Even less than average service still will often get a decent tip for me because I know that this is their livelihood. But I do not appreciate when the staff hangs directly over my shoulder while I do so instead of giving me a moment, walking away and then coming back. I know that in this case I'm using a device of hers to do the payment, but I still did not really care for that moment. All other things aside, fantastic service, fantastic, waitress, great personality, and I was very friendly towards my kids. The look and feel of the restaurant was awesome. I love the old pictures and the feel of a 1950s or 1960s Italian restaurant with the New York City, Atlantic City, Vegas feel.
