If he took time to read some medical literature he would know Abdominal ultrasound is basically usless for obese patents .12 previous abdominal CT over the years , were approved by my insurance without abdominal ultrasound . I tried calling several times, this virtual assistant gave me an appointment for June 25, 2024, when I asked to speak to a live person; virtual assistant claimed I am all you got. If you have an emergency, I can call 911; when I called again to complaint about this virtual assistant madness. The operator finally got on, and said that I must tell the doctor; although yesterday Dr Nullman didn't give me a chance to complaint about this famous virtual assistant that he replaced to do a job of a person. When the two staffed that was working for him yesterday, when he came out of no where yelling at me not to talked to his staff; when he told me that he didn't receive the faxed that my regular doctor office sent to him about my scan results; it doesn't take a genius to see that these two people are overwhelmed with extra work. Perhaps not getting paid for the extra work that they are doing, no one was there to take any vital signs yesterday; because it's all about cut cut cut. As a result I had to deal with this virtual assistant nonsense, telling me that it was all I had; and I can call 911 if I had an emergency wow. What kind of foolishness is this? When I finally got to speak to a live person, it was time; I was frustrated dealing with machine who was supposed to replace someone's job. But couldn't help me after all, the treatment I got yesterday was unbelievable; I do not know if he saw my complaint about this virtual assistant nonsense. But he snapped at me for nothing whatsoever, as a child of God I chose not to pay him any mind yesterday; he probably forgot when he had a bad review few years back; I was the one loyal client who defended him; however I refused to talorated mistreatment in any shapes or forms. I had to put a review for him that I will no longer defending him, nor will I go back to his office; as human being I deserved to be treated with respect and dignity. I chose to go to another doctor who wouldn't take his frustration out on me, and who would treat me fairly; him yelling at me not to talked to his staff yesterday. Was not only disrespectful, but it was treated unfairly; I rather being hated for telling the truth than for lies. I am a child of God, I treat everyone with kindness; and deserved the same courtesy. It's really sad that I was bullied by doctor Nullman, when I was trying to do the right thing by making sure he got the test results; in ordered to be seeing by him. But I was shocked, I looked at the two ladies; I actually felt sorry for them. Because if I was the patient yesterday, and I was treated unfairly; who knows what they are going through. For that reason, I must keep them in prayers; what a very sad world we live in. Patients are supposed to be taking care of, not being rude to; especially when they make a complaint about a machine that cannot helped the client. The truth hurts, but it needed to be told; I simply will take my business to another doctor who cares about his patients from now on. It was ChenMed director and CEO founders fault for breaking surface and kept me banned from seeing my ENT specialist for my painful ear inner infection,allergies,and Tmj. I already took my paper from ent shown to my doctor proof that who I always has seen same ent specialist for more than five years under same name. My doctor and I agreed on same page even it wasn't her fault because she didn't have her authority anything which she is stuck with her supervisors restriction rules only will do for their own preference without following for every patients health insurance providers. The director told me they only take big focus on only one big nonprofit organization who only work with ChenMed providers only and didn't even care for whatever patient use health insurance it has to what patients has to use under same clinic only. I checked with my health insurance they told me it was no problem for where I go for every specialists appointments outside of clinic under same network under my health insurance it always has been accepted without conflicts.
