This would make our third attempt in searching for our family doctor after our doctor passed away…read moredue to COVID. So far the search has not been very pleasant. But this place is got a good potentials, initially. The staff were extremely nice and friendly. We did not get to see the doctor in the initial visit. Instead we saw the PA who basically just took down our medical history for future references I guess. We were supposed to get our blood lab work done in the same visit. But somehow due to some unforeseen circumstances, we were denied at first. After pleading with the staff we were then allowed to get the blood work done. It's weird to me because we always get our blood work done. In the same annual physical visits. We never had to "request" for this service. Oh well, not all the offices were as nice as our previous doctor. Probably will still go back for our next annual check ups. But the next time I'll make sure I request to get the blood work done in the same visit!

Healthstone Primary Care Partners on Bayview wowed me with great service. You can look at my yelp…read morereviews and see that usually my reviews are bad reviews because I rarely think to stop and give compliments when they are due. This is a genuine raving fan review and a well deserved one. I've lived in a lot of different cities and therefore have had a lot of different doctors. I get blood work done every 3 months. It's always the usual routine, and sometimes there's a nice receptionist, but generally speaking they're all the same and they act like you're just a number. My personal Nurse Practitioner at Healthstone makes me feel like a welcome friend. She gives me straight answers and only after taking careful diligence to research my results. The staff are all on board when I come in and they are friendly, quick to help and they work as a team to make it known that I'm recognized and important to them. I'm just a simple man and I'm sure I'm not their best revenue stream by a long shot, but you wouldn't know that by the service I get. I watched them do this with everyone in the lobby so it isn't just me. Besides, I'm not very handsome. This is a management thing, and a very good one. I just wanted to do something nice for a change and reward good people for a job well done. I sincerely hope this helps.

Every person who works here that I encountered from start to finish was amazing. The care, cleanliness, and overall kind atmosphere is not what I have experienced at other facilities. I was in such great hands here and a huge thank you to all. It's obvious that this place is run correctly and that the nurses, doctors and pretty much everyone you encounter is just nice. My primary care physician was impressed with the testing that Dr. Petteruti performed and really impressed with the results. So much so that I only need to see her once a year.
