I just keep coming back for the cauliflower Reuben. It really satisfies my sandwich needs. The simple salad that comes with it is so great too, love the gingery dressing. My nephew got the ham biscuit and loved it. Such a cute interior, love the baked good options and all the items for sale.

Delish place for breakfast!

If you are looking for breakfast.... Go here If you are looking for cute cafe that has that locally owned feeling and charm.... Go here. If you want the "perfect" cheddar biscuit... and its a star of many of their menu items- well, it can be found at DoughMama. If you want great service... Go here! If you haven't gotten in your car.... Why, not? We had the avocado biscuit sandwich and the Lox toast. Both out of this world. Cant wait to try more things. I was blown away by every single element of this place. Open til 3pm. Yummy! One of the best breakfasts Ive had in Cbus in 30 years. Thanks DoughMama. Note: the salad is served with a soy vinaigrette, for 2 bucks more you can get Cajun redskin potatoes.... If you dont like soy sauce (like me) --- get those. No thanks needed! So good!

Dough Mama is the best! When someone suggests brunch, it immediately comes to mind. They are famous for their pies but their breakfast and lunch menu should not be overlooked. My all-time favorite is the avocado biscuit with the side salad (you can even buy a jar of the amazing umami soy sauce-ish dressing to take home!). I also have enjoyed many a seasonal quiche. Unique to DM is a wall to the left when you walk in that has slips of pre-paid items you can tear off and present at the ordering counter. If you can't afford a meal or need a little pampering, this is a great opportunity to care for the Clintonville community. Cute gifts adorn their entrance area and the vibe is eclectic and homey.

Ham biscuit with Roasted Potatoes

Wow!! I can't believe I hadn't tried dough mama sooner. The cheddar scallion biscuit was recommended to us by the employees so I went with the ham biscuit which includes a thick slice of ham, fried egg, micro greens, and an aioli! The biscuit is flavorful and soft on the inside but crispy on the outside. I also loved the roasted potatoes and their homemade ketchup. I also tried their seasonal cold brew latte, which was peppermint/candy cane! It was delightful! I hope to come back again and try their cereal milk latte and some of their pastries! The vibe is so cute and cozy as well! All the employees were so kind too!

I was glad to be able to make it over here for a quick breakfast takeout order. I love supporting small business, and they seem to be doing very well with a steady stream of customers. The cafe interior is really charming and thoughtfully decorated. You can tell they are heavily invested in the local community. The dining room area is small but very welcoming. I tried the quiche of the day and a maple cold brew latte. As seems to be a theme in my reviews these days...the prices were a bit shocking to me. A very small piece of quiche was $14. I guess this is the norm now, but my brain is having trouble adjusting. The quiche had good flavor, but was extremely salty. Oddly, the salad dressing was also very salty. It tasted like straight soy sauce (?). The coffee was the star of the show. Cold, creamy and not overly sweet. I loved the subtle maple flavor.

Great atmosphere, food and service. Best Cappuccino I have had since Italy. Breakfast sandwich was tasty and the bacon well done just as it should be. My husband loved the croissants.

All I can say is yum. Amazing little bakery and cafe in the Clintonville neighborhood. Great service and freshly house made food. The lox on the lox sandwich was some of the best I have eaten. Stop in, you will not be disappointed.

Cutest little cafe in Clintonville with lots of indoor and outdoor seating available on a busy Saturday morning! The servers are always super friendly and helpful, they also have a pass it forward wall with free food and drink cards! Menu has lots of variety, my personal favorite is the quiche. Dessert display always looks mouthwatering and can't recommend the pies enough.

Such a cute cafe shop in the Clintonville area~ serves breakfast and lunch all day, everyday~ 1st time visiting, but definitely won't be the last~ Ham Biscuit: loved the biscuit texture~ Biscuit and Sausage Gravy: that gravy was heaven! So savory and flavorful~ S'mores Brew Latte: s'mores itself already made me happy, plus caffeine! Yes plz~ Lemon Lavender Chess Pie: all their bakeries are made from scratch, yum!

Bacon Egg and Cheese Bread Pudding

Everything tasted scratch made and you can tell effort has been put into their dishes that you wouldn't achieve had it been something out of the frozen food sections of Gordon Food Services, Sams Club, Costcos, ALDIs, Krogers, or SAV A Lot. I didn't eat inside yet those that did got me some bacon egg and cheese pie and some buckeye pie. Both tasted fine but the slices could've been bigger. Not Cheesecake Factory big but slightly bigger if you catch my drift. Those that ate inside ranted and raved about it but again I didn't which is why I give it 3 stars. It's tasty though kinda like a fox in the snow with less calories maybe. Give em a go.

Dough mama is probably my favorite weekend brunch spot. My friend and I were waiting in line on the morning that they re-opened the dining room. We were the only people waiting for a table that day, but dang it, I want credit! :) I love their avocado biscuit. Other than pastries, I can't think of anything else I have ordered, though the chicken biscuit looks intriguing. They actually offer several vegetarian breakfast options, which is pretty great. The biscuits are a good size and have a great garlic cheese flavor. it's loaded with avocado, tomato, greens, and a cooked to order egg. It comes with salad, but I've had their potatoes before and they were lovely. I'd probably recommend anything in the bakery case. The lemon lavender and honey apple pies are staples, and so good! Flaky crust, flavor fillings! They sold a Christmas cookie box this year that was pretty great. And my friend waits all year for the Matcha Grinch cookies at Christmas! I'm currently loving the Orange Ricotta muffin - it's dense, moist, and citrusy.

Ask the Community - Dough Mama

Is there any indoor seating? Came by today with three and only chairs on sidewalk, couldn't tell if seating was available.

Idk

Do you do egg-white patties, if customer doesn't want the yolk?

I'm sure they would. Very customer-friendly. I had them make a pie from my grandma's recipe and they were very fun to work with.

The service was excellent, with a very attentive and professional staff. But what impressed me the most was the menu: healthy choices presented with creativity, proving that eating well doesn't have to mean sacrificing flavor. My breakfast burrito was delicious, and the avocado touch was fantastic. The portion was a very decent size; I split it in half and saved the rest for my first plane meal. **5 stars for the milk bread**…read more FUN FACT -- Tous Les Jous is owned by a South Korean food conglomerate group (same concept as Paris Baguette) and this is a bakery with Asian and European baked goods. I visited Tous Les Jours for the first time on Memorial Day (May 2026) at the Columbus location. I arrived around 2:30pm on a Monday. Surprisingly, they had lots of options available even with my late arrival because most bakeries run out of items quickly. They sell croissants, cakes, milk breads, macarons, drinks, etc. MY ORDER ($18.95 total for 4 items) -- Twist Donut ($2.95), Sweet Frank Roll ($4.50), Almond Croissant ($4.75), and a Whole Milk Loaf bread ($6.75). 1. Twist donut ($2.95) - sweet but not overly sweet. It tasted just like a regular twist donut that you'll find at other donut shops. 2. Sweet Frank Roll ($4.50) - good. Perfect savory option for breakfast or lunch. Soft and buttery bread base. I think $3 would have been a better price but the bread roll was good. I ate this in my car before driving back to Cleveland. It held me over until I got home. 3. Almond Croissant ($4.75) - my favourite item - buttery with some almond cream or paste inside. Topped with almonds. I don't like creamy things at all and I didn't realize that this croissant had a cream inside until I opened it but the cream is very light and it is more of a spread than a cream. 4. Whole Milk Loaf Bread ($6.75) - Fresh and soft. Definitely my other favourite item. This was all gone within a day, that's how good it was. Buttery goodness. The best bread. Overall, I enjoyed visiting Tous Les Jours and I hope to visit their Cleveland location soon. I ordered takeout so I didn't sit in but they have some tables and chairs available. I'll definitely be back if I'm close by the area again. Tous Les Jours means everyday in French and I wish I could visit them everyday...haha. **** GOAL of 250 reviews in 2026 - 101/250 total reviews in 2026 - 942 total Yelp reviews - Reviewed on 27 May 2026

Sometimes I want a simple, plain matcha and it was just that - in a good way. Lol. Not overly sweet.
