They came in to UP and we are happy to say that the quality and taste of their butterfly fried shrimp basket and fried catfish fillet basket were very tasty. They serve the baskets with French fries, hush puppies and their tarter house recipe. The taste of both the fish and shrimp are nice, I didn't even need to use lemon juice. Their batter is quite nice crunch texture and flavor are up to snuff. I have to also rave about their AMAZING hot and tasty hush puppies, they are so good, now you know if their hush puppies are good, then the rest will be very good! The only reason I am not giving the extra star to top them at 5, is for two reasons. First reason is they were late. We had to wait outside the cold windy elements while they got their dryers up and running. And the second reason is, their French fries were a little on the stale side. They were not all fresh, i could almost say they were either undercooked or frozen and processed. Other than those two reasons, this will definitely be a repeat. I just do ask of them to be courteous with their time and scheduling when they come up to our neighborhood.
