We booked this hotel through Priceline for a weekend family trip to Orange County, with plans to visit the Santa Fe Swap Meet and Porto's, as well as a staycation but in Orange County... We were pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. The hotel is conveniently located in a safe, accessible area with ample parking, including an additional lot in case the main one fills up. The rooms exceeded our expectations; the photos online don't quite do them justice. The separation between the bedroom and living area made a big difference for our family, especially with two TVs... perfect for keeping everyone entertained with different shows. Having a big. Microwave and fridge helped us with leftovers from Portos and going to Mercado Gonzalez! We were able to relax and enjoy the food throughout the day! A hot breakfast is offered each morning, and for those still hungry, there's a small pantry with snacks and drinks available for purchase. A thoughtful touch: as first-time guests, we were welcomed with a fun gift bag that included a popcorn container filled with snacks and sweets, such a nice surprise! I even signed up for their rewards program before we checked out. This property is a great option for families, especially larger groups, thanks to the spacious and accommodating layout. We'll definitely be back!

This place was absolutely amazing and beautiful. Me and my family wanted a getaway this Memorial weekend with the kids and we booked the 2 bedroom suite. Madison on the front desk was an amazing person who made check-in really simple and helped with our questions. We got in our suite and was amazed how clean and spacious it was . We were in awe. Everything was perfect for our little getaway. The beds were comfortable. The pool was amazing and super clean. The breakfast the next day was very satisfying. Definitely coming back soon!

Stayed here for a Disneyland trip last month (Wed - Sun). When we arrived on Wednesday late evening, we didn't find parking in their relatively small parking lot. Luckily they're right next to a corporate building that has a huge lot and we were allowed to park there with our permit. This is an outdoor, garden style hotel, meaning that there's no interior hallways. We easily accessed our room on the first floor. As a group, we got the suite with 2 bedrooms (a king bed in each and a queen sofa bed in the living room) and 2 bathrooms. It was a perfect size for our group of 4, especially since we basically were only there to sleep. The beds were super comfortable and the room was clean. No real views but again, just there to sleep so it didn't matter. They offer a pretty good free breakfast in the morning - waffles/pancakes, sausage, scrambled eggs (and not the rubbery kind, or at least it didn't taste like it), pastries, cereal, the works. They even have a happy hour type snack time during the weekdays, but we didn't get to check that out. It's about 20 minutes disneyland via car, but also expect some traffic on the highways so it could be 30 minutes or more. We didn't mind this because it was much cheaper than the hotels that offered 2 bedroom suites that were closer to the parks. It's not super fancy - don't expect luxurious amenities or suuuuper nice rooms or anything. But it gets the job done. All in all a pleasant stay if you're planning to visit Disneyland and don't mind the drive!

The hotel room was disgusting. They also have bed bugs. Our daughter had bites all over her body. The room had a torn curtains, scratched walls and the fire alarm died. Paid too Much for this dirty room. We should be refunded.

Great fresh homemade omelettes, pancakes, French toast, fresh fruit, potato's, donuts, danishes, toast. While the lobby and lower bathrooms, restaurants have all been updated, the personal rooms are certainly outdated. I spent a month here a couple years ago. And enjoyed it. Rooms smell stale, occasional stains on furniture, carpet, toilet seats have etching on them. Rusty vents, noisy a/c. This place needs a serious remodel but we do love it. Happy Hour is great here with bar staff that are terrific. Waiter Sam is quite cranky and short when answering phone or asking him a question. Desk staff was stellar. Devin stands out to me. So, my experience with Hilton and this property is vast. This property a few years ago did go through an upgrade to the front entrance, lobby, front desk area, and the main dining area that is beyond the lobby. The remodel or update though done a few years back is excellent. It is very inviting and exactly what you would expect from a Hilton Embassy Suites property. Devin and the front desk team are exceptional! Prompt, professional, and very customer service oriented. Beyond those two notable items in which this property shines, it falls off a steep cliff after that! The rooms are dated. They are dingy. They are marked up, beat up and rusted in various parts of the rooms (or at least the ones I have stayed in). Some of the rooms have drawers that do not close so they are open. Some of the phones do not work int he rooms. Lamp fixtures are crooked because they are old and just beat up. There are stains on sofa's, walls, counter tops, etc. In the shower, there are yellow rust stains and cracks throughout. Toilet paper simply doesn't stay on the bar so it's often rolling off and onto the floor. Housekeeping is lack luster. Trying to get a room that has the adequate towels, wash clothes, coffee, etc. is almost comical at this point. The parking garage which they now charge for is consistent with other Hilton properties, but the issue is it's old. I am not sure who owns the garage as the salon next door uses it as well. The spaces are narrow. Trash builds up in the cans. Lots of areas taped off. Some cracks and pipes that have either leaked or previously caused damage. While it is a park at your own risk, I would expect Hilton to have these issues fixed to be a better space for their guests who do need to park there. The property is in a great location for restaurants, nightlife, shopping etc. It's just gotten to the point that Hilton needs to overhaul the rooms and garage at this point. Staying at a Hampton Inn these days, trumps this property and that is just sad.

Location was good although no you cannot walk to Disneyland. You are walking distance to Sprouts, Target, and some small eateries, and right off the 91. Short drive to Disneyland. Each person at the front desk was nice, kind, and helpful. Parking is complimentary and we were allowed to stay parked there after checkout which was appreciated. Breakfast wasn't the best, but acceptable considering it was included with the stay. A lot of carbs and meat. The eggs weren't normal scrambled eggs but some type of patty with stuff mixed it that seemed questionable lol. Coffee though was very good. Just had a yogurt (would recommend though that they get some plain yogurt because the ones they had all had fruit or vanilla in as it's extra sugar) and a piece of fruit. The motel includes a complimentary shuttle to Disneyland and back which I took advantage of. Note if you are looking to rope drop, you will want to find another way to get there as the first shuttle is at 7:30 AM so not enough time but it worked out well for me. This is great value when you think about it as it's $40 to park at Disneyland and the more affordable motels walking distance to the park are often gross and you have to pay to park there as well. Room was clean, water pressure was good in the shower, and having a fridge was nice to have as I had some leftover food from dinner (front desk staff was kind enough to allow me to store a to go box after check out which was very much appreciated). Only suggestions I have is that management respond to email as I tried to reach them before my stay a couple of time with zero response. Also breakfast could be better for an IHG property which is normally pretty good. I'd recommend hard boiled eggs, normal scrambled eggs, and home fries which I typically see at IHG properties.
