This place is a hidden gem. It's built in a 1980s Apartment complex type of way and it the Suites definitely feel that way. The Suites are very very roomy, and you can get the full kitchen model which is basically like staying in an apartment. The rooms have obviously been remodeled a few times to keep up with the trends and the TVs are hanging at the corner of the apartment with a great view from the couch area. Location-wise, this used to be kinda tucked away in some office complexes on Imperial HWY, but now there's a Whole Foods Market and many restaurants walking distance across the street so the location is great. Did I mention there's free breakfast?! Yes, you get your hot scrambled eggs and other breakfast delights every morning. There's no hot cereal/oatmeal though just cold cereal. Staff is friendly and accommodating. The place is family friendly as well as friendly to the business travelers. A must-stay if you're visiting the North OC area. read more

We stayed here for the first time, because we were going to New Year's party in the City of Industrial. The location was awesome and the staff was excellent. Now the room was great with kitchen and private bedroom you can closed the double doors. The breakfast was delicious the next morning and they were able to extend 1 hour for check out we were exhausted from the party. Just quick note make sure get breakfast, because they wrap up at 9am. We booked this hotel through Priceline for a weekend family trip to Orange County, with plans to visit the Santa Fe Swap Meet and Porto's, as well as a staycation but in Orange County... We were pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. The hotel is conveniently located in a safe, accessible area with ample parking, including an additional lot in case the main one fills up. The rooms exceeded our expectations; the photos online don't quite do them justice. The separation between the bedroom and living area made a big difference for our family, especially with two TVs... perfect for keeping everyone entertained with different shows. Having a big. Microwave and fridge helped us with leftovers from Portos and going to Mercado Gonzalez! We were able to relax and enjoy the food throughout the day! A hot breakfast is offered each morning, and for those still hungry, there's a small pantry with snacks and drinks available for purchase. A thoughtful touch: as first-time guests, we were welcomed with a fun gift bag that included a popcorn container filled with snacks and sweets, such a nice surprise! I even signed up for their rewards program before we checked out. This property is a great option for families, especially larger groups, thanks to the spacious and accommodating layout. The bad: We arrived at 4:17. We were told that our king suite was not ready that we prepaid for. After a bit of a conversation, she said that she could offer us a room with two beds. The room was upstairs facing the main boulevard little noisy, but not too bad. The beds I think is a full size. My husband is 6'4 The television in the bedroom was not working. Call the front desk maintenance came he said he needed a cable it was not there. We left gave permission to come back. We came back 6 hours later It is still working. Stayed a night at the chase hotel for an experience but could not get in the pool because of the leafs, branches and debris that was in it. And I want to say people be careful when dealing with them and there high deposit rate at $250. Even standing at the front desk checking in overheard a customer complaining about housekeeping. Which comes down to my experience with housekeeping management that took my deposit because of some cleaning they had to do when I exited my stay the next morning. Felt like they took my deposit for there time and not for there policy of cleaning. I didn't stay in no air bnb to pay a cleaning fee. Housekeeping management is not understanding. Fantastic! The staff was very friendly and the area felt very safe and it was central to all the fun CA things. The rooms were great for what we needed. A full kitchen that even includes a dishwasher! The separate bedroom and living area was perfect for traveling with a kiddo. They do a free breakfast that was great and a social hour either light apps during the week. We were able to communicate with them through text and ask for more towels etc. lots of parking as well. Oh a d all food delivery services and Amazon are allowed/ can find the place easy. Will definitely be staying there again. read more

This place was absolutely amazing and beautiful. Me and my family wanted a getaway this Memorial weekend with the kids and we booked the 2 bedroom suite. Madison on the front desk was an amazing person who made check-in really simple and helped with our questions. We got in our suite and was amazed how clean and spacious it was . We were in awe. Everything was perfect for our little getaway. The beds were comfortable. The pool was amazing and super clean. The breakfast the next day was very satisfying. Definitely coming back soon! read more

This place went over and above for our group. My son was getting married & we had a room block there plus a rehearsal dinner in the conference room. They allowed us to check-in early when rooms were available. Constantly checking to see if we needed anything. The service was beyond five stars. Rooms were clean & had everything we needed. We didn't have time to use the pool but it looked great. The breakfasts were always fantastic. Didn't make it to the evening gatherings. We were stuck between when we sold our home and when our new one would be ready and the time kept being pushed out further & further. So we came to Chase Suites and I've never enjoyed staying somewhere so much. The staff are incredible. The rooms are spacey and clean. I also had my dog and there is tons of room to walk them outside and they even have the poop bags along the paths. They have a great free breakfast and then Happy Hour with food & drinks. You get a full kitchen with dishwasher, stove, microwave and refrigerator. Also there's a laundry room if you're there for a while. Overall a very joyous experience. Highly recommend! read more

Stayed here for a Disneyland trip last month (Wed - Sun). When we arrived on Wednesday late evening, we didn't find parking in their relatively small parking lot. Luckily they're right next to a corporate building that has a huge lot and we were allowed to park there with our permit. This is an outdoor, garden style hotel, meaning that there's no interior hallways. We easily accessed our room on the first floor. As a group, we got the suite with 2 bedrooms (a king bed in each and a queen sofa bed in the living room) and 2 bathrooms. It was a perfect size for our group of 4, especially since we basically were only there to sleep. The beds were super comfortable and the room was clean. No real views but again, just there to sleep so it didn't matter. They offer a pretty good free breakfast in the morning - waffles/pancakes, sausage, scrambled eggs (and not the rubbery kind, or at least it didn't taste like it), pastries, cereal, the works. They even have a happy hour type snack time during the weekdays, but we didn't get to check that out. It's about 20 minutes disneyland via car, but also expect some traffic on the highways so it could be 30 minutes or more. We didn't mind this because it was much cheaper than the hotels that offered 2 bedroom suites that were closer to the parks. It's not super fancy - don't expect luxurious amenities or suuuuper nice rooms or anything. But it gets the job done. All in all a pleasant stay if you're planning to visit Disneyland and don't mind the drive! read more

After searching all our options within 10 miles, we chose the Chase Suite Hotel of Brea based on previous reviews and price. Overall, we made a mistake. Pros: - Location: Excellent. The hotel is along Imperial Highway about 2 1/2 miles east of the Brea Mall. The road is in good shape...there are lots of stores and restaurants nearby and access to and from the hotel is convenient. -   Exterior and Parking:  Very nice and "eh". The hotel is actually several buildings which look like garden apartments. They seem to be in good shape and well taken care of. Parking is okay if you arrive before 7 or 8 PM. A little later and you might need to use spaces by a nearby office complex. - Reception Desk:  Friendly. The people we spoke with were helpful and accommodating. We arrived at 1 PM on a Thursday and none of our room type - the smallest suite - was available until 4 PM. The front office person suggested we could unpack right away in a larger one for $10 more per night. We did. - Price and Value: Reasonable. The original room we booked was around $190 a night plus taxes. The new room was $200 for a total of $658 over 3 nights. That's the going rate in the area. Cons: -   Breakfast:  Disappointing. If your idea of gourmet is an understaffed Denny's, you'll be okay here. They've got the usual standard starchy and fatty things, but were very slow to restock...possibly because only 1 person (maybe 2?) handled everything. The selection of food was meager and they had trouble keeping it going. There was no hot oatmeal - a staple at almost every hotel. People walked out when the 2 coffee containers were not refilled after 10 minutes. Juice from a machine was too sweet. The small tub of sliced fruit was empty so I reminded one of the women. It was still empty 15 minutes later. There are 2 TV's in the good sized breakfast area, but the largest one by far (controlled by the hotel?) was turned to a church program with a fire breathing preacher. Breakfast hours seemed more designed to save money than serve the hotel guests. Monday-Friday is 630-830 AM while Saturday-Sunday is 630-9 AM. Most places we've stayed extend it to 10 AM on weekends. - Room: Cutting corners. Overall, the rooms are spacious. However, there were 3 problems - 1 big and 2 small. The big one is there's NO housekeeping during your stay unless it's 7 or more days. Want towels or soap? Call the front office. Somebody to remove old, wet, dirty bathroom towels? Call the front office. We got by during 3 nights, but I can imagine the rising ick factor after 5 or 6 nights. The smaller issues were the furniture. Yes it's practical, especially for the traveling public, but woefully cheap. Like balsa wood cheap. But I guess it does the job for a few days. On the other hand, the bathroom fixtures were for children. Both the main counter and toilet bowl were really close to the ground. Fortunately, my wife and I have strong legs so we managed to sit and prop ourselves up when finished. The toilet paper said 2 ply, but I thought they were invisible. I always ask the same question after choosing a hotel or restaurant...."would we go there again"? In the case of Chase Suite Hotel in Brea, the answer is no. read more

Stayed here for Christmas Eve and day instead of commuting back to Las Vegas. Suites are nice, reminds me of Marriott's Residence, two story suites in separate buildings; Chase has about 7 buildings. We stayed on the second floor, I saw no elevators. Ample parking, you have to request room service as they only service your room every 6 days. No bar, no convenience store. Suites are nice with a master bedroom, living/desk and small kitchenette (no stove) only microwave and small refrigerator. Breakfast is only served until 9am, coffee is atrocious, limited yogurt (they were out) and fruit, cereals and toast. Atrocious biscuits and gravy. Have a pool and outdoor seating. read more

We just sold our home and our new place wasn't gonna be ready for a couple of weeks so we booked a 2 weeks at Chase Suites Hotel. From the time we checked in to the day we checked out service was exceptional mind you this is an extended stay type of hotel so daily room cleaning wasn't available unless you state five or more days, but it was OK because their rooms made you feel comfortable the beds were huge We stayed in a two bedroom suite and both rooms were king size master bedroom, plenty of space. full-size kitchen was also available with all the pots and pans, utensils, and plate plates. They even provided dishwasher soap and a sponge. The best part of is that they allowed our dog to stay with us. Every morning breakfast is available and it wasn't a continental breakfast. They had waffles, different times of toast, eggs, bacon, fruits, coffee & juices. In the evening, they had a manager's hour with different spirits. Staff was incredible. Always answer the phone on the first ring and any questions or things you may need they were ready to help. I noticed different HS baseball teams were there durring our stay yet the noise was reasonable. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! read more

If you're looking for a great place for an extended stay, look no further! My husband took some time off and I'm still able to remote from home so we decided to do a weeklong trip to Cali. We knew we wanted to be driving distance from the theme parks and L.A. so It was a wonderful home away from home. Located in the cutest little town, just 20 minutes away from Disneyland, with no shortage of great restaurants (especially Asian food) and shops! Also huge plus that there is free parking here. Since there's a time difference and work starts at 9am eastern standard time, I really appreciated the complementary breakfast from 6:30-8:30am. There was always something different everyday and I never had a bad meal. The ladies running the breakfast bar were the sweetest as well! To touch more on the staff, we did have an issue with turning the shower nozzle on during our first night. It was close to 11pm. The gentleman at the front desk came right away to fix the problem himself. Overall, great room and stay- love the space and the kitchenette area. We were so busy that we didn't get to cook, but we took advantage of the full size fridge and island bar. If I had to nitpick, the only reason why it is not a 5-star for me is because there is no fitness center. I had to venture out and find a local gym class and pay out of pocket. Lucky for me, there's a ton of gyms around (even found one walking distance) so not a huge deal breaker there. read more

No A/C no internet no class. These people think they are worth anything but Zero stars are crazy. Every faucet drips. All night long. Don't even think about using the internet. Snap open the hotel app and look for someplace to stay in Brea. What the heck am I doing in Brea? Who knows...in Cali, you can burp and you're in another town/county/city/burb...if you can get past traffic that is! There were some choices but I just drove by a Chase bank so maybe it was Karma!?! Book and went off to have fun in Brea. Chase hotel is a collection of motel like buildings but all west-coast wood home style. It was pretty nice. Check in was a little awkward as the staff was not the best but all things were straightened out and we were given instructions to the room. NOTE! Parking comes at a premium. If you park later into the evening, expect to park near the main house and make a walk/drag back to your suite. The King Suite was nice. Had a small kitchenette, dining area, large couches with a small tv far away - huh? Yeah..no biggie. Watch it in the bedroom instead...if the TV would work! So laggy and the picture keeps blanking out. Opted to just use the internet and stream something. Internet was bearable. You would think Cali would have the internet thing all worked out. One thing to note is that the bathroom is tiny. For people of larger stature, or taller...be-careful. Breakfast was the usual hotel offering in the main house. PLEASE NOTE...I really detest those that brings their dirty, used, water bottle and stick it against one of the drink or water dispenser spout. I had to go to the front and pump some alcohol onto a napkin to clean up after some ingrate of a woman did it. It only took forever to fill up the bottle. Hotel staff didn't seem to bothered by it. Maybe a regular occurrence - icky. The price was a bit expensive for what you get but it was a comfortable two night stay. 3.5 stars. Cheers. read more

COVID is as over as it's going to be, until the next pandemic...I was told I have to call everyday for towels, and have to actually be in the room or they won't leave them. And then they clean once a week out of a 7 day week - I am here for 10 days and allowed one cleaning. Unheard of. Please remedy your housekeeping policy. I chose Chase Suite Hotel Brea to get ready for my wedding, and my entire wedding party and immediately family stayed there. This was after I searched high and low for the type of accommodations we needed in the area. We all had a great experience! The rooms were very spacious, clean, and I loved having access to a kitchen during our stay. Chase coordinated things beautifully for me with a lot of moving pieces and parts. Our courtesy agreement even gave us a free shuttle to and from our venue which was so helpful. No other hotel I looked into offered that. Finally, they gave us a gift of a bottle of wine, desserts, and a card! It was such a thoughtful surprise. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend them!! read more

Giant suite rooms, but front desk staff aren't all on the same page. I was told by one staff that I could do a late checkout at noon for free, as long as I just called and asked. When I approached the desk later to ask about the late check out again, the woman told me it would be and extra $50, for one hour! I told her the guy who checked me in said they will do the first hour free (I've never heard of a hotel charging for late checkout anyways, which is absurd) Other than the weird policies, the rooms were decent and clean. Stayed here 3 days for our disneyland trip. It's a very manageable 20 minutes drive to disneyland from the hotel. We got the full kitchen suite and it was the best hotel we've stayed in at SoCal so far. The young man that checked us in was very nice. The older man that greeted us every morning for breakfast was very accomodating, not to mention the ladies that were prepping the breakfast. My boyfriend and I booked a one-night stay through Travelocity and had a quick, easy check-in. We reserved a One-Bedroom King Suite, complete with a kitchen, living area, and fireplace. It's the perfect room for couples or small families who are staying long-term and prefer cooking. The kitchen came with almost all the necessities. We were able to make dinner using the stove and oven, and had the convenience of a full-size refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. The living area was very spacious with a sleeper sofa and flat-screen TV (in addition to another TV in the bedroom). The two rooms were separated by double doors, and the whole suite was clean and tidy when we arrived. The entire property looked like a quaint, peaceful apartment complex, and we enjoyed being near many restaurants, shopping plazas, and the local freeway. The complimentary breakfast was average, but other than that, we had a pleasant stay and recommend this hotel to visitors! read more

CONS Hotel is located on a major highway and is very loud due to the traffic. Hotel Wifi is awful and one of our guests could not work remotely here so if that is important to you - I would stay elsewhere. Toilet broke every day but the maintenance was quick to "fix it". Long term guests living in the hotels were incredibly loud and inconsiderate and essentially nothing can be done to move us since all the suites were booked. Each of our families had issues with noisy/rude next door neighbors ranging playing loud TV from 7 in the morning until 10 at night to people smoking pot and cigarettes on their patio area and stomping loudly while arguing above us. This was complained to and nothing was done about it (staff said they left a message for the guests to stop, but that did nothing). Very little amenities and stains all over the curtains and missing a shower curtain in one of the rooms was a challenge to get fixed since no one believed it was really missing. Fold out couch incredibly uncomfortable. Parking was near impossible to obtain later at night. Overall not at all worth the nearly $400 per night and I would not elect to stay here again PROS Breakfast was above average. Staff was friendly and always attempted to accommodate, but their hands seemed tied. Room layout is amazing in the suites and kitchens are loaded to use and nice flat screens read more

ONE OF OUR FAVS! We've been here quite a few times and continue to come here because of the area and the service! Sometimes you need a change of environment! A getaway is always a great idea for peace of mind. WE get the bigger suite - I think it's the "KING" one. PRICE - worth the price given that it's always been less pricey for a minimum of a 3 day stay :) oh and they have offers where you stay for the minimum required and I think on certain occasions is when you get chocolate or wine ..... so cool! CUSTOMER SERVICE - Anthony (Tony) is wonderful! He has always been so friendly, informative, helpful and nice EVERY TIME we've stayed here! He even remembers my boyfriends name and asks him how he's doing and they end up chatting for a bit. Anthony is so nice! COFFEE/FRIDGE/MICROWAVE - There is a coffee pot and coffee items already in the room along with a microwave and full size fridge which is great!! (freezer too). DISHES/DISHWASHER - Yes! plenty of dishes in cupboards and dishwasher (my fav thing lol) LAMP/TV - 1 TV in your bedroom and 1 TV in living room area! :) You can charge your cell (bring your wires!) or whatever using the USB port which is right on the lamps and you can watch your fav shows (Netflix etc..) if you set up your chromecast (bring it with you!)--such a plus! ROOM - The bedroom and bathroom are on 1 side and the kitchen and living room/bar area is on the other side. BATHROOM - okay so if you're cold you can turn 1 of the light-switches on & the bathroom actually heats up which is great! The other switch is a light but no heating. Great idea! BAR - btw I really appreciate the bar being there - it's big enough to work and eat and set up a small buffet if you wanted to! There are 2-3 chairs and lighting is all good. I always appreciate great service as it seems to be hard to find these days so when someone is extra nice or goes out of their way to make sure you're comfortable, they should be recognized and appreciated! Nothing & no place is perfect and won't be every time, but that doesn't mean the business/hotel is not worth going to again if your general experience has been great! :) We've fortunately always been taken care of and been happy thanks to Anthony who has been wonderful and very nice! read more

I booked a 1 bedroom suite over Valentines weekend. Since I was having lobster flown in, I wanted to make sure that our room had a full size stove for cooking. I contacted the hotel prior to our check-in and spoke to Alma. She was the sweetest and helped me out to ensure that I had the best possible experience. The room was beautiful and super clean! The best part about this place is that the rooms are set up like little apartments and doesn't feel like you're staying in a hotel. The following morning my husband and I walked over to pick up our complimentary breakfast. The gentleman at the front desk greeted us with a warm welcome as we walked into the lobby. My relatives arranged a group rate for a family reunion in the area at this hotel. The size of the rooms is what makes this place worthwhile. You could easily fit a family in a suite AND if you have pets, you can bring them too as long as you sign a waiver. I'm sure there's an added fee as well. There's a pool and continental breakfast as well as a flat screen and kitchen in the room. I enjoyed my stay here. Other things you should know: They photocopy your ID to "protect" themselves against fraud and/or theft. Old school people like my parents weren't ok with that. There is no elevator or handicap ramp so if you need special arrangements, request it. They had no problem giving us a room on the first floor due to my mom's arthritis. It kinda sneaks up on you while you're on Imperial Hwy so keep your eyes peeled. My other family members seemed to enjoy this place a little more than I did. Pop quiz.... It's 110 degrees at 7PM at night and the air conditioner broke - what do you do? Well, if you're me, you say fuck that noise Jack and you get a hotel room for the night. And that's exactly what we did. We picked it because it was close, dog friendly, and had the least horrific reviews on the nearby hotel/motels. All in all, it wasn't too bad. I wouldn't want to do what others have done and stay here for an extended period of time, but for one night it was serviceable. The place looks pretty nice inside, but when you go in for a closer inspection, you realize things aren't as nice as they initially appear. Lot's cracked and dirty corners. The furniture is also impractical and uncomfortable so that kind of sucked. But at the end of the day, the price was right, air conditioner was cold, and bed was decent so that's all I needed. I live close by, but for those not familiar with the area, it is located near a lot of good shops and restaurants. Should be consodered if you need a nicer motel in the area. read more

On November 4, 2017 I made reservations to stay at Chase Suites in Brea, Ca. for November 24-26 (2 nights). When I made the reservations I advised Chase that I needed a bottom floor in an area as quiet as possible. (husband is handicapped) I made contact with Chase on Nov 9, 14, and 22, just to verify everything was good. I was told by "Anthony" that everything was good. I asked for early check in due to visiting family with a strict itinerary. I was told by "Anthony" that I would need to call on the morning of my reservation to remind them about early check in. On Nov 24, approximately 9am, I contacted Chase, via telephone, and spoke with "Anthony" again who stated to me that my room would be ready. Anyway, we arrived at approximately 1230pm. I went into the Chase Suite office and "Anthony" was behind the desk. He advised me that they DID NOT have a downstairs room available. I stated to him that I had made my reservations on November 4, giving them plenty of time to get this right. He told me thee is nothing he could do. Since I was on a strict timeline with family plans, I had no other choice than to take this upstairs room. I asked "Anthony" if (at least) he could honor my reservations and make sure I am in a room that is quiet. He advised me that it is very quiet. As I drove to back, where my room was located, I did notice that there were NO handicapped parking. The only one visible was in front of the office. So we parked in the middle of the parking lot and carry our bags to the upstairs room. Well, when we finally made it to the stairs, there was a small step, just before the staircase, that was not marked or colored, that my husband tripped over a fell. I helped him up and we proceeded to the top of the stairs. When we arrived at the top, there was a large paint bucket full of paint, a dirty pair of shoes, a mop and a bucket and several office chairs on the balcony. I also observed a few men inside the room, just next to my room, that were doing construction, hammering and pounding in the room with loud mariachi music playing on the radio. I continued on carrying my bags through this mess, barely making it to my room because all the chairs, etc... were blocking my way. We finally made it to the room. With reservations pending with family, my sister, who lived in the area, came over to pick us up. She carried her little doggie with her. She could not keep him in the car because it was 92 degrees outside. She knocked at the door, but NEVER stepped inside the room. We had a reservation with her, so we hurried and left the hotel. Upon returning that evening to the hotel approximately 11pm, we went upstairs and the mess was still there. Mop bucket, mop, dirty shoes, 2 big paint buckets and all those chairs. The chairs were even blocking my room and my window. I had to move one of them just to get inside my room. Once inside my room, I heard the hammering and music coming through the wall that was connected to the bed in my room. I was so upset. I tried to contact the hotel office and I only got a busy signal. I walked to the office and the door was locked. So I returned to my room and the hammering slowed down a bit. During the night, approximately 2am, I was awaken by a couple outside my room who was arguing and yelling at each other. This startled the heck out of both of us. I knew I could not get ahold of the office and the couple finally left. Next....at approximately 7:30am, I was awakened by a loud, booming sound as if someone fell down the stairs outside. I then looked out the window and observed a worker retrieving a large paint bucket which had fallen down the stair case. This really startled us, as I had asked in my reservations for a downstairs room in a quiet area. I was really upset. Due to family plans, we got ready and my sister had picked us up again, with her doggie in tow due to inclement weather. She knocked on the door and we left from there. Never did the dog come inside the room. Upon returning that evening about 11pm, the construction still going on and the chairs and mess still in the way of my hotel door. I Discovered when I returned home that Chase charged my credit card 500.00 extra for having a dog. I never had a dog. They never told me about the charge. I found this out from my credit card co. That final evening I did snap a few photos of the mess around the doorway and balcony of the hotel room because I was going to bring it up to the staff. It was very dangerous, with no warning signs around or under construction signs, someone could have really been hurt. It was a maze walking on the balcony, not to mention if there was a fire, how would I get out. The liability is endless. They should have never rented the room. This was a huge liability. Very dangerous situation. Never asked how my husband was after his fall. I want my money back. This is theft. Corporate will not return my calls read more
