I got 2 disposable cameras developed here and was given prints, digital copies and the negatives with a 2 day turn around for under $25. Max does great work and the quality of the prints are amazing. I will definitely be using them again for getting any future film developed. read more

I stumbled across this place while on vacation in Oregon. Wondering if there would be a film place in the lovely town of Eugene and I stumbled across this place. Now, I can assure you the quality of work is the absolute best as you can rest assured that Max will take good care of your work. My pictures arrived on time (within 2-3 days) and in great condition, no complaints. Highly advise you check your spam just in case. Furthermore, Max is one of the friendliest people I've ever met and a great shop owner. Took the time out of his day to hold a conversation with me about film and explained the entire process for printing pictures while showing me everything, so shout out to him for being so nice. read more

I went here for a passport photo, and he (presumably the store owner) did a really nice job adjusting the lighting and color. It looks like a professional studio photograph. Process was fairly quick and the photos were reasonably priced (much cheaper than FedEx). Would have appreciated a mirror to do a quick check (maybe he had one but didn't offer it?) and a few extra shots to choose from (he did three, but my eyes were closed in one). I am so impressed with the quality of the prints, the attention to detail, and the customer service here. I have worked with Pacific Photo Lab on several different projects, and some with unusual specifications. They have been excellent and I cannot believe the quality of some of the prints from my iphone! The online digital ordering has been easy for me, and when I left a comment with an unusual request, I received an email reply the same day letting me know they could accommodate my request. I don't know if I would trust anyone else with some of my most precious photos - we are doing our wedding photo prints through Pacific Photo Lab and I wouldn't do them anywhere else. read more

Granted, I was only getting a passport photo, but it was a flawless experience. The proprietor seemed ultra competent and the shop is flooded with equipment and seems they can do a myriad of tasks related to photography and photographs. Like the other reviewer, I was in and out in no time with great results and no sticker shock. The map made it easy to find: one block up to 6th from where DOWN TO EARTH is on 5th.
