The 6ft wooden tables and cocktail-tables looked beautiful online and when I had my brother pickup the items, and set up for my baby shower, I was horrified to see that the tables were OLD, chipping, and dirty! I had to spend more money on buying linen to hide them! Per their website, "...offers high-end, quality rentals at affordable, competitive prices. All our linens are manufactured in the USA and our tables and chairs are made of high-quality materials for a better look and more durability." This was false advertising if I've ever seen one. The entire experience was terrible and their customer service representative was dismissive. Their drop off policy is not stated on their website so we had to find out that drop off was between 2:30pm to 4:30pm AFTER the deposit was charged and had no way of canceling (reservation was booked less than a week before the event) . Who has that specific window of time to drop off on a weekday?! By the way you cannot make any modifications to your reservation or cancel under a week of pickup/delivery without incurring a charge. I also found this the hard way. Again, do yourselves a favor and go with another local vendor! I have trusted A Rental Connection in Moorpark for years, but I thought to give these vendors a try... never again.

A lot of other party rental companies prefer to just drop off the equipment the day before or the morning of the event and then pickup that evening or the next morning. 5 Brothers dropped off right when we needed them to before the party and right after the party, so we didn't have to deal with worrying about equipment sitting around the parking lot before or after our party. After multiple follow-ups, he said he had switched insurance companies and was waiting for the new paperwork. I agreed to wait a couple of days.
