I was referred to Dr. Goldstein by a close friend who spoke highly of him, so I had high expectations. It was a difficult to get an appointment that worked with my availability, a sign that he's in high demand, or maybe I just have a rough work schedule lol. I had a less than ideal time scheduled, but the front desk staff had me to the call back list if anything came up that would work better for me. After getting 2 calls a better time did become available and my appointment was switched. Let me start by saying Dr. Goldstein is a wonderful physician. He was patient and thorough. He listened to my concerns and provided great recommendations. However, my first visit wasn't without some frustration! The wait time was literally killing me. I got to the office at 8:30am, as a new patient I was asked to arrive early for the new patient paperwork. The forms took me about seven minutes to complete, there was a total of six pages. The paperwork could really use an update. The font is tiny and hard to read, even for someone with good vision, and the print quality isn't great. Being that the office already uses an online patient portal, it would more helpful to make the new patient forms digital. After completing my forms, the waiting begun. I saw many patients arriving after me, some new and were called into exam rooms before me. By 9:30 I was finally brought into an exam room where an assistant took some information and set things up for the doctor. Then, more waiting. Dr. Goldstein didn't come in until 10:30. Dr. Goldstein was excellent once he arrived. The scheduling and time management definitely needs improvement. It's hard for working people to take time off and extend wait times like this only adds unnecessary stress.. It would be nice to feel that our time is respected just as much as the doctors. On a positive note, the office itself is very clean. Well kept in the front desk staff is friendly. I will continue to see Dr. Goldstein despite the not so great reviews that have been left. I hope that time management is improved by the time my next appointment comes around. read more

Dr. Goldstein is by far the best doctor I've ever had the pleasure of going to. He's patient, he's informative, he's just a warm person. I don't exaggerate when I tell you that 15 of my work friends also go to him. We've just all referred to each other over many years. I saw Dr. Goldstein two weeks ago, and since then, it has been an incredibly frustrating and concerning experience. My pharmacy informed me that they needed prior authorization from the doctor for several of my prescribed medications. They've reached out multiple times with no success. I've personally called Dr. Goldstein's office four times. Each time, I've either been put on hold for over 20 minutes or told that "the doctor will take care of it tomorrow." That promise was never kept. On my most recent call, I was essentially dismissed. As a result, I have gone two weeks without essential medications, which has put my health at risk. It's clear that Dr. Goldstein and his staff either lack the organization or the concern necessary to provide proper patient care. If you value your time, health, and peace of mind, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. This level of disregard and unprofessionalism is unacceptable. read more

Not a fan when I: 1) scheduled an appointment for a certain time and I am not admitted timely ( 15min after the scheduled time ); seen by the doctor 45 min after my scheduled time when I came 20min early; and after a new patient come later than me that is scheduled at the same time and admitted before me. 2) when I try to confirm my appointment and the lines are always busy. 3) when a nurse calls to relay results, and their communication of this resulta are not clear. Also, the same nurse provided questionable interpretations of my blood work, relaying the immediate suggestion of cholesterol medicine when I am trending board line for the first time after being a healthy active person. I Came here at the recommendation of a doctor, and (the doctor is great with amazing bedside manners ), but each time I come back I am progressively more disappointed than the last by how the administration team and supporting staff operates. read more

This business is a complete joke. The office manager runs the place as if she is desperate for any money she can get. I was told my insurance was accepted, so I went in, filled out the required forms, and spoke with the office manager to confirm it was covered. After being assured everything was fine, I saw a doctor for a quick referral to a specialist. The doctor spent about two minutes with me and provided the referral I needed. However, after leaving the office, I began receiving bills for $150, and the same office manager informed me that they did not actually accept my insurance. When I explained the situation to her, she repeatedly told me I owed $150 and offered to set up a payment plan. She completely ignored the point I was trying to make and kept repeating herself as if she wasn't even listening. Eventually, I received a bill from a collections agency. The office manager treats customers with extreme disrespect and has a condescending attitude, acting like she's better than everyone else. I had visited this office twice. Both times the wait time was unacceptable. Today, on my second visit I was waiting for an hour and nobody came to advise me about wait time. When I came out of the office the administration was not even surprised to my question when I asked for a doctor. They said he is coming soon which after waiting an hour was unacceptable to hear. I probably could've waited longer if someone communicated to me in advance about the delay, or ideally call me so I could come to the office later. But nothing happened and I had to leave without seeing a doctor. I was hoping the doctor or an office manager would call me to follow up but nobody called. Does anyone ever answer their phones? Have been on the phones for over 6 minutes and after waiting all that time, the call just disconnects. Called back and after another 8 minutes someone answers and says that they will transfer me directly to Goldstein's office. Of course, it just rings and rings without being answered. The verification form that was sent to them in Nov to be signed and submitted to the patient's insurance company has yet to be actioned despite my calling in early Jan and being told that the form would be given to Dr. Goldstein to sign. I have been seeing Dr Aramburu for 10 years and she's wonderful!! However, the Westside Primary Care office in Sunrise Florida is horrible!! Since March 1 I've been trying to get a referral for a surgery and I have been unable to. I have called the office multiple times and have never received a call back. I've left multiple messages for her nurse assistant, the referral desk and held for the appointment extension for hours without getting a person. My surgeons office has also tried multiple times! I've had to reschedule my pre-surgery test once and now I might have to delay my surgery. How can an office be run this way? It's disgraceful! read more

Dr.Goldstein has been my primary and Gyno for over 5 years now. He was the go to doctor for when I worked at American Express. He is very caring and pays attention to his patients. He does a lot to help out with issues that you have. He also remembers little details you've told him even if it was months ago which includes upcoming things in your personal life. The office atmosphere is nice and I enjoy using the employee portal which allows me to speak to Dr.Goldstein directly. My grandmother and mother have been going to this doctors office for years, and I'm so glad I finally decided to tag along. This office is located near the Sawgrass Mills Mall. The building including the elevator seem pretty old, but what can you really do about that. Theres plenty of parking, so you won't be driving in circles around the lot. The actual office is always clean and spotless. The actual office staff are pretty friendly. But what's even more better - are the doctors (Dr. Isaza in particular). Every doctor at this practice should have their license taken away. I do not know how they haven't killed someone yet or perhaps they have and we just may not know about it. You go for one thing and they give you the wrong antibiotic. They send the requisition to the lab with the wrong bloodwork test on it. I have been a patient at this office for years. It's been an okay experience. Not the greatest, but not the worst, so I stayed with this office due to its convenance. But the customer service today caused me to leave the office for good. My original appointment was canceled due to their electrical issues. I rescheduled for another day. I arrived literally 8 mins late and my entire appointment was canceled. I literally watched my doctor walk past me and out the door. Mind you, I have waited 30+ mins in the past as sometimes they are running behind. But 8 mins and he was out! I am a firm believer in great customer service. This was unacceptable to me. Dr. Zoe Goldstein is the best Dr I have EVER found !!! Concerned and does not rush patients. I lived in NY and they are super busy but the average wait time for a call to be answered is 2 minutes. When YOU call Westside Primary Care the average wait time is 10 minutes which is why I do not schedule regular appointments either phone or on line has trouble as well, I do get impatient after waiting 10-22 minutes for someone in the office to pick up, Today I asked to speak with a office Manager afrer again waiting 7 min WAS timing associate picked up. I asked to speak with Office Manager but DAWN a supervisor picked up and listened to my concerns and when I asked her what could be done about the wait time ,,,, SILENCE,, I said are you there she said " YOU sound upset so I am listening " I then asked DAWN so what can be done? The office staff really is terrible. As mentioned in other review they are very unhelpful and rude, not to mentioned they rarely answer the phones. More specifically, I was billed incorrectly and then got the run around for weeks to fix. PRIMARY DOCTOR RECEIVES A 5 STAR! I will start this review with a positive message. Dr. Aramburu is a fantastic doctor. She takes her time with you and listens to everything. She cares for your mental health as well as physical. I feel safe with her and I would recommend her to anyone. She is determined to deliver great health care. THE OFFICE STAFF RECIEVES A 1 STAR! I will tell anyone I recommend to pack their patience's as the front office has very little influence when it comes to billing. They have their billing service through another company that takes many many many many many many many many many months to bill. Make sure you keep track of all your visits. The front desk or a TeleHealth visit may not collect a co-pay at the time of the visit and then ask for it 5-7 months later. Even though you know you have a co-pay and you would like to leave it on your account, their computer systems are not equipped to make that happen. If there is no bill on your account make sure you stay in touch with the front desk as to when it is posted on your account to pay for it. Now I ask, who has time to do that? NO ONE! If you need to go back to the doctor make sure you have double co-pay to make payment or else they will not let you in to see the doctor. This is an experience I just went through. It seems small but a year half ago they made me pay a balance on my account that was not billed correctly. They denied me the doctors visit because I didn't pay the balance. I decided to pay the balance I was in need to see the doctor ASAP. I was waiting for the doctor when someone from the front office came in to tell me they billed me incorrectly and now they had to refund me by check, which I received 2 months later!!!!! I stay because my doctor is amazing, but this office is too busy and rely on an outsourced company that provides horrible service. Today I spoke with the office manager of 8 years there and she was very dismissive. Her customer service skills are lack luster, to be polite. Every office has rules and I have been in a lot of them through the years and through the pandemic and this office is by far the most frustrating. My doctor is excellent and caring! But the buck of caring stops with the doctor. The office is 100% not in the business of caring about the patients. Dr. Aramburu is worth the frustration. I was desperate to find someone who was a doctor, and a human being. I instantly felt at ease walking into Westside Primary for the first time. The entire staff is positive and upbeat. Dr. Zoie is a smooth operator. His bedside manner and "patience with patients" is excellent. What I find most remarkable about Dr. Zoie is that he places greater emphasis on delivering quality healthcare over monetizing guests. In today's healthcare climate, it seems more and more doctors are selling out to pharmaceutical companies and are only interested in tacking on additional (perhaps unnecessary) services to boost their profits....afterall, healthcare is a business and businesses exist to make money. I've grown to trust and respect Dr. Zoie and have no plans to seek medical advice elsewhere. In fact, I've referred him to several friends and family members. I've been going to this office for years and NEVER have I encountered such a horrible experience from the office manager "Lisa". The office billed my insurance company (per the ins. carrier) twice and was paid accordingly. Carrier confirmed coverage 2019-current. Westside submitted a third bill to my attention and demanded payment as well to a collection agency without even speaking to me to clarify. I reached out to Dr. Goldstein (via my portal) who's an AMAZING doctor BTW for assistance because of the history and professionalism he's always provided to me. Lisa (apparently the office manager) called me very impatient and accusing me of not providing the correct ID number during my visit back in 2020, when we all know nowadays the Doctor does not even meet with you until insurance is verified and valid. I attempted with unsuccessful results to explain to Lisa what took place during my visit and tried to get her to understand the recent events that led up to my frustration and she accused me of having an attitude, when in fact she was very rude, very pushy and very impatient making me feel very uncomfortable. I even offered to speak with someone else or Dr. Goldstein and she REFUSED telling me she's the manager and I have to speak directly to her. I provided the ID number to Lisa and tried to understand how will the office rectify this issue as the carrier confirmed TWICE that I have coverage and it is currently active. She became frustrated and short. Lisa never contacted the providers dept (PER the carrier as of today) to confirm anything. I offered to conference call her in with the carrier she refused. The carrier and I attempted to do a conference call with Lisa (calling her back for clarification) and she refused to speak with us to provide a fax number to forward the confirmation letter. They wanted to help her and guide her on how to confirm eligibility and send a fax with a confirmation letter. She simply called me to unprofessionally pass off frustrations and accusations without considering I'm the patient and deserve a little more respect! Especially since their office double billed me as a customer during a pandemic and my coverage is/was ACTIVE. Lisa did not want to help or rectify this situation. Lisa, please do better and please refrain from treating people in such a manner as you did me today. You're in the health field for God's sake, have a little more respect! Please! read more

Well, I'm sad to say that I'm no longer a patient of Dr. Goldstein. Shame. He dismissed my whole family because my dad screamed at his office staff, something that I had nothing to do with. My mother is very sick and was demanding a call back and Dr. Goldstein, or anyone from the office for that matter, weren't returning calls. Usually, he's very good about returning calls. Dr. Goldstein is an incredible Doctor! He doesn't just write you a prescription just to move on to the next patient. He always spends time asking me about my family. He never makes you feel like he's rushing you. Instead he really educates you on what is wrong and what plan he has in order to fix it. I've been coming to him for the last 5 years. I can his tell day he has been the best doctor I have ever had. Highly recommended him. People saying the wait times are long are probably just not patient. I've had to wait hours at other places. Warning! This place will steal your money and ruin your credit! My family and I have been going to this practice for 6 years A couple of years ago they told us we had a balance of over $200 they said that we didn't pay our co-pays which was impossible because we pay our co-pays every single time without exception. We round up paying it because we love our doctor and made sure that we always kept our receipts from that point forward. Today I went there and I was informed that I had a balance of $145 when I asked what it was for they said that my insurance company did not cover my annual physical exam and did not cover my pap smear. Those two items are the bare minimum any insurance company will cover. When I told the receptionist that I thought it strange she informed me that I had to call the insurance company and find out what happened. At this point I agreed to call the insurance company but I was then informed that the balance was already in collections even though I had never received the letter from anyone nor my insurance company nor Westside Primary Care, and I was told that I was not allowed to see the doctor unless I paid the balance. I told them that I would call the insurance company and try to have it straightened out and they said that it didn't matter that they would not allow me to see the doctor unless I paid them. This is a very sad day because everybody in my family loved our doctor very much but I cannot allow companies to steal from people.
