I went to Dot Dotson's to have some restoration done on some old photos as a surprise for my Dad. These photos are really all that's left as far as pictures go from when he was a kid. The lady at the counter was soo nice and was certain they could make them wonderful again. Two days later I get a call and the pictures are ready. When I saw them I almost cried, they are absolutely beautiful. I didn't think it was possible, but Annette is a magical lady. I will definitely come back. Thank you.

I went to instant print pics the other day for my bf & my anniversary & had a horrible experience…read more Usually, picture places leave envelopes out for you for privacy & to protect your photos post-printing. However, this Walmart locations keeps them on the counter. I had some "inappropriate " ones so I grabbed an envelope, then waited for an employee to ring me up. I got to the counter & the employee was cross with me saying "uhm, where did you get this envelope??" I replied right on the counter next to the cash register. He then proceeded to ask me to remove my pics & that he needed to make sure I didn't have more than on my receipt? I explained to him why I didn't want to. Then he continues to explain to me (in an accusatory & snippy tone) why he keeps the envelopes on his counter instead of next to the print machines. His logic was that not leaving envelopes out makes it harder to steal photos bc "someone will notice a person walking around with prints not in an envelope and stop them". First of all, if someone was going to steal photos I'm sure they would put them in their purse, back pocket, or under their shirt somehow. Envelopes have nothing to do with that. Secondly, the fact that I'm standing at the counter with my receipt trying to check out....doesn't that show that I'm not one of those people? Not only did I have to wait unusually long for assistance but, I had to stand through a lecture from a Walmart employee lol. I get "theft control" but all this fuss over literally less than $1. I've decided to boycott Walmart altogether due to many unpleasant experiences w/employees. Don't feel the same about Target, Freddy's or Walgreens.
