The 6ft wooden tables and cocktail-tables looked beautiful online and when I had my brother pickup the items, and set up for my baby shower, I was horrified to see that the tables were OLD, chipping, and dirty! I had to spend more money on buying linen to hide them! Per their website, "...offers high-end, quality rentals at affordable, competitive prices. All our linens are manufactured in the USA and our tables and chairs are made of high-quality materials for a better look and more durability." This was false advertising if I've ever seen one. The entire experience was terrible and their customer service representative was dismissive. Their drop off policy is not stated on their website so we had to find out that drop off was between 2:30pm to 4:30pm AFTER the deposit was charged and had no way of canceling (reservation was booked less than a week before the event) . Who has that specific window of time to drop off on a weekday?! By the way you cannot make any modifications to your reservation or cancel under a week of pickup/delivery without incurring a charge. I also found this the hard way. Again, do yourselves a favor and go with another local vendor! I have trusted A Rental Connection in Moorpark for years, but I thought to give these vendors a try... never again.

Our event was on a Sunday over a holiday weekend, and the Party Pros team delivered everything on Friday, and we set up everything Saturday for our big day Sunday and then took everything down on Memorial Day. The Party Pros crew picked up everything Tuesday. They were reasonably priced, efficient with delivey and pickup, and because we assembled the dance floor ourselves, they waived the set up fee. If you're looking for top notch service to ensure the comfort and fun of guests at an event, give them a call!

They provided a quote quickly, and I was very happy to see how reasonably priced they were! On the day of the party, they arrived on time exactly as scheduled, and they setup the tables, chairs, and linens for us. Then, after the party they arrived on time exactly as scheduled again. A lot of other party rental companies prefer to just drop off the equipment the day before or the morning of the event and then pickup that evening or the next morning. 5 Brothers dropped off right when we needed them to before the party and right after the party, so we didn't have to deal with worrying about equipment sitting around the parking lot before or after our party. I will definitely use 5 Brothers for my next party!

Cheers Event Rentals was very responsive to my inquiry and their prices were very competitive. The shower was only going to have about 35 people so it was a pretty small party and yet Cheers was very accommodating to our needs. Talking to Jessica on the phone was reassuring that all of the items were going to be delivered without any problems. Cheers came up with a great idea of delivering everything to the park in their trailer on Saturday morning so we could unload and then leaving the trailer so that we could load the chairs, tables and linens back into the trailer for them to pick up later. Since our event was small, all the other vendors were going to delivery the items to my house on Friday and pick up on Monday. This really saved us the trouble and time to move everything to and from our house on the day of the shower. We met Jessica at the park in the morning and everything worked out great with the convenience of having their trailer right there when we were done. Working with Jessica and Cheers Events was a very good experience and I would suggest contacting them if you are in need to rent items for your event. We had a wonderful experience working with E-Rentals for our wedding on 10/7/17. We had talked to…read moremany rental companies and 99% of them were either rude, outrageously expensive, or were too "busy" to care if they get your business or not. This wasn't the case with E-Rentals. Erik was very responsive and answered any questions or concerns we had. We felt that he cared about making this process as smooth as possible for us, which really helped in making us feel we were in good hands. The only bump we ran into: the chairs we had initially ordered got stolen from their warehouse months before our wedding. We didn't find this out until a couple of days before our wedding, which unfortunately caused some distress on our end. Given how great communications had been with Erik, I was a bit shocked. I wished we were notified of this as soon as it happened; it would've been one less thing to be stressed about before the wedding. However, Erik worked with us to figured out a solution that were we were both happy with. We were able to resolve this within an afternoon. Everything was pretty much smooth sailing after that. Delivery was set for the day before the event; Erik and his team arrived promptly and everything was setup just as we had discussed. They arrived promptly after our event for pickup. I do recommend E-Rentals. Our experience with them has been 90% positive. Their pricing is affordable and reasonable. And their customer service is great.
