Fantastic hotel!!! I booked a king suite with balcony. The balcony is huge and completely enclosed Which I love! the room is clean and very large with a separate living area. I'm disappointed We are only staying one night. They also offer you a warm chocolate chip oatmeal cookie upon check-in, which was delicious. I would recommend staying here front desk Staff was friendly and quick. Staff around the hotel is also very friendly. Edith at the front desk is so nice. Also she informed me if you call the morning you are checking in and tell them you want to use the pool you can ask them to turn the heater to the pool on and they will

Stayed here the other night and it was a decent experience. Booked direct and was able to check-in online via the Hilton app with a digital key. The entrance to the hotel felt unmarked at night. The entrance to the hotel was next to the Chevron gas station?!? Parking felt limited with a dozen or so dedicated spaces in front of the property, another dozen spaces in the garage, and another half dozen spaces on the upper level of the garage and lower level of the garage... There was plexiglass in front of the front desk agent. I was able to see the front desk agent's facial expression when walking through the lobby. The room itself was very large and pretty quiet, considering that the property is right in front of the 57. I was able to hear my neighbor next door unzip their luggage though... The ceiling HVAC unit behind the room door was very noisy, despite the property being recently remodeled. The shower had decent water pressure and warm water. The towels were pretty thick and the toiletries were on brand and good quality. The TV had numerous premium channels and Wifi was free for booking direct. The mattress was in decent shape.

Rooms are clean. WiFi is speedy and never cuts out. Spacious rooms with decent sized bathrooms. Despite this hotel being located right next to the freeway, it's a pretty quiet property. They have covered and uncovered parking. Parking is free. I've stayed here on two occasions and never had any issues. Staff is friendly.

Great staff, the college students are a great asset to this place, they have been helpful and polite. Location is great, close to CSUF and about 10 mins from Disneyland. Rooms were spacious and clean. Overall 5 stars on all categories.

The room. Bed wasn't super comfy but there was no shortage of pillows.

Pillows were top tier. Everything else was kinda mediocre, the Red Bar was closed early... probably understaffed, there weren't any live events at night here, there wasn't any direct elevator from the Lower Level Lobby directly to my guest room. Felt like the property is really under booked with only a few rooms lighted up when I was down at the pool. Looking forward to reserve a tee time for their course next time. Property: 4/5 kinda old, but Alot of celebrities seem to frequent here Rooms: 5/5 very quiet, comfortable, and clean Concierge: 5/5 professional Ammenities: 3/5 they should allow locker room access to guests Last Opinions: Property is a tad bit dark, probably to conserve electricity, Pool access is way too far from rooms, feels like you need a golf cart to gain access everywhere. Interesting Fact: Pacific Palms is not owned by Magic Johnson, not sure why that's the rumor mill...but it is managed by the guy that developed the Staples Center.

It feels like you're paying for the golf course and meeting rooms, because the rooms themselves do not justify the cost. The bathroom was ridiculously small--you practically have one cheek on the toilet and the other in the bathtub. The outdoor layout also wasn't convenient for our family, and overall, I wouldn't consider this a family-friendly stay. For the same price, I could've gotten a two-bedroom suite at the Marriott. I expected much better for $200 and would not stay here again.

The staff really does go above and beyond to give every guest the "Wow" experience. Our room had the view of the ocean and pool so it was a little loud during the day when kids were at the pool. It wasnt a big deal to us since it was during the afternoon. The room was spacious and had high end furnishing. I did enjoy being able to walk around the property from one restaurant to another or just for sightseeing. You get your workout that way. There are several restaurants inside the property so you dont really have to leave just to eat. I would like to also comment on their catering since we get to experience them during our work meetings at one of their meeting room along with a hosted dinner on one of the nights that we were there. Thats where I had to deduct one star. It was a hit or miss. The weekday lunch and dinner werent the greatest. My partner and I felt it was lacking in flavor. The NY steak that they served for dinner was more on the rare side. I do not mind it but maybe cook it just a little bit longer. We had to improvise on seasoning it too. Like what I would always say "its better under seasoned that over seasoned" as you cant do much if the food is too salty. They might have a different chef on weekends as the catered lunch was really good on saturday. Thr food was perfectly seasoned. Definitely no complaints there. I am looking forward to staying here again in the future maybe for a staycation.

Booking: We originally booked a two-day, one-night stay in the spring but had to cancel due to an emergency. Thankfully, we were able to keep our payment as a credit to use within a year. When we decided to rebook, I had to call to use the credit. The phone wait was extremely long, so my advice is to call as soon as they open. Also, check their website for discounts before calling because the reservation representatives won't necessarily look for those deals for you. Arrival and Parking: Parking was easy in the large garage. You pay for parking based on the number of nights you're staying, and then you're free to come and go. We arrived around 10 a.m. and completed pre-check-in. They let us know we'd receive a text when our room was ready. There wasn't anywhere to store our luggage, so we left everything in the car. Thankfully, luggage carts were available near the garage elevators. Our Room: We reserved the Wolf Den suite, which has a queen bed and a separate bunk-bed area for the kids. We loved that the girls had their own little space! The queen bed felt small since we're used to a king at home, but the bigger issue was how loudly it creaked on my husband's side. Every time he moved during the night, it woke me up. The room was also surprisingly dark. There were a few lamps and lights near the beds and sink, but they didn't provide much overall lighting. We were close to the elevators, which was convenient because we didn't have to walk down those long hallways. However, we could hear people talking and making noise in the hallway. Thankfully, we brought our sound machine, which helped us sleep. We also discovered that our TV remote was missing a battery. We tried calling the front desk several times without an answer, so my husband had to walk downstairs. Once he spoke to someone, they came up to help within minutes. Water Park and Activities: The water park was a lot of fun! I highly recommend visiting when schools aren't on break because the crowds and wait times are much more manageable. Most of the water attractions are fairly tame, although there's a four-person raft slide that's pretty intense. Only two of the four of us enjoyed that one! There were renovations happening during our visit, but we also noticed some new activities, including mini golf and a ropes course. My husband and the girls spent about an hour on the ropes course and absolutely loved it. We also decided to check out the bowling alley, and a kind stranger surprised us by giving us free tokens. Bless her heart! We were able to play a round before heading to the water park. The bowling balls are smaller and easy for kids to handle, and the lanes have bumpers, which makes it a great family activity. We had a lot of fun! Of course, we also stopped by the arcade, which is always a hit with our family. Towels are provided at the water park, but you need to return them before leaving. There's also a shop selling swimsuits, water shoes, goggles, and other essentials. We forgot our girls' goggles and bought the least expensive ones there, but unfortunately, they broke almost immediately. Food: We ate at several restaurants during our stay. Hungry as a Wolf continues to be a favorite! We ordered pizza and wings through the Great Wolf Lodge app while enjoying the water park. The food was ready quickly, and we received a text when it was ready for pickup. We were able to bring it into the water park, which was very convenient. For dinner, we tried the Timbers Table & Kitchen buffet because the girls really wanted to eat there. The food was okay, but I didn't feel it was worth the price. The main benefit was not having to leave the resort. On Saturday, we had lunch at Buckets Burgers & Bites on the upper level of the water park. We ordered using the nearby touchscreen, and the food came out quickly. We had a burger, kids' chicken nugget meals, and chicken tenders with fries. Everything tasted good! Seating was somewhat limited, but we managed to find spots near the bar. Before leaving, we stopped at Wood's End Creamery for ice cream. My daughter and I had vanilla soft serve, and our other daughter chose birthday cake. My vanilla wasn't particularly good, but it was a nice final treat before heading home. Overall: Great Wolf Lodge is a fun place for a family getaway, especially if your kids enjoy water activities. We loved spending time together, and the girls had a wonderful time. There are definitely areas that could use improvement, particularly the room comfort, lighting, reaching the front desk, and the value of some dining options. But despite those frustrations, we made some great memories and enjoyed our stay!

Taking off one star since I later learned that it is quite hard to get a hold of you guys via phone. My husband was trying to surprise me with champagne and flowers and said nobody returned his voicemail and he tried calling back several times after :( Our travel agent also said that it was hard getting a hold of you guys for booking as well but it eventually got solved. However, on-site staff is very accommodating. I particularly wanted to give Ha a shoutout for a complex booking situation that she handled with great ease and superb customer service. When I learned that she was still in training, I was so surprised since she handled it like a pro with her conflict resolution skills. She was so warm and friendly -- I felt like I was talking to a long-time friend. Management, please give Ha a raise if you are reading this. We were initially going to write this place off since both my husband and agent were having a hard time getting in touch with the front desk but our experience with Ha really changed my perception afterwards. Cole initially helped us check in and even upgraded our stay to a presidential suite available! Honestly the most epic view and suite we could have ever booked! Thank you so much Cole! If the property was any closer to the water we would be in the water lol. So beautiful. I think this is going to end up being a staple getaway spot for us. If you are still deciding, I highly encourage you to book a stay here. We went to their restaurant for drinks and brunch the next day (cocktails, service, and food was amazing) , we booked a couples massage which was such a relaxing experience (both massage therapists were so kind and skilled), and we even laid by the pool which was also nice and relaxing. 5 stars in every category. If I could rate higher I would. Customer service from every staff member we spoke to was above and beyond. From the moment we drove in and from the first interaction, the entire experience was nothing close to spectacular! We had to check in with our VIP tour guide and purchase any merchandise before the tour started, and an amazing perk was they delivered the merchandise to the back seat of our vehicle. We were also given containers of sunscreen, lip balm, and hand sanitizer. Our tour guide, Genevieve, was extremely friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable of all the different insides and out of the park and other parks that she had visited all over the world, such as Tokyo, Shanghai, and Paris. She also provided water for us and snacks. She also was made aware that my husband is a US Marine veteran, and let us know that there was a flag retreat at 4 PM inside Main Street of Disneyland and him if he wanted to participate. The ceremony was very moving as they recognized each branch of the military, and my husband was shaking hands with the other veterans that were present and I know it made him feel amazing. I was able to pick up a Loungefly backpack, Disney ears, and a coffee mug. We were given a special VIP pin! I really wanted the Christmas ornament, however they had sold out. I was extremely disappointed in regards to that, so I hope someone can reach out once they have more in stock, as I will be happy to order one and pay for it upfront! There was a mix-up on my end when it came to ordering a scooter for my husband, but when we found out that the company was not able to leave the scooter overnight, Genevieve was able to point me in the right direction to actually rent a scooter for him. Breakfast and dinner reservations were handled by the VIP tours team. so we got to enjoy a wonderful breakfast before the tour and an amazing dinner afterward. A huge thanks to Genevieve who was able to plan a route so we could enjoy as many rides as possible!

We arrived around noon, and early check-in was not available upon our arrival, but we were able to check into our room around 2:30 p.m. The people who greeted us at the front desk were friendly, and we were able to request a room that had a short walk to the park entrance. Our room felt dated and like nothing special, but we did appreciate the proximity, which was the main reason we stayed at this hotel. We timed the walk from our room into DCA, and it took just under 5 minutes. It's also conveniently located next to Downtown Disney and a short walk to Disneyland. People aren't kidding when they say everything is overpriced. Bring a water bottle, because we bought water in the hotel lobby and it was $9 for a liter of water. I also recommend bringing earplugs if you're a sensitive sleeper. You can hear people walking down the hall outside, and at one point I woke up because there was a screaming child in the room next door. One perk of staying at this hotel is that they give you one special Lightning Pass, which lets you walk up to a qualified ride at any point without a reservation. We used ours on the opening day of the Indiana Jones ride after it had been down for refurbishment for over a month and Lightning Lane reservations were sold out. Overall, we liked the location and the service was good, but the room was dated. I'd recommend this hotel if you're looking for something close to the park.
