Fantastic hotel!!! I booked a king suite with balcony. The balcony is huge and completely enclosed Which I love! the room is clean and very large with a separate living area. I'm disappointed We are only staying one night. They also offer you a warm chocolate chip oatmeal cookie upon check-in, which was delicious. I would recommend staying here front desk Staff was friendly and quick. Staff around the hotel is also very friendly. Edith at the front desk is so nice. Also she informed me if you call the morning you are checking in and tell them you want to use the pool you can ask them to turn the heater to the pool on and they will

Stayed here the other night and it was a decent experience. Booked direct and was able to check-in online via the Hilton app with a digital key. The entrance to the hotel felt unmarked at night. The entrance to the hotel was next to the Chevron gas station?!? Parking felt limited with a dozen or so dedicated spaces in front of the property, another dozen spaces in the garage, and another half dozen spaces on the upper level of the garage and lower level of the garage... There was plexiglass in front of the front desk agent. I was able to see the front desk agent's facial expression when walking through the lobby. The room itself was very large and pretty quiet, considering that the property is right in front of the 57. I was able to hear my neighbor next door unzip their luggage though... The ceiling HVAC unit behind the room door was very noisy, despite the property being recently remodeled. The shower had decent water pressure and warm water. The towels were pretty thick and the toiletries were on brand and good quality. The TV had numerous premium channels and Wifi was free for booking direct. The mattress was in decent shape.

Rooms are clean. WiFi is speedy and never cuts out. Spacious rooms with decent sized bathrooms. Despite this hotel being located right next to the freeway, it's a pretty quiet property. They have covered and uncovered parking. Parking is free. I've stayed here on two occasions and never had any issues. Staff is friendly.

Location was good although no you cannot walk to Disneyland. You are walking distance to Sprouts, Target, and some small eateries, and right off the 91. Short drive to Disneyland. Each person at the front desk was nice, kind, and helpful. Parking is complimentary and we were allowed to stay parked there after checkout which was appreciated. Breakfast wasn't the best, but acceptable considering it was included with the stay. A lot of carbs and meat. The eggs weren't normal scrambled eggs but some type of patty with stuff mixed it that seemed questionable lol. Coffee though was very good. Just had a yogurt (would recommend though that they get some plain yogurt because the ones they had all had fruit or vanilla in as it's extra sugar) and a piece of fruit. The motel includes a complimentary shuttle to Disneyland and back which I took advantage of. Note if you are looking to rope drop, you will want to find another way to get there as the first shuttle is at 7:30 AM so not enough time but it worked out well for me. This is great value when you think about it as it's $40 to park at Disneyland and the more affordable motels walking distance to the park are often gross and you have to pay to park there as well. Room was clean, water pressure was good in the shower, and having a fridge was nice to have as I had some leftover food from dinner (front desk staff was kind enough to allow me to store a to go box after check out which was very much appreciated). Only suggestions I have is that management respond to email as I tried to reach them before my stay a couple of time with zero response. Also breakfast could be better for an IHG property which is normally pretty good. I'd recommend hard boiled eggs, normal scrambled eggs, and home fries which I typically see at IHG properties. All in all, would easily return and recommend to other people.

It wasn't some grand palace, but for some reason I felt so safe and comfortable! That's important to me, especially because I have to travel for work by myself. . Also- I love that there was a sprouts in walking distance! Literally, 20 steps away! This hotel has some very nice people (customers and staff) I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone. Price: 5/5 Well, I didn't pay LOL but I would definitely admit that it was totally worth the price of $160.00 per day. Room: 5/5 The room has a great station for a laptop, that I immediately used. The restroom had some great lightning! I mean, definitely Instagram worthy! LOL. The bed was very comfy, lots of pillows, and clean. I LOVE that they have lotion in the restrooms, I actually forgot mine and was so happy they had some! Their lighting behind the tv / head board is so cute (I have a thing for lights haha) Food: 2.5/5 I am very picky when it comes to food (surprise- surprise ) so I don't typically like or eat hotel food, ever. I'd rather go to Sprouts, lol. It did come with the hotel so I tried it anyhow, and it wasn't for me. However it is nice for the kids/ non picky people. They had bacon, sausage, cereals, all kinds of toast with spreads, milks, orange juice, hard boiled eggs, pancakes, and hot oatmeal. I opted for yogurt. I love that they have SO MANY options. All around: 10/10. This hotel was phenomenal, and I 100% recommend to anyone staying alone or with a family.

They were quick to tell me to make sure I did not pay for parking even though it said to in the small parking garage as that's included in the actual hotel rate. The room itself is quiet and comfortable, and I didn't notice much if any sound from others around me. I would say that the lobby and bar/dining area. Do get fairly busy in the evening and seemed pretty full at breakfast as well but that just must mean that the food and drinks are good. I personally didn't get a chance to try them but based on the traffic, I'll say it's worth go. The one downside of this location is that when you are leaving, you can't actually exit directly onto the street. You wanna get out on. You have to go out the front parking lot turn right and then pull a U-turn to get back onto the road. It's a minor inconvenience, but one that you aren't expecting the first time you leave and then just have to remember to factor in an extra few minutes if you're in a rush somewhere. Overall, I think this is a great option for staying in the area and one that I will definitely be utilizing again when travels take me back this way.

So, my experience with Hilton and this property is vast. This property a few years ago did go through an upgrade to the front entrance, lobby, front desk area, and the main dining area that is beyond the lobby. The remodel or update though done a few years back is excellent. It is very inviting and exactly what you would expect from a Hilton Embassy Suites property. Devin and the front desk team are exceptional! Prompt, professional, and very customer service oriented. Beyond those two notable items in which this property shines, it falls off a steep cliff after that! The rooms are dated. They are dingy. They are marked up, beat up and rusted in various parts of the rooms (or at least the ones I have stayed in). Some of the rooms have drawers that do not close so they are open. Some of the phones do not work int he rooms. Lamp fixtures are crooked because they are old and just beat up. There are stains on sofa's, walls, counter tops, etc. In the shower, there are yellow rust stains and cracks throughout. Toilet paper simply doesn't stay on the bar so it's often rolling off and onto the floor. Housekeeping is lack luster. Trying to get a room that has the adequate towels, wash clothes, coffee, etc. is almost comical at this point. The parking garage which they now charge for is consistent with other Hilton properties, but the issue is it's old. I am not sure who owns the garage as the salon next door uses it as well. The spaces are narrow. Trash builds up in the cans. Lots of areas taped off. Some cracks and pipes that have either leaked or previously caused damage. While it is a park at your own risk, I would expect Hilton to have these issues fixed to be a better space for their guests who do need to park there. The property is in a great location for restaurants, nightlife, shopping etc. It's just gotten to the point that Hilton needs to overhaul the rooms and garage at this point. Staying at a Hampton Inn these days, trumps this property and that is just sad.

When I arrived, everything seemed normal; I paid, and I immediately received a notification confirming the charge. However, the man at the front desk told me to swipe my card again, claiming it appeared as declined. I pointed out that this was impossible, as I had just received a notification from my bank. He claimed it was merely to ensure that everything was in order--but that was a lie. He processed two separate charges that night, totaling $600. I confronted him, asking why he had charged me twice. He then spoke with his manager a woman named MISHEL who behaved in a rude and abrasive manner, stating, "That is your bank's problem; there is nothing we can do." I spent over 40 minutes at the front desk trying to check in and get them to resolve a double charge that had been applied to my credit card. I didn't want to keep arguing, so I simply asked to be given a room. Upon reaching the room, I found it was dirty and had a leak. I requested a room change, and it took them another 10 minutes to arrange it; then, in the new room they assigned me, the keys didn't work. By that point, I was thoroughly annoyed; I had spent nearly an hour and a half just trying to get checked in at that place. I really do not recommend staying there; they have very rude staff, and their manager on duty is inefficient.

The entire time, the bartenders and wait staff were either on their phones or arguing with each other. It made for a pretty uncomfortable atmosphere and took away from what should have been a relaxing experience. On the stay prior to that, I had a very negative interaction with a manager, which I reported in a letter. The response from the hotel was lukewarm and didn't leave a good impression. I felt I was treated poorly, especially for a property at this level, and the small number of points offered felt more dismissive than helpful. On top of that, tours were repeatedly brought through the gym while my guests and I were trying to work out. I understand the space may be open, but having multiple groups walk through filming on their phones, combined with the manager's reaction and comments, was frustrating and honestly left a lasting negative impression. I will say the front desk staff are excellent and the housekeeping team is outstanding. Unfortunately, the issues with other areas overshadow the great work they do. One thing to note however is this Springhill is right by a railroad track and the trains come very often in the middle of the night. A note to management, we understand the train is unavoidable but the desks with dividers in your rooms rattle when they go by. The room was large and comfortable, though it did take a long minute for the air temperature to level out. We didn't really have time to spread out - we checked in, took a minute to relax, then called an Uber and hoofed it over to a brewery for the evening. By the time we got back we just needed to get cleaned up and fall into bed. Speaking of which, the bed was...okay. Not the most comfortable, of course, but at least we got a decent night's sleep. I think the thing that kept it from being a great night's sleep was the room's temperature. We were never quite able to get it to be the perfect feel, and when the air did kick on, it was just loud. The water pressure in the shower was nice, and the shower itself was a good size. I liked having the separate "sitting area" at the front of the room, even though we didn't really lounge, as mentioned above. I would say that this isn't the most conveniently-located hotel. There's not a lot nearby, it's close to the freeway but also kind of tucked away, and you can't just stroll down the street for a meal or a snack. Still, it was okay for the one night we were there, and we knew what we were getting when we booked.
