Fresh hop beer is still available in bottles! Get'em while they're cold!

I'm confused by the fact I haven't reviewed here. I've been coming here since their soft opening. Folks are always friendly. Libations are spot on! Food is always solid and consistent. I like they don't charge extra for side salads with sandwiches. I love the decor and comfy barstools. If you want cozy and delicious, come here! You won't be disappointed.

First time. Went for lunch. Place has cool vibe. Bar is large. Lots of taps. Food was tasty. I got the meatballs and Greek salad. Service was quick and efficient. I'd visit again.

Came in on an early Saturday afternoon. My husband and I were greeted and promptly seated in a booth. Right off the bat, the restaurant is clean and cozy. After perusing the menu, my husband and I ordered cheesy bread, a meatball sandwich with clam chowder, and a small pepperoni pizza. We also tried the IRA, the Jiro, the Rosè, and the Little Ice. The pizza and cheesy bread were fantastic. The cheesy bread was just what you'd imagine--crispy and flavorful. The pizza was great, too. Crispy crust, with the perfect amount of cheese, pepperoni and sauce. The meatball sandwich was average, it isn't something I would order again. The beers and ciders were all great, too. I would come back for the selection alone. Our server was great, too. The customer service was excellent! I will say I felt like the price was a bit high for the amount of food we got, but I would come back for the ciders, beers and pizza!

Got a few pizzas to go and a beer while we waited. We got a large pepperoni, sausages onion and mushroom, and capicola sweet pepper. All very good. The sausage though is sweeter than expected. Maybe an apple sausage. Servers were super nice and love the chill vibe. We also got a Greek salad. Also good. One of my favorite pizza places and the beer is good too. Got the Fa La la La , hoppy and warm.

Compared to their other location, I'm not as impressed. I came here to see a musician play, and due to a scheduling error, said musician wasn't actually playing, but he and I decided to grab dinner since we were both there, and to see the accidentally double-booked band play. This band was far louder than they needed to be, and we were placed in a separate room with no views of the band (so double-edged sword...no deafening volume levels, but no real ability to see or hear the band, either). I generally get sandwiches at the other location, but we opted for a pizza. The pizza was better than average, but not spectacular. The cheesy bread appetizer fared better, in my opinion.

Love coming here for their pizza! But wanted to try a sandwich this time around since they did have a variety. Tuna melt was okay, not something I would get again. It was just overall average. Should have stuck to their pizza! There is lots of seating inside and out. It does tend to get busy during dinner hours of course, but I haven't had to wait more than 10 minutes for a table. They do have a parking lot, it is very small, so I would just find parking on the street. Great place when the suns out in Portland!

We sat at the bar got a pint and a small jersey pie. Service was great and pizza was pretty good. You get some overcooked spots due to the wood fired but that isn't unexpected. The dough was thin but held up very well. The beers are double mountain so if you like their beers then all good (they also had a good selection, not just all Ipas). Space was very light filled and barstools were comfy. They have a variety of seating areas for whatever fits your fancy. Overall good time and super happy to have them in the neighborhood.

So glad we Double Mountain brewery opened up with Lucky Lab unable to keep the space going. LL use to do pizza so it worked out well as DM is known for their pizza. Rose cider is nice and dry, the Perry a tad sweet but refreshing and we enjoy tasting several other ciders and ales. They had 3 aged sours I'll have to come back to. The pizza was a hit. The veggies and hummus as well as Mediterranean salad and dressing hit the spot.

Flights of beer/cider made him and her happy

Their tap list is extensive but also includes non-standard options. We love to see non-alcoholic beers as well as gluten free beer, cider, cocktails, and other libations. The food menu is great too. There are several items that either come gluten free or can be modified to be. The servers are knowledgeable about the ingredients of the menu items and I feel confident and safe eating here when gluten free is a need for me. They can get pretty crowded, but have several seating options. It was nice out today so outdoor seating was even possible, though it looked like there was a wait. There are tvs in several spots that showcase local sports when possible. There is a kids area and you can sit close while the kids play. Everyone we come in contact with here from servers to hosts are super friendly and welcoming. The food is pretty good. This time around, we shared the garlic Parmesan fries and the chicken wings (buffalo and honey gojuchang sauces). The wings were smoked and moist with good flavor. The fries were alright. More of the aioli would have helped so maybe request extra sauce or get some on the side. The dessert menu has some non-traditional offerings. The highlight for me was the cheesecake. I was assured by a server one time that the chef creates a gluten free cheesecake that rotates on the seasonal dessert menu. The current offering is tiramisu. The coffee chocolate sauce is good and I appreciated the bonus chocolate chip biscotti. The actual cheesecake is decent and I would be excited to try other flavors in the future.

Great rooftop vibe and a fun place to hang out for an afternoon. We ordered a beer flight, and as someone who's had quite a few brewery flights and is pretty open-minded when it comes to beer, this one unfortunately missed the mark for me. Out of the 10 beers, only about 3 were somewhat enjoyable and around 4 were honestly undrinkable. Thankfully, the food redeemed things a bit. We got the pizza with artichoke hearts, mozzarella, ricotta, garlic, and basil. It was super flavorful and the dough was delicious, especially the crust. We also tried the catfish po' boy. It was a little salty, but the fish itself was cooked really well and the sauce was tasty. The spring mix salad with cranberries, slivered almonds, and feta was good too, though I personally would've liked a better toppings-to-lettuce ratio. Overall, I'd come back for the rooftop and food, but probably know to expect mediocre brews.

Simple with pepitas, kale and raddicio. Cheese and dressing. Their beers are some of my favorite from a local brewery. Their Cloud Mentality is a good choice for IPAs. The line gets long for the bar and there's no way to close your tab if you leave it open unless you're willing to wait in the line again to pay. If you don't do that you will be automatically charged 20% gratuity which is a good deal to not have to line up just to close out.

The fantasy and the Dungeons & Dragons themes are really fun and totally calls to me. So therefore with our first experience here I stocked up on a lot of swag- shirts! My first beer with this brewery was a Red Ale or Amber Ale, The Lady of Embers. This was a very enjoyable first time beer with this brewery. Flavor features in this beer are Caramel, a roastiness, maltiness, biscuity and a dry finish. It proved to be a fun beer to try out for the first time and we were eager to come back and try more of their beers. A bit of time passed and we were able to do that. This time we got three different beers of different types to give us a well rounded experience with their beers. Cascade Falls was the first beer on the second experience that we delved into. This beer is a Cream Ale and I haven't had one in a while so I was quite eager to get a hold of another one again. This particular Cream Ale had peaches and vanilla as the primary flavors and they were pretty good. It was sweet but not heavy handed which made this beer pleasant. This beer was a collaboration beer with another brewery, Thunder Island Brewing Company. After that I moved into dark beer territory and got a stout by the name of The Ashbringer. This one I rated very highly on Untappd because I enjoyed the flavor profile so very much! This stout has flavor highlights of roastiness, a spiced presence, coffee, chocolate and some clove. It was a really well made stout...well balanced and one I really got into. I believe actually this was my favorite beer out of the several I have tried. The last beer was a Marzen beer, a type that isn't too terribly common but always a good one when I can get a hold of it. The name of this beer was the Hasta La Raiz. This is a nice light bodied beer that has maltiness, roastiness, some fruitiness and a bit of a floral presence. It was a fun one to try out for sure. TPK Brewing also serves food and it's quite good! We grazed off of several different appetizers here that we really enjoyed. The first one was the Yuca Frita which was Yucca cut into big, thick French Fries sort cuts and we dipped it into a green sauce as well as a pico de gallo type of dip which enhanced the experience. In addition to that we got a beef empanada that Steve and I split along with the same sauces...also excellent and then to round out our snacking here we got the Arepitas De Queso which is a white masa cake mixed with cheese and then deep fried. It also had the same sauces as the previous two appetizers but we were fine with that... we were all about it and deep into it. Steve and loved this place and would be thrilled to come back to enjoy more of their food and beers !

No awkward eye contact trying to flag someone down, no waiting to pay while mentally calculating how close you are to just leaving cash and hoping for the best.
