I recognize you are taking a chance when you buy a used car but didn't expect any major issues because the mileage was so low and the carfax mentioned it was in a 2 fender benders but only cosmetic damage which was repaired before I bought it. However, a month after having the car I had to 1)replace tires, 2)brakes & rotors, 3)car putts and has stalls on me and still trying to figure that out after paying for 2 diagnostics. Took it to Nissan dealership because the powertrain warranty is still effective but dealerships do what they can and lie until the warranty expires so they basically did nothing but charge me for looking at it and give me a list of services I need to buy including 5) a bent strut assembly. Lastly, 5) the airbag light came on saying there is something wrong with it. So to my point the dealership basically sold me a piece of junk and offered me to buy an extended warranty 2 months later after my complaints. This is probably more of a moral issue than a legal issue but when a place has no integrity and don't care what they sell you, you probably should NOT buy from them. Also, learn from me to get the car thoroughly checked before buying regardless of what shape you think its in. It will save you the headache I have right now!

Car was dusty inside and had stains. It looked like they bought the car from a guy down the street and ran it through a gas station car wash and slapped a for sale sign on it. The only thing the car had going for itself was low mileage for the year which I have to question if that was accurate because of the condition of the vehicle. I contact Paul through marketplace after work the next day and even he was upset that the owner hadn't given me a call, so he contacted the owner for me and was told that he would be giving me a call shortly. Still never got a call. I contact Paul again today, and again he contacts the owner and I still never received a call. The owner of this place is a joke and must not like money. I showed up the first time with a blank check in hand ready to pay whatever they asked for it as long as it ran right and never even got as far as starting the car. I've pretty much been turned away not by the employees, but by the owner. Apparently this is how he does business. Do not waste your time here. This is not a place you want to do business. If you can even get to the point where business can be done.

The salesman Eric was frank and honest about every vehicle we looked at--we test drove 3 or 4, and, in the weeks after the purchase, helped us coax the proper title out of MVA after an admin error by the previous owner caused a paperwork delay (though not a driving delay!). After actual and virtual visits to several dealers large and small from Rockville to Waldorf, True Concept was the most honest about condition, provided the best and friendliest service, and had excellent prices according to KBB. I purchased a vehicle from them…read morethat i didn't get to take home for 4 days because it had to go through inspection and also needed struts. I picked the car up and noticed a knocking noise in the rear. Thinking the license plates were loose i went home. The next day, i noticed the car would stall /jerk when I hit the gas. I parked it immediately. Thw next morning i took it to a trusted mechanic and it was determined that the transmission was bad and the struts were never replaced. I immediately went back to the dealership with the diagnosis and Taurus and a few other men accused me of lying about the transmission. He advised to leave the car with them to do their own diagnostic and they would call me when it was ready. Four days later i was told they fixed the struts and flushed the transmission fluid and that the car was ready for pick up. I picked the car up two days later and Taurus demanded i decide if i was keeping the car or not because if not he can put it back up for sale. I stated that i wanted a second opinion at the nissan dealership, he got angry and made one of the salesmen ride with me to the dealership. I paid 160 for nissan to tell me what i already knew, the transmission was bad. They also mentioned 6 other repairs that needed to be done, parts alone would cost $700. I took the vehicle back along with the paper work and got my money back! Guess what? The vehicle is still for sale on their website smh. Please, take a mechanic with you if you plan to purchase from them. The vehicle i took a chance with was the white 09 nissan altima. I have the paperwork dated for 12/15/2017 showing EVERYTHING wrong with that vehicle.

An $89 oil change...which was advertised by email for my car Identified by its vin, turned into $40 more. My vehicle just recently had a wheel alignment. The car has no tire wear that would indicate it is mis-aligned and drives straight as an arrow with no hands on the wheel (Brandywine wanted to charge me for a wheel alignment). When the oil was changed, Brandywine did not bother to reset the oil monitor (something I would expect the dealer to do). What really pisses me off is Brandywine recommended a new tire because of a sharp object had pierced the rear right tire. Turns out it was just the surface. The object did not penetrate the tire. Trust is hard to earn, once it's lost. Total bill over $500 if I approved the bogus repairs. Overcharged by$40 on the oil change.
