First of all, I was offered multiple appointment times for the same day! I took one, headed to the dealership and was immediately greeted by their service team. Each team member was very warm and polite throughout my time in the dealership. Saeed Satterwhite worked with my directly to get my service done, addressed a concern I brought to his attention (resolved it), and let me know of a factory recall issue they wanted to fix while I was there. I sat at the work station in their very busy waiting area and was able to get work done while I waited for my vehicle. They finished the work quickly and I was on my way in record time. What a refreshing experience at a car service e dealership. This is my first Toyota. I bought mine after my husband's experience with his first Toyota (a Tundra truck). We've both been impressed by the professionalism of the staff at every dealership we've been to and the lack of high pressure sales tactics. Shout out to Brian Langford, who used to work there, for the time and energy he spent trying to help us buy our SUV when we had very little turn around time to replace my totaled vehicle. He was warm, polite, professional and very understanding when we bought our SUV elsewhere because he just couldn't get his hands on what we wanted.

We walked in (on time) for our 4pm appointment and we were wrapped up and sent off (with a refund, BTW) in less than 2 hours! Sheesh ... the drive getting here took about the same amount of time! Within 4 months I had to replace: Oil Pan Oil Pan Gasket 6 months later I had to take vehicle back to repair shop to be told it needed. Front Brakes Back Brakes Front Rotors Back Rotors Thermostat Radiator New Water Pump A/C Flush Valve Cover Gasket Axle Shaft Seals Motor Mounts 2 weeks later Check engine light came on and was told it needed. Spark Plugs and Wires In only 11 months and only 18,000 miles driven all of this needs to be done to the vehicle. You cannot convince me that they did not sell me a lemon. They have now had my car for a week and I have asked to speak with a manager every day and was told Mark the manager would call me back. Each day I called to speak with him I never receive a call back. Today I called again and was told he is aware of the situation and would call me and still no call back. Yes they have me in a rental. But, for the last 52 days my car has been at someones repair shop for 37 of those days. I am paying a car note for a car I am not even driving. I feel so helpless and now wonder If I need to contact a lawyer to get this resolved. They do not care about their customers, only the sale. Once the sale is complete and there are issues. They leave you to deal with the issues on you own. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!
