Fantastic hotel!!! I booked a king suite with balcony. The balcony is huge and completely enclosed Which I love! the room is clean and very large with a separate living area. I'm disappointed We are only staying one night. They also offer you a warm chocolate chip oatmeal cookie upon check-in, which was delicious. I would recommend staying here front desk Staff was friendly and quick. Staff around the hotel is also very friendly. Edith at the front desk is so nice. Also she informed me if you call the morning you are checking in and tell them you want to use the pool you can ask them to turn the heater to the pool on and they will

Stayed here the other night and it was a decent experience. Booked direct and was able to check-in online via the Hilton app with a digital key. The entrance to the hotel felt unmarked at night. The entrance to the hotel was next to the Chevron gas station?!? Parking felt limited with a dozen or so dedicated spaces in front of the property, another dozen spaces in the garage, and another half dozen spaces on the upper level of the garage and lower level of the garage... There was plexiglass in front of the front desk agent. I was able to see the front desk agent's facial expression when walking through the lobby. The room itself was very large and pretty quiet, considering that the property is right in front of the 57. I was able to hear my neighbor next door unzip their luggage though... The ceiling HVAC unit behind the room door was very noisy, despite the property being recently remodeled. The shower had decent water pressure and warm water. The towels were pretty thick and the toiletries were on brand and good quality. The TV had numerous premium channels and Wifi was free for booking direct. The mattress was in decent shape.

Rooms are clean. WiFi is speedy and never cuts out. Spacious rooms with decent sized bathrooms. Despite this hotel being located right next to the freeway, it's a pretty quiet property. They have covered and uncovered parking. Parking is free. I've stayed here on two occasions and never had any issues. Staff is friendly.

Great staff, the college students are a great asset to this place, they have been helpful and polite. Location is great, close to CSUF and about 10 mins from Disneyland. Rooms were spacious and clean. Overall 5 stars on all categories.

The room. Bed wasn't super comfy but there was no shortage of pillows.

I stayed at the Fullerton Marriott for one night, and it is by far the best hotel I've stayed at…read more It's a shame that I only stayed one night. This hotel constantly exceeded my expectations. LOBBY The lobby was very open and consisted of many couch sitting areas and a bar. It's well lit and spacious with cool light fixtures. The outside had a lot of greenery that was welcoming and aesthetically pleasing. There were even dog treats offered at the check-in counter, which shows how they go above and beyond to serve their guests and their thoughtfulness. LOUNGE My stay included free access to the lounge, which was located on the 6th floor. The lounge included an open public area that overlooks a beautiful view of the college campus, supplied with different snacks and treats, from cookies to chips, fruit, and candy bars. Various sitting areas, couches, and a TV were present, which were all aesthetically pleasing. They also offered free breakfast buffet-style and access to the pool ROOM The hotel room had a good amount of sitting places and areas to unpack. As well as a large counter with lots of room to unpack luggage and items. Usually hotels have barely any sitting places within the room other than the bed, so this was notable. The TV has a variety of channels and shows that are free to access. Additionally, the hotel has a sense of style and aesthetic with the wallpaper being a cool newspaper artsy style. There was a carpet between the beds, which provided warmth and was very thoughtful; most hotels have just cold bare flooring everywhere. BATHROOM The bathroom was well lit with a huge mirror and a very spacious shower with a sliding door. The toilet is at a normal level, not on the ground like some other hotels. Which is a big deal! The hair dryer was a normal, decent size, making it easy to dry off and access for a one-night stay without having to carry one in luggage. Usually hotels offer a puny tiny hair dryer with no power. This was something that exceeded my expectations. The shower did have trouble warming up, but the staff was more than willing and ready to take a look at it if anyone encounter this turn the sink on either hot or cold until the shower warms up a tip the hotel service gave. The bathrooms on the lobby floor were surprisingly great. There was a beautiful interior design on the doors and well-maintained amenities that were open to use for even non hotel guest, it wasn't any ordinary nasty public bathroom.

HORRIBLLY HARD BEDS. The pool was empty. There was very little water pressure in the morning and the water was not hot - they had had some plumbing issues, but neglected to tell us this before our visit so we didn't have the opportunity to look elsewhere. The hallway to our room looked like a dated Motel 6. Did I mention that the BED WAS HARD AS A ROCK!??? And my husband had a problem with the internet. The staff were helpful, and that was THE ONLY THING good about the hotel. To which the manager replied... We deeply regret the aspects of your stay that did not meet your expectations. Please know that your comments are important to us, and we understand how these experiences could have impacted your visit. We are committed to reviewing your feedback to identify areas where we can improve. Thank you again for your valuable input, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a more enjoyable experience in the future. Sincerely, Jeff Hasty-General Manager BFD. I Spent my hard-earned points on this place and not one offer of compensation. Just his "oh, I'm so sorry. Hopefully, we'll be better in the future and make your next visit more enjoyable." NOT A CHANCE! I am a Bonvoy member for 25 years. You couldn't pay me to visit this hotel again!

When I arrived, everything seemed normal; I paid, and I immediately received a notification confirming the charge. However, the man at the front desk told me to swipe my card again, claiming it appeared as declined. I pointed out that this was impossible, as I had just received a notification from my bank. He claimed it was merely to ensure that everything was in order--but that was a lie. He processed two separate charges that night, totaling $600. I confronted him, asking why he had charged me twice. He then spoke with his manager a woman named MISHEL who behaved in a rude and abrasive manner, stating, "That is your bank's problem; there is nothing we can do." I spent over 40 minutes at the front desk trying to check in and get them to resolve a double charge that had been applied to my credit card. I didn't want to keep arguing, so I simply asked to be given a room. Upon reaching the room, I found it was dirty and had a leak. I requested a room change, and it took them another 10 minutes to arrange it; then, in the new room they assigned me, the keys didn't work. By that point, I was thoroughly annoyed; I had spent nearly an hour and a half just trying to get checked in at that place. I really do not recommend staying there; they have very rude staff, and their manager on duty is inefficient.

She didn't tell us about breakfast, where to park, or where the elevators are, but we asked and quickly found our way. The ladies maintaining breakfast were okay as well. Only on one morning, grabbed a waffle and two hard boiled eggs with some coffee. The staff keep the area clean and stocked with the limited items they had. Upon arriving in our room, the beds were made and sufficient. The carpet was clearly old but bearable. The towels were very thin but soft. There was trash still in the bin, and it looked to be a large band aid and some other stuff so it was pretty gross, but they did empty it the next morning. As others have noted, the shower head is pretty low. I am only 5'6" and even I had to hunch over to get under the shower head. The ice machine did work on third floor, but plenty of orange sludge could be seen at the bottom of the ice receptacle, so use at your own risk. Tenants seemed to be a mix of tourists visiting the area, and some people were living there for an extended period. The fitness room had one stationary bike, treadmill, elliptical, sit up bench, and one set of 25 lbs dumbbells. The towel rack was empty, but there was a paper towel dispenser and they had a water cooler. It wasn't a horrible stay. Really more of a 2.5. Worth it if you're just looking for a place to sleep, not looking to spend a lot, and are aren't expecting much.

Did this Days Inn live up to my expectations? Pretty much, since those expectations were…read moresubterranean to begin with; i've stayed at Days Inns before. But let's be fair and start with the good stuff: my queen room was pretty damn spacious with comfy bedding and a nice lay out, especially for the rate I paid (we'll get to the caveats that go with that later). Secondly, check in was easy, prompt and friendly, and the lobby --- although it looks like it's straight out of 1985 --- was fairly large and inviting. Three, is the free breakfast that comes with. Value added right there for sure. There's also a pool, which again, is nothing to sneeze at for the price. Parking is fairly plentiful and there's a bunch of eateries and big box stores nearby. Now the bad-- I entered my room, turn on the light switch and... nothing. The other lights worked fine - except for inside the shower, which was pretty dim. Also the shower head height is sized for a small child. I mean come on. As for the elevator lighting? Yup, half of those were also burned out. Fitness room: Yes there is one, but it's fairly useless; the machines are either super basic or they don't work at all. Plus no cups at the water station. Room decor? Again, serviceable, but straight outta 1985, which is probably the last time it saw any updates. Also, at the time of my check in there was cleaning crew vacuuming out the empty rooms and hallway carpet, I guess it was maintenance. But the whole place stank with that ammonia cleaner smell and they had fans going for hours. Not a good first impression. If you just want a basic place to lay your head and good value for the money, you should be fine. Borderline 2 stars in my book but I'll give them 3 for the comfy bedding. In short, Days Inn, I'd like for you to stop living down to my expectations. Look up!

We are Marriott Bonvoy members and have had relatively good experiences with Residence Inns. Our check-in was quick and very warm. Our pup was loved upon and they offered us extra water for her. Our first room was great but not long after moving in my husband noticed the AC was not working. He requested help and once they determined the AC was not functioning properly and an HVAC repair company would not be available, they situated us in another room. Our second room was just as nice. We enjoyed the full kitchen option. With Target being so close we were able to make dinner and lunch which saved us time and money. The highlight is the continental breakfast!! We were both super pleased at the variety, the cleanliness, the calm environment, and the customizable options for food. My only concern is the thinness of the walls. We were fortunate that our neighbors respected the time of day so we didn't have an issue while we slept but we could hear everything they said next door and every step of the people above us. This was manageable and I'd still recommend staying here when you need a little home away from home. Thank you for your hospitality and helping us while we were displaced from our home.

Elevators were pretty fast even though there are 5 floors, we never had to wait more than a minute or 2. Complimentary breakfast buffet, pretty standard but free and included. Eggs, Waffles, yogurt, etc. The room was large, clean, and new. The decor was modern, and looks nice. The sitting area was spacious and a large TV with easy to connect to your HDMI cord and computer to be able to watch what you want. Then you had the bedroom area, separated and with a door, it had a decent size TV as well. The bed was pretty comfortable too. The room was decent size and fairly quiet, even though we were next to a busy street. Then you had the separate large bathroom, with a nice large shower. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided in dispensers inside the shower. We did not check out the pool or cabanas, but they looked nice from inside. I posted plenty of photos for you to see what I mean.

That didn't matter because the stay and customer service was very nice. The staff was very courteous and kind and we REALLY appreciated the gym here. The gym here is awesome. They have almost every piece of equipment that you are looking for and they have every type of workout method that you're interested in trying. They don't just have treadmills and weights. There's HIIT equipment, a P-90X type resistance unit/apparatus, rower machines, etc. There's all types of unique gym equipment that you can utilize here. There is also water (filtered, tap, and sparkling) available. You really have to check it out. Unfortunately we were not able to use the pool and that was one of the main reasons why I wanted to come here but that's OK. It rained while we were here so I didn't wanna get caught up in that yucky weather in the pool. I thought it was impressive that they have movie night at the pool area on the weekends. There were many families visiting Disneyland and so it was great because I saw a lot of them at the pool area enjoying the movie night. I liked how they did the movies in sequence so it was like Friday Toy Story, Saturday Toy Story 2, Sunday Toy Story 3, etc. The issue that we had was the wait for the hotel buffet, included in our stay. The wait was 45min-1hr. We waited and it was ok. Our problem was that we had free breakfast in the Club Lounge that we did not try and there was no wait up there. This was a bummer, but we know for next time. Our room had a pool view but the Club lounge was at the other end of the resort. We know next time to ask for a room near the Club Lounge. The hostess at the Club Lounge, I believe her name was Carlissa, was AMAZING! Her customer service is stellar! She greeted us and checked us in and verified all of the other guests as well within a matter of seconds. You can tell that she is a professional at her job with excellent hospitality and great customer service. Carlissa made sure that everything was cleaned up and well maintained when the regular staff person wasn't available. The regular staff person was very busy busing tables and cleaning up items, plus serving beer and wine. It was good to see that Carlissa and the staff person worked off of each other and really kept the place clean, tidy, and well-stocked for all of the visiting guests. If you book at this location, make sure that you pay a little extra for the Club Level benefits. They offer a 6:30-9:30a breakfast buffet, 4-6p evening hors d'oeuvres & drinks, and champagne at 9 o'clock at night on the Club Lounge where the fireworks happen for Disneyland. Also, throughout the day you can stop in the Club Lounge to have snacks or water, sodas, coffees, teas, and cappuccinos. This resort is awesome and I am happy that we chose to stay here. Thanks!

I had pre-checked in through the app and indicated that we would be arriving around 1:30 PM. When I arrived, our room wasn't ready yet. I did appreciate that they allowed us to leave our bags with them, which my boyfriend and I did before walking over to Disneyland. We came back around 4 PM, which is the normal check-in time, and our room STILL wasn't ready. It wasn't until almost 5 PM that we were finally able to get into our room. I understand that early check-in isn't guaranteed, but considering I had already checked in through the app and provided our arrival time, I would've expected the room to be ready closer to the actual check-in time. The second issue was the room view. I specifically paid extra for a park view room, but the view from our room was primarily of another guest's balcony. To actually see the park, you had to step out onto the balcony and look all the way to the left just to catch a glimpse of it. Definitely not what I expected when paying for a park view. The last issue was valet. When we checked out and handed our ticket to the valet attendant, the girl who took it seemed almost annoyed. There was no greeting, no smile--she simply took the ticket. On top of that, it took almost 20 minutes for our car to finally be brought around. Overall, the stay wasn't terrible. The room was clean and the staff was generally friendly, but between the delayed check-in, the disappointing "park view," and the slow/less-than-friendly valet experience, there were a few things that could definitely be improved. .

By the time we got back we just needed to get cleaned up and fall into bed. Speaking of which, the bed was...okay. Not the most comfortable, of course, but at least we got a decent night's sleep. I think the thing that kept it from being a great night's sleep was the room's temperature. We were never quite able to get it to be the perfect feel, and when the air did kick on, it was just loud. The water pressure in the shower was nice, and the shower itself was a good size. I liked having the separate "sitting area" at the front of the room, even though we didn't really lounge, as mentioned above. I would say that this isn't the most conveniently-located hotel. There's not a lot nearby, it's close to the freeway but also kind of tucked away, and you can't just stroll down the street for a meal or a snack. Still, it was okay for the one night we were there, and we knew what we were getting when we booked.
