't going to cut it. It's not a bad area to say but it's not exactly high end and people in bullitt county generally aren't they type to spend $7 on a healthy shake. I'd be more inclined to come back if the shake was around $4 or so. Not saying I won't come back but at those rates I won't make a special trip. Overall it was a solid experience and the smoothies were better than I was anticipating. I'm very curious how this location holds up in this area.
