What distinguishes Dr. Cristea is his ability to combine outstanding clinical expertise with compassion and respect for his patients. I have never felt rushed during an appointment, and I always leave feeling that my medical issues have been taken seriously and evaluated comprehensively. Im sure doctors feel shafted but my insurance copay went up 15$ so they are getting more and now this 3 percent fee. Is this a huge amount? No. Not really. But if it's not a huge anount for me a retired person, I'm guessing a doctor can afford it too. I don't care for being nickeled and dimed.

You go see the Doctor Mark Gordon who is caring and accommodating for an initial check up of what your concerns are and he gives you the answers and treatments that are available. You then set up a date with the office people who again are friendly and caring for your next appointment to get your problem taken care of . You go in on day you have an appointment and there is little or no wait at all . They bring you to a room to see the Doctor and the procedure takes a few minutes. After completing this the Doctor tells you what needs to be done or and not be done and follow up if there are any problems. He always says call if you need him which has never been the case . I told her about a Brain tumor diagnosis , her bedside manner was so off. She told me to take care of myself and was giving me almost like a lecture instead of documenting and asking relevant health questions. No follow up after this.

It seems that they have great customer service as it was very easy to overhear when a patient is talking to the staff. It was nice to know that if you come in at the wrong time on the wrong day, you will be seen as soon as they can work you in. They seem to be pretty strict on their pain management prescriptions as they will not dispense more medicine even if you accidentally drop your pills in the toilet. Luckily my husband was taken in the back for examination and treatment pretty quickly, so I don't know what other situations aroze since we were on the way out the door within a few minutes. They gave my husband a sheet of paper with his limitations and what he should follow for the next 24 hours. He seemed to really like the doctor and he also said the medical techs were also very nice. He seemed very pleased with this office. I also thought the parking was plentiful and easy to get in and out of their parking lot. They have a 3% surcharge for using a credit card for the copay and treatment. Now along with bringing your insurance card and ID, you also need to bring a check book or a Debit Card.
