Initially, my neice was sold a 2018 Ford Escape that had no oil in it at the time of purchase. Shortly after, I discovered that paper had been placed inside the vehicle by the service workers , and the transmission was faulty. These are serious issues that should have been identified and addressed prior to selling the vehicle. After reporting these problems, she was repeatedly told that parts were being ordered and that repairs were being made. However, this information was misleading. She was asked to return to the dealership multiple times traveling over an hour each way only to find that no actual repairs had been completed. On several occasions, she was kept at the dealership until extremely late hours, including as late as 2:00 AM and another time around midnight. Despite these long visits, the vehicle was never properly repaired. Instead, it appeared that warning lights were simply turned off rather than the underlying mechanical issues being fixed. In addition to these concerns, we experienced highly unprofessional and unacceptable behavior from management. Reggie, the General Manager, was rude, dismissive, and used an intimidating tone toward me that felt threatening and inappropriate. His conduct lacked professionalism and basic customer respect. Furthermore, the owner, Gabby Furdyna, was also unhelpful. While we was present in the dealership, she reviewed my email but made no effort to assist or address my concerns. When I asked to speak with her, she did not provide any time or opportunity to discuss my grievances. Then used her personal life as an excuse to why she don't want to speak to my neice. I have documented evidence, including recorded videos, that support my claims. This entire experience has been stressful, time-consuming, and unacceptable. I am requesting a prompt resolution to this matter, including proper accountability for the vehicle issues and the treatment she received

Sales Rep Jalen greeted me as soon as I got out my vehicle and was ready to assist. He was honest, professional, knowledgeable, and provided outstanding customer service throughout the entire process. We experienced an issue with the vehicle after business hours and Jalen had no problem stepping in and assisting with the issue. The dealership had to keep the vehicle to complete the repairs. Jalen maintained great communication and provided updates. Mr. Michael Moses was also a great help during the process as well. His experience and knowledge was reassuring. The staff at this location were all great, friendly and helpful. This location is the definition of a team. I highly recommend Bayside Kia of Waldorf. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from them in the future.

Ended up buying from Darcars Kia, who, while their price was more or less in line with Bayside, were extremely transparent up front with their pricing.

When I found this car on a auto app, I immediately went to the dealer's website and sent in a message. The internet sales person Tatyana was amazing! Extremely friendly, provided a ton of details, and I didn't feel pressured like most dealers I've dealt with. We communicated through call, text, and email about the vehicle and trade-in. Decided to take the jump and do a test drive that day. When I pulled up, me and my family were greeted by Tatyana and Mark. They had the car ready for test drive. While I test drove they took my old car in to review a trade-in offer. We came back, reviewed deals/offers, and negotiated. Possibly the best decision I've ever made!     I Rarely do this but I am very frustrated …read more I bought a used Dodge Ram 1500 from Waldorf Ford at the end of July drove it for less than 48 hours and engine light came on and the back up camera quit working. They put it in for repair telling me it was something minor. Didn't fix the camera, and told me there was a recall part needed and they would call me when it came in. Gave the truck back and we drove it for about a week and it started overheating. Dropped the truck off again on Aug 5 because i needed to drive my son to California. I have to say, They have provided a rental car the entire time but I bought a truck and i get a rental car. Today is September 5th i have made two truck payments on a vehicle I haven't even hardly driven . At this point, I don't even want the truck. No one has called to give me an update. There is no timeline given. I have been buying cars at Waldorf Ford for more than 20 years but I have bought my last vehicle from them Very disappointed and dissatisfied Brent

We had a great…read moreexperience buying this same car 5 years ago from the CarMax White Marsh location but I definitely wanted to shout out CarMax Brandywine Crossing for their stellar customer service, and the efficient, quick and seamless experience! We walked in (on time) for our 4pm appointment and we were wrapped up and sent off (with a refund, BTW) in less than 2 hours! Sheesh ... the drive getting here took about the same amount of time! Would love to hear about YOUR experience. When you go, tell them you saw them on Yelp!

Within 4 months I had to replace: Oil Pan Oil Pan Gasket 6 months later I had to take vehicle back to repair shop to be told it needed. Front Brakes Back Brakes Front Rotors Back Rotors Thermostat Radiator New Water Pump A/C Flush Valve Cover Gasket Axle Shaft Seals Motor Mounts 2 weeks later Check engine light came on and was told it needed. Spark Plugs and Wires In only 11 months and only 18,000 miles driven all of this needs to be done to the vehicle. You cannot convince me that they did not sell me a lemon. They have now had my car for a week and I have asked to speak with a manager every day and was told Mark the manager would call me back. Each day I called to speak with him I never receive a call back. Today I called again and was told he is aware of the situation and would call me and still no call back. Yes they have me in a rental. But, for the last 52 days my car has been at someones repair shop for 37 of those days. I am paying a car note for a car I am not even driving. I feel so helpless and now wonder If I need to contact a lawyer to get this resolved. They do not care about their customers, only the sale. Once the sale is complete and there are issues. They leave you to deal with the issues on you own. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!
