I cannot rave enough about Dori. I know finding a makeup professional is hard and stressful, and do you really get what you want, even though you show pictures? The answer is YES. Dori was beyond amazing! From the very beginning she put our minds at ease. (2 brides!) We ended up not doing a make up trial and just putting all of our gambling chips on looking flawless on our wedding day... and not to toot our own horn, but we did! To put in perspective, Dori starting make up at 6:30AM for 9 girls and 2 brides. Which, not gonna lie, is a feat in itself. Once all of the girls were done up, we took pictures all around town. Then we finally went to the venue where the ceremony/reception didn't start until 7pm. None of the girls needed to go touch up because they all looked phenomenal throughout. The make-up looked FRESH throughout the entire day and night. How, you ask? Because she uses airbrushing... for NO EXTRA CHARGE. That is incredibly rare. I believe it came out to $80 per girl, extra $10 for eye lash extensions. Complete steal and every single girl was complimented on their makeup. Stop reading and book her. You are welcome! read more

My daughter is very picky about her makeup and wants to always make sure it is not overdone and natural. Dori gets an A+. She is a good listener and achieved perfection with my daughter. For me...I usually put make up on and look like Lucy (LOL!). Dori gave me a beautiful look and recommended eye lashes that made me feel like a moviestar. She is fantastic. Ann did our hair, and two other bridesmaids and did an awesome job. I highly recommend this very professional team! read more

I highly recommend Dori and hope to have her do our make up for future events! As a fun girls day, Dori came to my home to give me and my two teen girls a makeup lesson. She provided a recommended list of products to get in advance (if we didn't have them on hand) and brought her own makeup chair and supplies. During our lesson, Dori helped to show all of us which products to use and how best to use them. She demonstrated the makeup application on one side of our faces and we did the other side. Her instructions were clear and she was very patient with us and our questions! All of our makeup ended up looking very pretty and natural, which was exactly what we wanted for my makeup-shy girls. Dori was a delight to work with and connected well with my kids. read more

Dori came as a recommendation from a close friend. She was amazing and I will absolutely use her again in the future! My wife and I hired Dori for our wedding day (for both of us). Neither of us wear make up on a regular basis and we wanted to look natural on our wedding day. Dori did a phenomenal job hearing what we were saying and catering to what we wanted. Dori did my make-up for my wedding and it was absolutely flawless!! I've had my make-up done dozens of times for other weddings and such but never loved how it turn out. With Dori my make-up was very natural looking with just enough glam without it being too much. I looked like me but better!! She listened to what I wanted, studied pictures I sent her and nailed it!! The make-up was long lasting and looked amazing in pictures. Not to mention, Dori is one of the sweetest people and was a calming nature during the morning. Thanks Dori!!! read more

Dori recently did the makeup for my wedding and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a makeup artist. There were 7 of us and with the help of an assistant, she had us all looking great in just over 3 hours. She is very professional, friendly, and does a terrific job. Her pricing is affordable, especially for a MUA who comes to you. She was super easy to work with and very quick to answer any emails I sent in the months between my trial and the wedding. I would be more than happy to use her services again! read more

Three words: Dori is great! She did bridal makeup for myself and almost all of my bridal party. Everyone looked beautiful! After my trial, I was slightly worried she wouldn't have spray foundation to match my fair skin, but she ordered a light color to perfectly match my skin tone. I had an eyebrow snafu the day before my wedding. It was completely traumatizing. In fact, this is the last time I'll ever mention it, because I want to forget it ever happened. Dori managed to entirely cover it up. No one knew, besides my close family members and bridal party. I got compliments left and right. In fact, one of my friends, who was getting married two months later, asked about my makeup. I gave her Dori's information and Dori did my friend's makeup as well (she also looked amazing!). Thanks again, Dori! read more

Dori is an amazing bridal make-up artist. From the moment I spoke to her, to my trial in June, to my wedding on Saturday, she has been priceless. She has given me advice on products and contouring techniques and has been beyond accommodating. On Saturday, She used airbrush makeup and lashes on myself, 3 bridesmaids, and my mom (who never wears makeup but after seeing everyone else she wanted "the works"!). Everyone looked so natural and absolutely beautiful. I was so glam and she really achieved a sultry look without the caked on makeup look. I wasn't worried about streaking, fading, or dulling. In fact, my lashes stayed on for 3 days! I would call her for any event I needed some professional help with, as she works magic. Beyond her talent, she is just a sweet, helpful, and down to earth woman. She made everyone feel special and tailored her technique and conversation to ages 5-65. Thank you for making us all feel so special and making me feel like an absolute princess. I wish you all the best in luck in the future!!! read more

Dori is a talented make up artist, who happens to be a pleasure to work with as well! She did such an amazing job getting me and my friends/family glammed up for my wedding, I couldn't ask for more. I have to say, booking a make-up artist was a tough decision for me because I was concerned I'd look either under-done, or over-done. Trust me when I say, Dori does it right and you can trust her to make you look beautiful for your special day! Book Dori Mae Makeup, and you won't regret it!! read more

Loved, loved, loved Dori. She was such a treat to work with. Not only is she talented, but she made the whole process fun and easy. I first met Dori at my makeup trial, and like many brides, expressed my concern of looking "too done up". She walked me through all the steps, made sure I was comfortable, and made me look gorgeous (an enhanced Stephanie if you will). All of my bridesmaids loved their makeup the day of the wedding as well. To top it off, Dori went above and beyond the week before the wedding answering emergency pimple questions and providing other skin advice etc. Dori is a gem. If you're looking for a talented, fun to work with makeup artist look no further. read more

Dori did my make up and my bridal parties for my wedding! She did an unbelievable job! We had a practice session before the wedding to plan out what I wanted and then on the day of it was perfect! With all the nerves a bride has worrying about my makeup being perfect was not something I needed! Dori handled it perfectly and made me feel so comfortable! I would recommend her to any bride out there she is fabulous! read more

I wish I could give Dori 10 more stars! Dori first did my makeup as a bridesmaid for a friend's wedding. My boyfriend at the time said my makup that day was the prettiest he's ever seen, and treasured the pictures we took together that day. Fast forward 2+ years, and we were engaged. My fiance never let me forget Dori or her work. He insisted Dori do my makeup for our wedding day. For a guy to remember and request a makeup artist years later just goes to show her high quality and memorable work. And Dori undoubtedly lived up to those expectations on my wedding day. I recieved endless complements, as did my bridesmaids, mother and mother-in-law. Dori has a way of enhancing natural beauty. It was a great balance of flawless coverage without caking on makeup. Everyone looked like their true selves, just a perfected version. I could not have been a happier bride. I would highly recommend Dori to any bride who wants to look like her best self on her wedding day! I can't thank Dori enough! read more

Dori's team did the makeup for a friend's wedding I was in and despite having had it done at 9am, the makeup was PERFECT at midnight, so obviously I had to use them for my wedding also. Her team is fantastic. I used her for my wedding and I was so happy with the makeup and all my bridesmaids looked amazing. In addition to being talented she also so sweet and she and her team are fun to be around when you are all getting ready. Would highly recommend! read more
