Her consultation was free and she offered a choice of Botox and another reputable brand of botulinum toxin. I can go back in 7-10 days for a free touch up if needed. Will follow up review in 10 days to share my thoughts. UPDATE Came back and Dr Faierman touched up the "11's" as the results seemed to be less than effective & I was told to come back in 7-10 days... She was on vacation... Came back after her vacation and as previously mentioned my "11's" were still more visible than I expected. She mentioned that I waited too long to come back upon which I had to remind her about her vacation. She opened a fresh vial and readdressed the entire forehead and "11's". It lifted my eyebrows and I definitely saw results, I was just surprised I could frown and furrow my eyebrows. I would do it again but only if it were far less expensive. I think she is a VERY honorable doctor and person and most likely I just have some sort of resistance to Botox. My daughter had similar results from her Dermatologist in NY and was told she "had a resistance", so I dunno I'm just putting 2 and 2 together.

Her staff worked diligently to make sure I got the surgery in a short amount of time and was friendly and professional throughout the entire process. Dr. Faierman replaced my implants and did a breast lift. My results were beyond expectation and continue to improve weekly. I am happy to say that my scars are minimal (only 3 weeks into recovery) and the process was much easier than I expected. And I look amazing! I'm ever so grateful for finding her.

So I decided to call today directly and find out if I want to work with this office or not? So I called and talked on the phone with Eloa. She was very apologetic, pleasant and knowledgeable. She took her time, answered all my questions with NO FRUSTRATIONS and lots of patience. I always have tons of questions!! Super excited about this and how the office handled everything so far, good vibes and verbal comfort! Set my appt to visit and consult with the DR, 4 months out, ouch just for the consult. Didn't like that, maybe up to a year for surgery. UGGG! Also, I don't like that I had to prepay for a consult to get an appt date, but who cares, I'm ready and serious! I guess if they need that for my appt to show my commitment-I'm down. She mentioned it also goes towards whatever you may choose to do within the office. Fingers crossed it stays good and they call me for an earlier consult appt- I'll keep you posted!!

I completed my registration seamlessly, thanks to Mirka. I transitioned from registration to pre-op prep by the medical Assistant Laura, (who was one of the nicest beings I've ever met.) She made me so comfortable, I forgot that I was having surgery. I then went into the surgical room by Jamie and the Team who set me up for surgery. Dr. Joseph's bedside mannerisms is matchless. He has a calming aura, and collected way about him which (as his patient) I'm immensely grateful for. Pre-surgery Laura stepped up to make sure I was ready. Post-surgery was handled admirably by Karpia and Jamie. They made sure I was as good as I could be to be released safely, until my daughter came to pick me up! I appreciate EVERYONE who welcomed me, assisted with my surgery and made sure that I was comfortable and great. On a scale of 1 to 10... I give them a 12 and I HIGHLY recommend TOTAL ORTHOPAEDIC CARE IN LAUDERDALE LAKES & WESTON OUTPATIENT SURGICAL CENTER!!! Great Job Everyone!!! Thank You

Once I got in the back, the nurse took my vitals and got me ready for my upcoming procedures. Two different anesthesiologists came to talk to me to make sure I understood the kind of anesthesia I was going to be getting and to explain to me any side effects I might experience and to ask me if I had any questions or concerns. After a brief wait I was wheeled into the back and it was showtime! My doctor was there along with a surgical tech who introduced himself and told me he was going to be assisting my doctor. When I woke up in recovery there was another nurse tending to me. After making sure I was feeling fine and giving me a snack and a drink my doctor came to let me know how the procedures went and what to expect when I got home. I was given post op instructions (both verbal and written) and I was on my way. EVERY single person from beginning to end was just absolutely amazing. They made me feel comfortable in a situation that can be so stressful and scary. In addition, the facility was absolutely spotless. Not only did they call later in the day, but they called next day as well to make sure I was feeling fine. All in all, an excellent place to go to for your medical or surgical needs.

Before Dr. Shenassa repaired my broken wrist, it would have been a freaken miracle. I tripped in my backyard and fell with my arms extended, so I broke my wrist. Dr. Shenassa assessed my hand and scheduled me for a repair surgery. It took about a minute to realize he is smart. After our time together, I left the appointment knowing he was worthy of my trust. The surgical center is the same one that my orthopedic surgeon uses, so the anesthesiologists knew me and it was a successful and uneventful surgery. Dr. Shenassa called me that night to make sure I was doing ok. His office team met with me and assessed me until I was recovered from the surgery and on my way to building strength. I broke my wrist 1/6/2025. I was able to use my hand a couple of months after the surgery. It took about a year for me to recover my maximum wrist strength. Now, 18 months after I broke my wrist, every time I use it, I think of my surgeon and how he helped me keep going. When I show my wrist scar to hospital and orthopedic professionals, they are amazed at the work.
