They acknowledged it in passing and then never looked at the print out I had showing the final price (including taxes, tag, title, dealer markup) with the TrueCar discount. The final price they showed me was $160 more. To add insult to injury, the windshield had a significant crack at the bottom in the dark area where it was hard to see and when I pointed it out, they told me MD inspection doesn't require windshields to be "completely sealed"! My son worked for Safelite for several years and he told me that is crap! In the end, the car was $690 more than I had in a pre-approved check, so naturally I was able to get the car for the money I had. It was almost laughable, the way the manager took the check from my hand, before it was even endorsed, and disappeared! I should have gotten a better deal, but, "needs must" as they say. We needed a second car right away. BTW it's a 2021 Chrysler Voyager with 77K+ miles and seems in good condition. But, we just got it so I'll report back after the 30 day warranty expires. I wasted money shipping a car to Maryland because the shipping fee is not refundable and I had to walk away from this car. The imperfections that were listed online did not even cover half of the cars imperfections. Multiple spots of damage to the exterior, ripped and torn leather inside the vehicle. Car was dusty inside and had stains. It looked like they bought the car from a guy down the street and ran it through a gas station car wash and slapped a for sale sign on it. The only thing the car had going for itself was low mileage for the year which I have to question if that was accurate because of the condition of the vehicle. I was actually shocked that they would attempt to sell this car. CARMAX is clearly struggling right now and need to just go out of business. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Decided to take the jump and do a test drive that day. When I pulled up, me and my family were greeted by Tatyana and Mark. They had the car ready for test drive. While I test drove they took my old car in to review a trade-in offer. We came back, reviewed deals/offers, and negotiated. Possibly the best decision I've ever made! I Rarely do this but I am very frustrated …read more I bought a used Dodge Ram 1500 from Waldorf Ford at the end of July drove it for less than 48 hours and engine light came on and the back up camera quit working. They put it in for repair telling me it was something minor. Didn't fix the camera, and told me there was a recall part needed and they would call me when it came in. Gave the truck back and we drove it for about a week and it started overheating. Dropped the truck off again on Aug 5 because i needed to drive my son to California. I have to say, They have provided a rental car the entire time but I bought a truck and i get a rental car. Today is September 5th i have made two truck payments on a vehicle I haven't even hardly driven . At this point, I don't even want the truck. No one has called to give me an update. There is no timeline given. I have been buying cars at Waldorf Ford for more than 20 years but I have bought my last vehicle from them Very disappointed and dissatisfied Brent
