His staff is amazing and understanding, helpful and reliable when it comes to helping you in whole. I have never had any complaints with this facility because they've always taken care of me and my family member. Let me be clear, We are not related to Dr Chin or any staff in this Office but we get treated as if we're family. Even to the day I have started coming back with Dr Chin this year because I left due to Insurance reasons since nothing has changed. It's the same energy as before as if I'm family, everyone remembers me, especially Dr Chin. 10/10 I recommend them to anyone.

This would make our third attempt in searching for our family doctor after our doctor passed away…read moredue to COVID. So far the search has not been very pleasant. But this place is got a good potentials, initially. The staff were extremely nice and friendly. We did not get to see the doctor in the initial visit. Instead we saw the PA who basically just took down our medical history for future references I guess. We were supposed to get our blood lab work done in the same visit. But somehow due to some unforeseen circumstances, we were denied at first. After pleading with the staff we were then allowed to get the blood work done. It's weird to me because we always get our blood work done. In the same annual physical visits. We never had to "request" for this service. Oh well, not all the offices were as nice as our previous doctor. Probably will still go back for our next annual check ups. But the next time I'll make sure I request to get the blood work done in the same visit!

I went to have blood drawn 2 days ago and she screwed up putting the needle in my vein so bad I am still in pain and arm is still swollen and badly bruised. This is the second time out of 4 blood draws over the past two years that this happened when she drew blood. Once putting the needle in and one pulling the needle out. Never had this happen to me before anywhere else. And my veins are large and very easy to place a needle in. Sorry to say but this employee should not be working in this job. And that she remains is not a good reflection on the Dr. I cant be the first one this is happening to. Here's a photo more then 2 day AFTER the draw:

Elite is far more than a medical center. From the moment you walk in you are aware that this…read morecompany has made a special effort to make the patient feel at home. That warmth begins as you begin to enter the building. There is a welcoming feeling painted right on the doors. When you enter you are greeted by a very polite young lady who has been trained in wonderful manners and helpfulness. She directs you immediately to the Patient Care Coordinator who can help you in the most efficient way possible. Right away you notice that the emphasis of Elite is on whole body health because there is a great little gymnast giving lessons to patients. This is a rare sight, indeed. I am used to the CNN blasting and a long wait. Not here! You are attended to ASAP by various specialists in management in all glass offices with bright colors. The feel is different from any doctors office I have been to in the tri County area. In the past several days I have had some particularly vexing problems that anywhere else would have been ignored or taken forever to solve. Elisset (Eli) Alberto, the Patient Care Coordinator who tackled my complex jumble of paper and special requests charmed me right from the start with a big smile and a "we are going to solve your problems" attitude. I was flabbergasted when what I thought would be a hassle turned out to be just a "determined to get it accomplished" feeling on her part. I have heard great stories about Dr. David Korn and Eli got me right in to see him without a lot of fuss. Dr. Korn turned out to be the expert and delightful chap that I had been hearing about. I was so pleased to meet someone of his caliber. Following my visit with Dr. Korn I was invited back to Eli's office to straighten up the usual time consuming details which for Elite are just part of their people pleasing way of doing business. While I worked with Eli I was surprised that Elite's CEO Physician took time from his busy schedule to come in for a "meet and greet." I was delighted to have such a pleasant meeting with such a friendly chap. Elite is more than going to the doctor; it's a nice go-to spot. I couldn't find any kind of fault with Elite and I'm not normally easy to please. I look forward to my next visit and that never happens.

Not being fed properly Use my bed to use the bathroom And many more untruths. I texted my case manager and told her what happened. I also texted the young man who had come to my house several times. Eventually I get a phone call from my case manager saying I need to stop texting the paramedic that she made the call because of what he said. I asked her why she told them lies to which she replied she didn't say those things. Well, the lady read from a paper and I highly believe she didn't make it up.
