Later, the manager said the price would've been different if I had followed the doctor's instructions--something that was never clarified beforehand. Worse, the manager abruptly canceled my exam after I had entered the MRI machine, even knowing I have claustrophobia. No empathy, no professionalism. She was impatient and dismissive, despite dealing with vulnerable patients. If you're anxious or need clarity, I highly recommend looking elsewhere. I'm now trying to escalate this beyond the local manager, as this experience was unacceptable.

After waiting again for the second exam, I was finally called in -- only to be told that they don't perform that one either. This isn't a simple mistake. It's a complete breakdown of basic organization and communication. When it comes to medical testing, this level of incompetence is unacceptable. Patients rearrange their schedules, take time off work, and place trust in a facility that should at the very least know what services it offers. A casual "apologize" is not a solution. Professionalism means preventing the problem in the first place -- not reacting to it after wasting someone's time. In hindsight, I should have taken the 2.5/5 rating more seriously. There are no turn lanes from the street to make your way into the building and I almost ran into a police car trying to make a turn into their parking lot, which - as fate would have it - turned out to be full. As additional parking, they have an empty field, next to the building where additional cars park (it seems illegal) and where I had to venture hoping not to get a flat tire. While the staff is helpful and friendly, I'm a bit concerned about their organizational skills. Our first time here, my mother was supposed to get a myriad of tests done all in the same day. We came here and left happy we had gotten it all done and hoping not to have to come back and get the results as soon as possible. But when she went back to her doctor to get her results she found out they had forgotten one of the tests, the main test they wanted - hence why we had to return. Part of her exam required my mom to drink a huge bottle of water about an hr before her appointment as per the written instructions provided to her. She did as instructed. But what they failed to analyze and factor in is the additional 1 hr wait she had to spend in the waiting room. To make things short, my poor mom was in pain, I had to complain to the staff (who tried to hurry the process), but couldn't rush her ahead of other patients. She ended up having to go to the restroom, which could jeopardize the results of the test, and possible waste our entire day back here. All in all, I'm not pleased. I'm certain had I not been here this would have gone unnoticed and my mother wouldn't have complained. First, there's gotta be more accountability, if a referral says to perform a specific test, make sure and double-check you run all necessary tests. Second, time things properly, we were 17 minutes early to the appoint giving them enough time to hour the before established appointment time. I know doctors are known for not adhering to good time management. But in the case, and for this particular type of test, the should. If your doctor tries to refer you here, and you have the opportunity not to come to this place, take it, especially if it has to do with a test where you have to drink anything for the test. Trust me, your bladder will thank you for it!
