When I arrived nobody told me he was No longer there. They just had me see another another heath care provider. When Erica Monteclovo came into the room , She made me feel uncomfortable when she was talking to me about my medical issues. She didn't want to prescribe my medications that I've been taking for many years while I was seeing Dr. Nguyen. I was very upset and asked to see the Owner . He came in the room , He told me that he would give me the prescriptions this time, But I needed to find another Doctor because he would not prescribe me my medications again. So with a little Research I found Dr. Thuat Nguyen with his new office in Miramar , Fl . I have never been treated that way by a medical Professional before.

But this place is got a good potentials, initially. The staff were extremely nice and friendly. We did not get to see the doctor in the initial visit. Instead we saw the PA who basically just took down our medical history for future references I guess. We were supposed to get our blood lab work done in the same visit. But somehow due to some unforeseen circumstances, we were denied at first. After pleading with the staff we were then allowed to get the blood work done. It's weird to me because we always get our blood work done. In the same annual physical visits. We never had to "request" for this service. Oh well, not all the offices were as nice as our previous doctor. Probably will still go back for our next annual check ups. But the next time I'll make sure I request to get the blood work done in the same visit!

Now there is a $618 bill because they ran a bunch of unnecessary tests that insurance doesn't cover and goes beyond a free annual checkup. Not once was anything mentioned to us by anyone at the office. Patricia has stated that this bill is part of my deductible. I literally have a paper trail from my insurance company all the way to this office that is outlined with "free annual checkup".

Finally, last week the receptionist confirmed to me that Dr. Pierre was no longer working with them but that the last record they had was from January, asking me for the email to send it to me, 3 days later the same receptionist assured me that Dr. Pean had retired and that the patient's records did not exist. When I reminded her of what she herself had confirmed to me days before, she told me that she couldn't help me, I can't contact anyone else in the clinic other than her and she didn't want to repeat her name to me so I only have Yves... and when I asked her to spell it for me she hung up the line. Can someone tell me how I can obtain a patient's record if I only have access to speak with the receptionist Yves?

We have been to a few doctors since, but none have made us feel comfortable. Again, with the help of Yelp!, we were able to find to find this office. The staff here are friendly and helpful. They ran the office efficiently because we went in and out in no time, unlike the other offices we had visited. The doctor took the time to perform all the tests in the routine annual physical. When the blood result comes back, spend their time to get the result with us carefully. Other offices we have visited will not bother to do that. This could be our permanent family doctor's office.
