We came Dough on a blazing hot Sunday for lunch. The entrance walls had some wonderful patriotic arts. They had tables available both indoor and outdoor, we decided to sit in the outdoor patio area. It looked very nice at start, but gradually the heat started to pick up. There was no fan or anything other than rare natural breeze. For indoor, the dining area was really nice, with mostly had high chair tables. The bar was huge. The menu had lots variety in brunch, small plates, greens, sandwiches, pizzas, pastas and seasonal entrees. The drinks menu had cocktails, mocktails and lots of other hard liquor options. We started the lunch with deviled eggs and zucchini crisps. Both were decent dishes. Zucchini crisp had lots of them with a tasty side of sauce. For entree, I got the hanger steak sandwich. The sandwich had good amount of steak, topped with onion and greens. But the steak pieces were huge that made it difficult to bite out of the sandwich. Having it in thinner slices or cubes would have been much better. The sourdough bread's crust also got super hard, was impossible me to bite around the corner. I had to tear off the edges of the bread. The grilled salmon was a big filet, really well cooked. But the lemon risotto was bland. My daughter got the kid's Mac and cheese that was excellent, whole plate was full of cheese. The mint condition and raspberry mule were solid mocktails to cool off the heatwave we were feeling. The service was decent overall. The dishes came out in short intervals. Our server was working hard, trying her best to keep up with multiple tables. We had to get her attention to request the utensils, takeout boxes and for the check. Hopefully she will get better as she gets more experience. By the time we done, the restaurant was fully packed, barely any space left in their parking lot.

Nice western style food in Dough. Flowery, bar, relaxing vibe through out the restaurant. Indoor and outdoor seating available. It was a nice day so we chose outdoor. It had some cover. We had devil eggs, zucchini crisp, salmon, hanger steak sandwich and kids mac&cheese. Zucchini crisp is not bad. A little bit too thin for me. The sauce is spot on. Great flavor. Salmon itself is very good crispy skin. Tender and soft meat. The risotto needs some work. Not creamy enough. I also had a blueberry drink (mocktail). Refreshing. Great for the hot day. Service was good. She had many tables so was a little busy. But overall she did a great job getting our orders, provided what we need/ask. All staff were friendly. They had live music going on indoor. Also had a baby shower going on. I can see this is a very popular spot.

Great selection- especially loved the ceasar Salad, the zucchini chips, and the eggplant pizza. Waitstaff was excellent. We sat outside in the patio- breezy night. Would definitely go again!

On a business trip, I door-dashed a Godzilla pizza from this Dough location and added garlic to the pie. . .delivery brought it to my door in less than 10 minutes out of the oven, and that was the perfect delay. This meal was everything I want a pizza to be. . .flavorful, ingredients distributed all over the pizza, crust not too thick, and when they say Godzilla, they bring the fire. Wonderful experience and I look forward to visiting the location soon.

Went for happy hour on a Friday as soon as it started and the place was empty. The drinks were our favorite part of the meal, no complaints on the old fashion! The meatballs were just okay, didn't wow us, the bread served on the side was burnt, not a good char. The wings were a decent size but lacked the flavor that was described on the menu, they were a little oily too. We did order a sausage personal pie as well, the sausage was good, just wished it was more evenly distributed, the crust was light and crispy.

Met up with friends for some wood-fired pizza, and this place was perfect for it! The restaurant feels like stepping into a beautiful log cabin--cozy and intimate for date nights, yet spacious enough for larger groups. They also have a full bar, craft beer and offer much more than just pizza, including vegan options, a great selection of appetizers, salads, handcrafted pastas, plus fish and steak dishes. The menu is really well done. We decided to share a few pizzas since the brick oven was calling our name: Margherita - fresh mozzarella, tomato sauce, and basil Pesto Chicken - wood-fired chicken, fresh basil, mozzarella, Fontina, and basil pesto Smokey the Pig - smoked mozzarella, baked prosciutto, field mushrooms, fresh garlic, and EVOO For dessert, we shared the coconut cake. It's plant-based, made with coconut milk and brown sugar, and topped with coconut flakes. The portion was easily enough for four people and absolutely delicious--super fresh and flavorful. Our server, Tara, was wonderful--so sweet and attentive. She checked in often, kept our drinks filled, and made sure we enjoyed everything from the food to dessert. I'll definitely be back to try more dishes!

Was looking for eggplant Parmesan and found it on Yelp so came here for that. Was pretty tasty. Red sauce was a little weak and I was looking for a more flavorful, bold tomato taste. The cutlets were good though and crispy. Plus the portion was insanely huge. Had for 3 meals. My husband tried the short rib chuck burger and said it was really good and housemade patty with quality meat. I stole some fries and those were hot and crispy too. Server was very friendly. Thank you!

I ordered a Big Red Pizza with burrata and prosciutto for delivery directly through Dough's website. What arrived did not appear to have burrata on it, but instead looked like a different melted cheese. I called the restaurant and asked if they could replace the pizza. I was told a replacement was only available for pickup, and that I would have to place and pay for a new order if I wanted another pizza delivered. When I asked for a refund, I was told I needed to contact the third-party delivery provider because Dough does not process refunds for online delivery orders. I then contacted Toast, the platform used for the order, and was told they could not issue the refund and that I needed to contact the restaurant. I called Dough again, explained the situation, and offered to send a photo. I made it clear that I was not trying to get free food. I simply wanted the correct order. After being placed on hold, I was told that the melted cheese on the pizza was the burrata and that this was how they prepare it. I am including a photo because I have never seen burrata served this way on a pizza. Mistakes happen, but the way this was handled was incredibly disappointing. I was passed back and forth, offered no reasonable delivery replacement or refund, and ultimately told that the pizza was correct despite what was delivered.

Great woodfired pizza, happy hour wine prices are good. They have several pizzas that can accommodate vegans, along with seasonal specials. The restaurant has a very warm atmosphere and a beautifully decorated bar. A great place for brunch or meeting with friends if they all have different diets, especially vegan members of your party.

Ugh, what happened to this place!?! The new and huge location has ample parking and seating but, my has this place gone downhill. It certainly does not feel family run anymore. The entrance has a huge homage to the grand ole USA. I fought the urge to salute or place my hand over my heart. Not gonna lie, it's a bit bizarre but whatever. Service now is mediocre...staff rarely checks on the table and forgot about that second drink order. It ain't happening. The once grand zucchini chips are now bland and boring. Pizza is borderline horrible...unless you enjoy both burnt and undercooked pizza simultaneously...but I guess that does take some skill.

THE GOOD ---------------- + Sensaaaaaationally delicious food ... and, more specifically, pizza!! ++++ Lacinato Kale and Roasted Squash Salad - Excellllent salad. Lots of kale, but was light and the combination of all of the ingredients were perfect. Red wine vinaigrette was perfect too, not too heavy. ++++ Shroom Pie, Pesto Chicken Pie - Absolutely phenomenal!!!! Some of the best pizza I've had in NJ! So much flavor in both pies. The pies were personal in size, 12", and perfect for 1 person. ++++ Kids Plain Pie - This 12" pie might have been the greatest kids pizza I've everrrrrr, eveerrrrrr had. There was so much flavor in the cheese and pie. It was tangy and the tomato sauce's flavor definitely hit me in allllll of the right spots! ++++ Kids Mac and Cheese - Verrrry, verrrry good as well. Cheese was gooey and it was topped with bread crumbs. It was served in a skillet and didn't come out piping hot, which we appreciated since it was for the kids. + Supppper spacious restaurant with LOTS of tables, including a bar with counter seats. + Waitress was personally friendly and quick. + Large private parking lot. THE NOT SO GOOD ---------------------------- - Sat for 15 minutes before we were tended to by someone while other tables that sat down after us were already getting their orders taken. Only downside to our experience here. MIXED THOUGHTS --------------------------- = Nada. RANDOM OBSERVATIONS -------------------------------------- = Make reservations on their website! The restaurant was extremely busy on the February Saturday evening that we went. We were here from 5:30-7:00 PM and it was bustling with many groups/families. CONCLUSION --------------------

Dolly C.

- Huge standalone restaurant with its own large private parking lot--absolutely necessary for the busy Saturday dinner crowd; definitely make a reservation, or you may be waiting a while for a table - The interior dining room is dimly lit and spacious, with a mix of standard tables, high-tops, and bar seating; tables are decently spaced, so it feels lively but not cramped - Service started off slow--we were seated promptly for our 5:30p reservation, but weren't greeted by our server until about 15 minutes later; meanwhile, a table seated after us had already placed their order before we even received water; once acknowledged, service improved, though it would have been nice to receive an apology for the initial delay - The food was exceptional--the pizzas (Shroom, Pesto Chicken, and Kids Plain) arrived hot and fresh, loaded with toppings, and featured light, chewy crusts; the Kids Mac & Cheese was ultra-creamy, cheesy, and comforting; the Lacinato Kale & Roasted Squash salad was light, fresh, and perfectly dressed--though it could have used a bit more butternut squash

Nicole M.

Dough is closeby and cozy! We came and sat at the bar to enjoy a few drinks and split some apps. We ended up ordering from the specials menu since it's seasonal and they sounded yummy! We got the Butternut Squash Crostini along with Mussels that are made in a local beer -- you get the option of an IPA or a lager. The bartender was very friendly and helpful as we had questions about the menu.

Finally, something worth talking about in the Caldwells! We visited here with friends a few months ago. We arrived armed with bottles of wine and beer, prepared to have some gourmet pizza, and they did not disappoint. Who doesn't love an unpretentious byob? They already had me.... We all ordered something different from a specials menu that evening, so I won't try to recall what it was. However, every single one of the pies was delicious. The crust was crispy, toppings were nicely distributed and of proper quantity, and the overall quality was top notch. Now, we are just talking pizza here. Get a really hot oven, pound out some dough, throw stuff on top, and boom. However, so many simply can't get it right, but these folks do. Service was good, and friendly. The place was snug, and the line was tough, though mopt so bad for a Saturday. Worth the wait, and good fun. We'll definitely be back. read more

I wanted to like this place but I can't seem to understand why managers get the positions they do. Who trains the staff? Where is the owner/owners? Our reservation was made online but no where to be found in their system. We waited in a small crowded area while we watched the unorganized wait staff fumble thru the computer. Whatever! Pizza was not what we expected at all! The crust was soft and the middle ofwas wet. I HATE THAT! hey, get a mgr that cares and owners need to actually work to see the mess they have! I owned a restaurant and never would let a circus like this take place. Adios!! Ciao! read more

We live closer to Arturo's in Maplewood but this is larger with a more diverse menu but the same idea. Simple fresh minimally prepared ingredients put together with care and made into delicious dishes. The pizzas are great, closer to a European style than most pizzas in this area. Very fresh salads and great desserts. The zucchini crisps appetizer is a real winner. They even are flexible to accommodate kids. read more

Very tasty mushroom pizza. The pizza dough and crust had good flavor and texture. Had just the right amount of chewiness. Also tried their meatballs. This place is really wonderful and I don't just mean the food. From the second I called to make our reservation, I got such a good vibe. We were a party of 7 and they found a great spot for us, humored us as we sat and celebrated a birthday long after the kitchen closed, and plated a birthday cake for no extra charge. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I was really impressed with their customer service. I thought the food was great -- salads were fresh and tasty, the small plates were delicious and that pizza was really good. The gluten free option was great, all things considered. As discovered -- and like most places - they have to buy the gluten free dough frozen because they cannot get certified gluten free with all the regular dough that they're making. The gluten free members of our party were pleased with how it tasted. Really nice, cozy local place and with a beautiful patio outside. I really enjoyed the whole experience and for the price, it's even better. Can't wait to go back! read more

Yum. I went here for the first time with Hubby and Mom. Hubby is a Brooklyn-born self-appointed pizza aficionado and his sausage and kalamata pizza at Dough passed his taste bud test with flying colors! Mom usually eats like a bird and she polished off a good portion of her mushroom pizza. I ordered a pizza with vegan cheese (homemade vegan cheese) with mushrooms and kalamata olives - it was excellent! As a vegan, I truly appreciate the nondairy cheese option when dining out. And it was delicious. The staff was really friendly and super accommodating. Decked out with reclaimed wood beams and natural stone materials, the ambiance feels a bit urban and trendy, yet casual, friendly, and comfortable. All-in-all, 6 thumbs up from our party of 3. I have been coming here for years - basically since the place opened. The last few times we have been here, the service has been abysmal, at best. Inattentive and distracted staff have made my last two experiences horrid. Undercooked meatballs (served to my 4 year old), wrong food being delivered, long waits, and multiple requests for basic things (marinara sauce, bread, butter, silverware). When the right food was delivered, it was fantastic! The food here has never been as issue. Last time I did tell the manager how awful our experience was and she kindly offered me a gift card. We used it this last time but I'm not going back. I just can't justify the crap service with the cost. read more

Amazing Neapolitan style pizza perfect in every sense! Wood fired smokiness and beautifully combined ingredients like those on their mushroom truffle pizza which is out of this world! I've tried their food a few times and have not been disappointed. The beet salad and their meatballs are seriously good - the kids loved the mac and cheese. And, equally if not more important - they believe in farm-to-table. and use biodegrable instead of plastics to help protect the environment. One minor critique - the young man who waited on us in early June was a bit scatterbrained (although the manager made up for it). Perhaps more training would help. That said, Dough deserves patronage from us locals to ensure their long term success. read more

The simple genius of his pizzas are mind altering. When you dream about the food, you know the chef has created something special. I had the Guanciale pizza special last night. It was sublimely spectacular. Perhaps the best artisanal pizza recipe I've ever tasted...and I've had wood-fired pizza all over the world. Also shared the Italian sausage pie which is a staple on the menu. You would think, meh, Italian sausage...again...perfection. The dough itself is the best you'll find anywhere. If you don't thinks so, you just don't understand this kind of pizza or the art of bread making. Tear off a bubbling piece of crust before you cut into the topping arena and you just might find yourself eating all the crust first. The moist and slightly sour dough favors and perfect charred texture is Eds master canvas. The balance of flavors is superb. You taste everything! Oops! I would be remiss if I didn't mention that everything tastes better with that warm smile and hello from my favorite hostess "Neve Campbell" AKA "Alex" who keeps the place humming. Bravo! Keep it up gang! Russ read more

Food is excellent. Service not as great but not awful - depends on waiter(waitress) but, the "rules" are ridiculous... No future rez taken after 5P (seriously?); No seating unless whole party is present (really? why not start the party...) My boyfriend and I ate at Dough last night, and I'm so glad we did! Love the environment and what the restaurant is about. Local ingredients, pictures of a local farm through out the place, reclaimed barn-wood (the front of the menu explains it all). Even the music was great (we're big RHCP fans). We ordered a large Cesar salad, mac and cheese and a margherita pie, all to share. Food was delicious, its a BYOB, and our server was attentive and sweet. What really stood out to me was near the end of our meal, with only two pieces left, our pizza pan MAGICALLY fell onto the floor. Though my boyfriend and I were both unsure how that even happened, the hostess assured us she'd get us another. We we're STUFFED after eating all our delicious food, and let her know that's not necessary. She insisted that we take the extra pie to go. Of course, my boyfriend ended up eating a slice from it before we even left, it's just that good. As soon as we left, we both said we can't wait to go back. read more

My boyfriend and I have been looking for good vegan pizza for a long time, but we aren't fans of the typical vegan cheeses like Daiya they have at most places. I saw that this place has homemade cashew cheese so I ordered their veggie pizza. I don't normally leave reviews, but I was SO pleased with everything about this place from the hostess' service on the phone to the AMAZING food. They gave us an incredible first impression even 15 minutes before closing, and we will definitely be coming here more often :) read more

***3 1/2 stars***…read more Maybe it lost something in transit or I didn't get the right pie, but I wasn't blown away by this place. I've had Tony D's on my list for a while, knowing it had a solid reputation amongst the North Jersey Italians (and what better demo to have it from?). Yesterday was a perfect opportunity to order/grab some pizza and bring it over to my top-tier chum in nearby Montclair for lunch. I didn't do a ton of recon so maybe there was a more obvious/modern method to ordering, but from what I could tell, this place was pretty old school and I just picked up the phone and called over - honestly can't remember the last time I did that, but it brought a nice whiff of nostalgia for me after years of ordering on apps. Didn't realize that Tony D's is literally right around the corner from my BFF Cloverleaf, so the location is pretty convenient if you're in the area. The parking in Caldwell can be pretty annoying, and even though I'm sure I could have rolled the dice I paid a little less than a dollar to park up the street further into a residential neighborhood. Given that Tony D's is exclusively delivery/pickup joint, I think they should pay for the spots right in front as a courtesy to their customers coming in and out; maybe they do and I missed it but if not... Anyway. The guy behind the counter was VERY nice/friendly, and even though I was a few minutes early based on the estimated ETA off my phone call, the pizza literally had just come out of the oven and was ready to rock. From that vantage point, top-notch service. The specific pie that seemed to be their go-to was the Drunken Grandma, which is usually one of my favorites (vodka sauce on pizza should be much more prevalent in my opinion) but I wasn't crazy about the chunks of tomato on it. In hindsight, would have been easy to pick off or even to request that they not be included to begin with, so that would be my recommendation based on this experience. I opted for a square plain pie, especially since I knew that a few young pups would likely be sampling the wares; seemed like an overall safe bet. Optics-wise, I thought it looked very good, and I don't regret going square here. The crust for me was probably the best part, and I made sure to strategically grab all of the corner pieces once we started eating. Nice crisp to it for sure. The overall taste of the pie just wasn't my thing. I wasn't crazy about the sauce (maybe another argument for the vodka sauce, right?) and the cheese was just okay. Tasted to me more like generic by the slice pizza, which isn't my preference. My top-tier chum liked it more than I did, so definitely could just be an issue with palate preference here but this might have suffered from inflated expectations. I'd give them another shot if a similar circumstance presented itself, but I'd go with the pie it's known for - there's a reason the Drunken Grandma is front and center in almost every review. Learn from me.

The pizza dough truly lives up to the restaurant's reputation! This spot had been on my list for some time, as I often passed it on my way to work, and it did not disappoint. The glowing reviews were well-deserved, and the quality of the food absolutely delivered. The atmosphere strikes a great balance between a cozy bar vibe and an intimate setting, perfect for dinners with friends, family, or a special someone. Each pizza had its own distinct flavor profile. The pesto was rich and flavorful, complementing the pizza beautifully. The sausage, aged to perfection, was both savory and satisfying. My favorite, though, was the last pizza--despite seeing mushrooms, their flavor didn't overpower the dish. Instead, the meat stole the show with its tender texture and perfectly salty kick. Simply outstanding! While the servers rotated throughout the evening, they were all friendly and attentive, adding to the overall great experience. read more

I'm always searching for the best pizza everywhere I go and Dough is definitely my favorite. So far I've introduced 4 of my closest friends to this place! In an area full of mediocre pizza places, I'm so happy theres one that is actually amazing! All of the ingredients are fresh and organic and the food is so well made. You can tell that the owner really takes pride in his work! My favorite pizza is the white pie - and I usually add pancetta which makes it even more amazing. The caesar salad is great and the dressing is light, like an authentic caesar dressing should be. The zucchini crisps are another favorite appetizer. The staff is also really nice and accommodating. I have been a regular for quite sometime now which is a rarity. Dough is an impeccable restaurant from "head to toe". The passion of the chef/owner and the staff shows through the food and atmosphere. I highly recommend the margarita, the fresh basil grown in their garden along with the house made mozzarella & tomato sauce speaks for itself, but above all the dough is spectacular. The restaurant also excels in delicious specials, I enjoyed great ceviche and hanger steaks on occasions which were just as impressive, unique and fresh as the pizza. We've always had great service here, from the hostess to servers. Whether weeknight or Sunday late brunch, the ambiance is always right. Everyone we know who's come here has raved about their experience. North Jersey teems with Italian restaurants. But Italiana really deserves its prime location in Montclair.

We tried the penne vodka and the works pizza and had plenty of leftovers for two. The penne vodka wasn't quite as flavorful as I would usually like and some pasta pieces were still hard unfortunately. The pizza was nice and crispy, lots of toppings and perfect amount of cheese. Prices were pretty average. As for location, they have a full parking lot and parking right on the street, which mainly seemed used by those grabbing take-out. Overall, service was a bit slow and our pasta was a little underwhelming, but would probably try some other dishes here.

It always comes out hot, tasty and to our liking. :We started off with pasta fagioli soup that was enough for two people and super delicious. I had chicken cacciatore that was very flavorful and my husband had one of his favorites, broccoli rabe, sausage and orecchiette. Never a complaint. Highly recommend this restaurant and say hi to the owner, Joe Forte. A really nice guy

Tucked inside a strip mall in Cedar Grove, this very unassuming spot might fool you at first glance. From the outside (and even when you first walk in), it has a casual dive-bar feel, but don't let that fool you as the food is absolutely phenomenal. Our friends who live just five minutes away insisted we try it, and I'm so glad they did. The first time we went, we shared the mussels as a starter. It was fresh, flavorful, and a great way to kick things off. But the real star of the show is the Chicken Scarpariello. You can choose your spice level (Sweet, Medium, or Hot) for just $24.99, and it's worth every penny. It's packed with sautéed chicken, mushrooms, onions, vinegar peppers, sausage, sliced potatoes (that look like chips but are addictively good), and garlic, all in a lightly braised brown sauce. We always get it over linguine and honestly, it's one of the best pasta dishes I've had. My boyfriend who never walks out of a restaurant with leftovers actually had me pack it up and his friend walk it to the car. That's how good it was! Our friends ordered the Chicken Lombardi served over penne. This meal is a double-breasted chicken topped with fresh mozzarella, roasted peppers, and a creamy pink vodka sauce. Also fantastic, but if you're into bold, spiced flavors, Scarpariello is the way to go for sure. We had two teenagers with us who ordered Chicken Parm with angel hair pasta and Buffalo chicken wings. While their palettes are still evolving, the next-day leftover parm was a hit! Drinks were strong, in fact, my Cosmo came with a serious kick, so I asked for a side of cranberry juice to tone it down, and the staff was super accommodating. Speaking of the staff, the service both times has been warm, attentive, and never rushed. My boyfriend and I already made a pact, that any time we're with these friends again in their area, Lombardi's will be our go-to. We've heard the pizza is amazing, so that's next on the list. If you're in the area and looking for unexpectedly amazing Italian food in a laid-back setting, do yourself a favor and try Lombardi's. Just trust me and come hungry.

I had been meaning to give the Columbia Inn in Montville a try for a while since friends of mine…read morementioned that pizza aficionado Dave Portnoy had awarded their exceptional thin crust pizza an 8.7 back in 2020. Even though my usual dining companion and I don't enjoy pizza - due to my lactose intolerance (more on that later) - we finally stopped in for dinner on a recent Saturday night. The restaurant occupies a historic building built in the 1870s that once served as Montville town hall and later became a tavern and inn catering to travelers making their way through northern New Jersey along US Route 202 and the Morris Canal. Today, the Columbia Inn offers diners a great neighborhood pub atmosphere with a lively bar scene and an adjacent dining room that can accommodate larger parties in a casual, family-friendly dining experience. Overall, our food was terrific. My dining companion really enjoyed her St. Peter's fish ($28), a flaky white fish topped with minced garlic, diced tomato with arugula, and a light tomato sauce alongside mashed potatoes and mashed carrots. I ordered the Chicken Scarpariello ($28) -- a very robust sauté of chicken, Italian sausage, and sweet and spicy peppers in a bold, tangy white wine and vinegar sauce -- also served with the mashed potatoes and mashed carrots. Both of us thought our entreés were genuinely delicious. However, we hit a plot twist. Navigating an Italian menu with lactose intolerance is already an extreme sport, but the description of the Scarpariello in the menu looked totally safe. Enter a creative sous chef, who apparently likes to improvise a little off-script. A few bites in, I realized my chicken was secretly wearing a cozy blanket of melted cheese hidden just underneath the sauce. I strive to be the lowest-maintenance diner on the planet and will happily eat around almost anything (while deferring my criticism to a Yelp review) to avoid sending a plate back to the kitchen. I was fully prepared to operationally pick off the cheese and soldier on, but our server, Yuri, caught my look of mild betrayal and swooped in like an absolute hero. He refused to let me suffer through a cheese-scraping mission, insisted on taking my dish back to the kitchen, and had a fresh, dairy-free version out to me in record time and offered his sincere apologies for the snafu. Major credit to Yuri for handling it like a total rockstar. I'm deducting half a star for the stealth cheese surprise and rounding down to 4 stars, but thanks to Yuri's legendary service and the fantastic food, we had a great night and will definitely be back! PRO TIP: The chef seems to enjoy freelancing and dishes may be served with slight variations from the menu descriptions. This has the potential to cause problems for people with food allergies -- so be sure to make your server aware of any specific requests when ordering.

I politely asked permission and was told, "Sorry, the restroom is only for dine-in customers." I was spending $175 at this restaurant, yet my son couldn't use the bathroom because our food was to go? That is an incredibly disappointing way to treat a paying customer. We ended up going to a framing business on the corner, where a gentleman kindly let my son use the restroom--even though we weren't customers. I truly appreciated his kindness and understanding. Honestly, I considered leaving the food and taking my business elsewhere, but my card had already been charged when I placed the order. I order catering regularly, and this experience has cost you a customer. A little courtesy would have gone a long way. You can keep your restroom policy; I'll take my business and my money somewhere else.
