Here is our lovely staff at 7:51 pm after I had already waited 20 mins and here they were with the drawer already pulled out. (They were closing at 8, I've ran a couple of stores before and to my knowledge you're not supposed to pull out the drawer till it's officially closed hours) Waited at the drive thru for five mins, then tried to go inside to order but the door was locked and the staff ducked trying to hide except one of them who didn't care to. Went back in line to wait another five mins, no one cared to take the order. I showed up at 7:38. If you don't want to follow out on your shift why even work? I really liked this place but this past year it just keeps going down hill... it's very sad. read more

The kids wanted some donuts for lunch so we finally made the trip down the road to this Mount Washington Dunkin' location. Btw I had no idea they are just called Dunkin' now and not Dunkin' Donuts anymore. Anyways, The lobby was closed so we did the drive thru. I got a iced chocolate which was pretty tasty. The wife and two of my daughters got a hot chocolate which they said was solid. My oldest got a pink mochiatto or something like that. She much more adventures then me so I'm not sure what that even is. She appeared to like it. To dine I got a bacon egg and cheese croissant thingy and my wife got the same thing except sausage. Mine was pretty solid. Kinda burnt the bread and not much substance between the buns. But the flavor wasn't bad. My wife was not a fan at all. She said it tasted like a gas station breakfast sandwich. She also got some candy bacon as sides. She was a big fan of that. For the donuts we got a dozen that consisted of 6 brownie batters, 2 glazed, 2 double chocolates and 2 Boston creams. I tried a brownie batter and half a double chocolate. They had good fresh flavor. So they definetly wasn't sitting around too long which is good since we made our visit around 4ish in the afternoon. The kids of course loved all the donuts. So no real complaints. Pricing wise the donuts are cheap. Everything else was kinda pricey for what it really is. This appears to be a good location. In the year or so it's been there it is always crowded. I'm sure we will be back. Not many places serve donuts as late as Dunkin' and it's pretty close to us and a readily available quick snack for the family. read more

Solid Dunkin here in mt Washington. I like to driver over here and get the family doughnuts since they all enjoy sweets. I get a different varieties of coffee since I don't do doughnuts. They seem to enjoy them and the establishment is clean and nice. read more

I'm biased because I know a lot of the HS kids working here....but because of Covid19 they have gotten SLAMMED and only have the 1 drive thru register working. Kids are stressed and instead of 200 cars a day getting 500 cars a day. So some of these customer service comments really are based on circumstance. Not to mention you have customers that are short tempered and screaming for people to be fired. The average employee age is 16-19. And when they are busy they can't clean as they go. The clean at the end of the night. I've always had my order right, food good, and friendly attitudes. I'm not sure what other's have experienced. read more

This is the worst Dunkin I've visited. I was the only one inside but was not welcomed or helped. One person taking & filling orders from drive thru. The other guy felt it was more important to stock whipped cream cans and rearrange behind the counter before helping me. Extremely difficult to understand as his accent was so heavy. No napkins given either. Donut was all dried out like it was left over from yesterday. Also an abbreviated shop with a small selection. Won't be back. read more

I tried new spiced cookie iced coffee a few weeks ago for the 1st time and it was great!! I went tonight to get it again and service was good. I got through the line pretty fast. I got my coffee with an extra pump of syrup (both the swirl and flavored shot that it comes with) and oat milk. I received it and it looked like it had no oat milk and tasted like it had none of the flavoring. i'm Surprised because my coffee is always made good :// read more

The service is good and the employees are helpful. Be sure and sign up for the reward program, you can earn free drinks fairly easy. It looks best when the employees wear Dunkin shirts. I love that they have regular specials and seasonal offers. read more

This Dunkin' is great. Let me be honest, many in this area are never going to be satisfied with service times, even in a pandemic. (People are livid for the drive thru is slammed and heaven forbid one must place an online order and still wait in the drive thru to pick up...sounds like that other coffee joint too.) Dunkin staff is great and they have been SLAMMED since they've been opened for they are the closest coffee and donut shop in 40047, so...staff has been friendly and we've never had an issue. Prices are GREAT. My daughters gets some fru-fru drink for under $2.50 and at Starbucks it would have been about $5. We're fans of that. Donuts are rich, especially the chocolate, while I prefer Krispy Kreme, they are a great buy from Dunkin and a great variety is offered. Keep it up! MW truly runs on Dunkin'. read more

DUNKIN DONUTS MT.WASHINGTON KY., went in to get 2 donuts on the run, but the 3 little teeny girls working behind the counter, just could not get to me, but when they did I asked about how come the floor and behind the counter was filthy, you could absolutely grow corn in the floor, it had so much dirt on it, I asked the girl about it and she just giggled and said that's not my problem. Me thinks we need to go to the oriental donut shop so we do not acquire ptomaine poisoning. read more

I love Dunkin' and was so excited we were getting one. I know it's barely been open but they need to get more organized. With so many different ways to order and people running around, it's hard to tell what orders are up and what is going on. They do have a great selection of donuts and the coffee is on point. I've been to this Dunkin' several times. Each time my order was wrong, never corrected or refunded. The order appears correctly on their screen but something happens between your order and pick-up. And Slow! So slow, about 5-10 minutes per car with small orders and only a few cars (2-3). read more
