The woman at this place took my script and input my info into the computer with a copy of my DL and insurance card. Then she told me to return to the imaging window. The intake woman was friendly and conducted an imaging chest x-ray professionally and quickly - literally five minutes. Results will be forwarded to my physician.

However, when you are treated with kindness and compassion and dignity, it makes it that much easier. When I walked into the office, I was immediately greeted by Daylyn. She was sweet and listened about the negative experience I had at my previous mammogram location. She took the time to listen and really understood how I felt. A truly very special girl she is. After we finished my check in process, she brought me back to a room where I was able to change into my robe. The room was a lovely, peaceful room. The lockers were named with all strong women of history. It was very classy and a very relaxing room unlike my last place that had six chairs pushed up against each other with barely any legroom. Solis showed how much they support women with their actions. Soon, I was taken to the mammogram room by Logan. She was not only kind and compassionate, she asked me questions about who I was as a person and was very interested in hearing my story and sharing her own. When I left the office I realized how much they changed my feeling of having to get a mammogram. Once again, it's my opinion, if you use Solis as your mammogram facility, you will be extremely satisfied on how you're treated, unlike my last experience at another company, which I will never return to. They made me feel like a person that mattered.

For the last few yrs I've met with the Nurse practitioner Yul Lopez, and I WOULD NOT recommend her at her Pembroke Pines location. She gives minimal medical advise and is not on top of her game. My CBC report was lost and because I called to check on my hemoglobin count since I suffer from anemia the staff never noticed till I called days later to check, but her knowing I went specifically for my low iron she never bothered to check & follow up, also I asked to speak to her or the Dr Fabregas several times, and they never called back to even explain nor apologize. They are very Unprofessional, and it seems this office is just there to bill your insurance co. and give you basic medical treatment "if your lucky".

Wasted a morning…read more.. Called to schedule an appointment, gave my information over the phone, when it came to insurance provided it. Over the phone they assured they took my insurance. Over the day received 3 additional phone calls, all solely on 'how will you be paying' I explained I had already given my insurance and would be using it. Gave it to them 2 additional times, again over the phone they assured they took my insurance. Went to the appointment, signed in, did the new patient forms, nearly 45 minutes after waiting in the room, receptionist informed me they don't take my insurance. Not only wasted my time, but didn't get any of the assistance I needed. Won't be coming back here.

If you make an appointment online and provide all your information, you receive a text about 30 minutes to tell you to check in when you get there. It allows you to check in about 5 minutes before your appointment. If you have a 10:00am appt and show up at 8:00 am, you're going to end up on the waitlist OR you'll be able to check in at 9:55am. They know how many appointments they can handle and the first time we were there, someone came out and told the waiting room that they could not take any more walk ins. My veins are horrible and I can only have draws on one side. I was a little worried, but the tech was very patient and found the perfect spot. She got what she needed and had perfect blood flow without having to stick me more than once. My appointment was at 8 am, I was home by 8:19am. I was taken in at 8:02 am. No place is perfect, but I will definitely do my blood work there when necessary.
