She was on vacation... Came back after her vacation and as previously mentioned my "11's" were still more visible than I expected. She mentioned that I waited too long to come back upon which I had to remind her about her vacation. She opened a fresh vial and readdressed the entire forehead and "11's". It lifted my eyebrows and I definitely saw results, I was just surprised I could frown and furrow my eyebrows. I would do it again but only if it were far less expensive. I think she is a VERY honorable doctor and person and most likely I just have some sort of resistance to Botox. My daughter had similar results from her Dermatologist in NY and was told she "had a resistance", so I dunno I'm just putting 2 and 2 together.

Her staff worked diligently to make sure I got the surgery in a short amount of time and was friendly and professional throughout the entire process. Dr. Faierman has outstanding bedside manner and takes a true personal interest in each patient. Equally as important, she is an excellent surgeon. Dr. Faierman replaced my implants and did a breast lift. My results were beyond expectation and continue to improve weekly. Once I got in the back, the nurse took my vitals and got me ready for my upcoming procedures. Two different anesthesiologists came to talk to me to make sure I understood the kind of anesthesia I was going to be getting and to explain to me any side effects I might experience and to ask me if I had any questions or concerns. After a brief wait I was wheeled into the back and it was showtime! My doctor was there along with a surgical tech who introduced himself and told me he was going to be assisting my doctor. When I woke up in recovery there was another nurse tending to me. After making sure I was feeling fine and giving me a snack and a drink my doctor came to let me know how the procedures went and what to expect when I got home. I was given post op instructions (both verbal and written) and I was on my way. EVERY single person from beginning to end was just absolutely amazing. They made me feel comfortable in a situation that can be so stressful and scary. In addition, the facility was absolutely spotless. Not only did they call later in the day, but they called next day as well to make sure I was feeling fine. All in all, an excellent place to go to for your medical or surgical needs.
