We were scared when he stopped taking insurance, and did not want to loose him as our family doctor but I can say with certainty that the new method has worked out well for us. We love the fact that he is easily accesible with the spruce app, and takes his time to really examine you during office visits. Even having our exams with their system is even more economical that my out of pocket insurance deductible. Also his staff always very helpful and attentive. Most recently he had me do a test that pretty much saved my life. We are extremely happy and have outmost confidence in placing our health care with Dr Rengifo as our doctor and would highly recommend him.

He sat next to me and held a conversation, instead of across the room and standing by a desktop and computer monitor. It was much more personal this way. Quite often, I feel like electronic medical records have made a distance between the patient and doctor, but did not feel this one bit at this office. I am sending my family to him and since one of my close relatives suffers from migraines, Dr. Rengifo says that he can help her and acupuncture is one of the treatments available at his office.

I've learned that it's a journey to find the right health care provider but I'm so happy to have found Julisa. She is the ARNP in Dr. Marika's office. She takes her time to listen to your concerns and preventative healthcare is a priority. The wait time wasn't long, staff was friendly, and I was in and out within an hour for my recent appointment. They were able to accommodate me last year with a virtual/phone call visit but I'm not sure if they still offer that. If you need to get your labs done, they can do them in the office or you can get it done at another lab or Quest Diagnostics.
