I actually went to their location to place my order since I needed to look at their rentals to get a better picture of what I wanted for my party. I throw a "Friendsmas" annually and every year, I have to top the previous year. This year I actually wanted to throw a cute candlelight dinner for about 26-30 of my closest friends. I actually was inspired by one of their tables in their upstairs showroom. I got the garland from a black friday sale, but the tables, chairs, table covers, and napkins were all from Pico Party Rents. It is pricey, but everything came out so perfectly. Margarita was so helpful and my my table setting was so cute! She walked me through everything and even gave me a lot of options to choose from. I actually ordered all my rentals probably 1 week before my party (I was busy ok? haha) and they delivered. Billy also helped me out and kept me in the loop since my table covers were to be ordered and delivered the day of the party. I loved everything. Delivery was in the morning and pick-up was the next day. I would do my rentals from them from now on. My velour table covers were a hit! You get what you pay for and I loved everything! They are very busy, so if you can go to their showroom and do order, I would. It may be a little hard to get them on the phone, due to their popularity. But their rentals are great and I would recommend them to anyone!

The 6ft wooden tables and cocktail-tables looked beautiful online and when I had my brother pickup the items, and set up for my baby shower, I was horrified to see that the tables were OLD, chipping, and dirty! I had to spend more money on buying linen to hide them! Per their website, "...offers high-end, quality rentals at affordable, competitive prices. All our linens are manufactured in the USA and our tables and chairs are made of high-quality materials for a better look and more durability." This was false advertising if I've ever seen one. The entire experience was terrible and their customer service representative was dismissive. Their drop off policy is not stated on their website so we had to find out that drop off was between 2:30pm to 4:30pm AFTER the deposit was charged and had no way of canceling (reservation was booked less than a week before the event) . Who has that specific window of time to drop off on a weekday?! By the way you cannot make any modifications to your reservation or cancel under a week of pickup/delivery without incurring a charge. I also found this the hard way. Again, do yourselves a favor and go with another local vendor! I have trusted A Rental Connection in Moorpark for years, but I thought to give these vendors a try... never again.

Cheers Event Rentals was very responsive to my inquiry and their prices were very competitive. The shower was only going to have about 35 people so it was a pretty small party and yet Cheers was very accommodating to our needs. Talking to Jessica on the phone was reassuring that all of the items were going to be delivered without any problems. Cheers came up with a great idea of delivering everything to the park in their trailer on Saturday morning so we could unload and then leaving the trailer so that we could load the chairs, tables and linens back into the trailer for them to pick up later. Since our event was small, all the other vendors were going to delivery the items to my house on Friday and pick up on Monday. This really saved us the trouble and time to move everything to and from our house on the day of the shower. We met Jessica at the park in the morning and everything worked out great with the convenience of having their trailer right there when we were done. Working with Jessica and Cheers Events was a very good experience and I would suggest contacting them if you are in need to rent items for your event.
