Very dirty place with stale pizza. Employees are rude. They are never on time and will treat you bad.

My best friend hosted her baby shower at Wood Stack a few weeks ago. I really enjoyed my meal and…read morethe service was great too. They started us off with some appetiziers for the table which included avocado toast, rice balls, and salad. For my main course, I ordered the Pappardelle Bolognese which was a huge portion. The pasta was fresh and the meat sauce was super flavorful. The inside is decorated very nice and has a sort of rustic theme. The area where we were sat was the perfect size for an intimate shower. I plan to come back and visit for lunch or dinner in the near future. Avocado Toast: 5/5 Rice Balls: 5/5 Salad: 5/5 Pappardelle Bolognese: 5/5

The highlight was the salumeria special - good selection of meats and cheeses. We tried the grandma, bader sting and the prosciutto & fig pies. The grandma was the best. The bader sting is sopressata and hot honey - couldn't taste the honey and sopressata had no flavor. But the biggest let down was the prosciutto & fig - the figs were green? My first thought they were not ripe - the point of this pie is to have savory and sweet - it had no sweet. As I said I hadn't been there in more than 5 years and the menu hasn't changed from what I can remember. Also, if you increase prices, maybe make sure you make sure to remove the old menus first.

I like their thin crust, tomato sauce and fresh toppings. This family run business has always been competitively priced. I stopped by on a weekday around 5pm. The business sits at the intersection of RT. 46 with a jughandle right in front. Sometimes it's difficult to get get in or out. This is a dine-in or takeout restaurant. The dine-in side has been relatively newly renovated and is warm, cozy and aesthetically pleasing. I ordered the Chicken Marsala ($21.25). The chicken was cooked in a Marsala wine sauce with mushrooms and shallots. This was a well done tasty Marsala wine sauce with moist chicken pieces. It's BYOB. I always carry a bottle of wine in the trunk of my car because I travel a lot and often eat at BYOBs. The calamari ($9.95) was a take-out. It was not tough and chewy like some calamari can be. The calamari had a light crispy coating

What arrived did not appear to have burrata on it, but instead looked like a different melted cheese. I called the restaurant and asked if they could replace the pizza. I was told a replacement was only available for pickup, and that I would have to place and pay for a new order if I wanted another pizza delivered. When I asked for a refund, I was told I needed to contact the third-party delivery provider because Dough does not process refunds for online delivery orders. I then contacted Toast, the platform used for the order, and was told they could not issue the refund and that I needed to contact the restaurant. I called Dough again, explained the situation, and offered to send a photo. I made it clear that I was not trying to get free food. I simply wanted the correct order. After being placed on hold, I was told that the melted cheese on the pizza was the burrata and that this was how they prepare it. I am including a photo because I have never seen burrata served this way on a pizza. Mistakes happen, but the way this was handled was incredibly disappointing. I was passed back and forth, offered no reasonable delivery replacement or refund, and ultimately told that the pizza was correct despite what was delivered.

The smell of the wood fire as you walk in is amazing. And if you've forgotten a beverage - there's a liquor store across the parking lot!!! Hands down the BEST 00-Style Wood-Fired Pizza in New Jersey…read moreyou're anywhere near Fairfield, stop what you're doing and get to Double Zero Pizza. I'm honestly shocked this place isn't packed wall-to-wall every night -- this is the kind of pizza you expect to find in Naples . From the second you walk in, you know they take their craft seriously. Stacks of real wood, the authentic Pavesi Italian oven, and trays of perfectly risen dough balls -- it's the real deal. No shortcuts, no gimmicks. Just craftsmanship. I ordered two pies: White Pie with Mushrooms & Olives Incredible. The crust has that perfect leopard-spotted char, blistered just right, crispy on the outside but still soft and airy inside. The ricotta and mozzarella are super fresh, the mushrooms taste like they were sliced minutes before hitting the oven, and the olives add the perfect salty punch. Every bite tasted like it was straight out of a wood-fired pizza boutique. Classic Margherita One word: unreal. The sauce is bright and fresh, the cheese melts into little pools of heaven, and the basil actually survives the oven without turning bitter. Balanced, clean, and addictive. The crust is truly the star -- you can tell they use high-quality "00" flour and slow fermentation. Light, airy, not heavy at all. The kind of crust you want to eat all of, even the charred ends. The owner Mike clearly cares about every detail -- from the dough to the toppings to the oven temperature. This isn't "pizza shop pizza," this is artisanal, handcrafted, authentic wood-fired pizza done right. Prices are super fair for this quality. Cash-only but totally worth it. If you love real Neapolitan wood-fired pizza, put this place on your list immediately. Easily one of the best pies I've had in NJ -- maybe the best. I'll definitely be back .

The ambiance is what one would expect from a casual BYOB -- slightly better than average decor; attentive but not overwhelming service; and freshly-made and tasty classic Italian favorites at reasonable prices. I recently attended a surprise birthday party for a friend at Tuscany Villa and I can't say enough good things about our experience. The kitchen executes well on flavorful and beautifully presented dishes and every member of the staff was incredibly professional and attentive, making sure that our group was well-taken care of all evening. The dinner menu features typical pizzeria cuisine including a variety of slices and hot and cold subs as well as a variety of more Italian favorites including pastas, chicken, and shrimp dishes, which offers enough variety to appeal to everyone (including those with dietary restrictions like gluten or dairy intolerance). It's obvious that the chef takes pride making meals that present well and taste great. It's rare to find a spot that hits the mark on both high-quality cuisine and seamless hospitality. We'll definitely be back! PRO TIP #1: Bring a bottle of wine or beer from home or stop at the liquor store next door for some adult beverages to enjoy with your meal. Tuscany Villa Ristorante is a BYOB establishment and does not serve alcohol. PRO TIP #2: Portions are often generous; consider sharing an appetizer or entree if you're not planning on taking home leftovers.

Recently while on the road and in search of something quick to shove-in my face I stopped by The Tuscany Villa where they just happen to be serving up some amazing hand held captivating deliciousness of their own individual style.    Having so many amazing types of toppings to choose from I initially found it hard to decide but eventually I went with their Chicken Balsamic Slice and Classic Grandma Slice. Firstly I have to say that I really can't remember ever enjoying Square Crust Pizza with this much Crispy Crunch to it. Texture was perfect in every way. Flavorful factor was on point and could be noticed in each and every tremendously tasty bite. Especially that Balsamic flavor added to Diced Chicken, and of course Grandma's San Marzano Tomato Sauce was superb !! YUMMMMMMERS !!    With such a huge menu full of delicious looking dishes my quick write up for this excellent business doesn't give it the proper attention it deserves so I'm thinking of stopping by again in the very near future for a sit down style visit when I have some more time and maybe even bring a nice bottle of wine and a few friends. So until that day. Come And Get Your Munch On!!
