I should have known better, but she obviously told me to start coming to her. " no no don't go to laser. It won't help you, come see me " Flash forward 6 months and $2,500 later and I had ZERO results. I went to her religiously every week for 30-60 minutes. She stuck her needle into me and then I think she just plucked the hairs out. She wasn't getting the base of the hairs and also it hurt a LOT. I went to another electrolysis person in Massachusetts actually, because I come here for work every month and WOW was it different. Nikki's machine is old and her technique is dangerous. The Massachusetts electrolysis lady also said I'm a perfect candidate to continue laser hair!!! So Nikki lied to me for her own self interest Yes dangerous. I have scars all over my upper lip from her improperly shoving her needle into it. I went to my dermatologist and she recommended micro needling to fix the scars, which is VERY expensive. I'll upload pix later If other individuals have gone to Nikki and had good results then that's great and I am so happy for them, but that was not my experience and I would not recommend going here.

I felt that medication was prescribed very quickly without a thorough evaluation or discussion of other possible approaches, such as patch testing. The appointment felt rushed, almost like patients were being moved through on a conveyor belt. I did not feel heard, and I was concerned that there was little effort to investigate the underlying reason for my symptoms rather than simply treating them with pills. I also had difficulty getting a response after the appointment, as my calls were not returned. I understand that medical offices can be busy, but patients deserve adequate time, careful attention, clear communication, and appropriate follow-up. This was my personal experience, and unfortunately, I did not feel that my concerns were taken seriously or that I received the thorough care I expected.
