My stylist was Gina. She was so personable and didn't make me feel silly asking any sort of question or when I wanted to tweak my makeup or hair. I had a very intricate updo that I wanted and Gina put in HOURS at home in between my trial and wedding day to prepare a hair extension with most of the intricate details complete which made wedding morning a breeze. The compliments on my hair and makeup at my wedding were endless, even from all of the straight men LOL. Could not have been happier with how it all came out and my friends and family who got their makeup and hair done were obsessed as well. There regular prices are very reasonable so I would definitely go back to Melissa. I also had her do a fish tail braid for an event and I loved it! So I would go back for just a braided style as well. The downtown location is convenient. The decor is kind of a funky style. Their was usually only 1 or 2 other stylists their when I went. The online booking system works but it not very easy to figure out. It also let me book outside of their normal hours so when I went to one of my appointments I thought they were closed. It turns out the stylist was there but hadn't turned on the open sign. Since the hours were before opening I thought it was a system glitch and left.
