I visited Quest this am. **important: if you are running late you only have a 10 Minute window to check in Online to keep your appointment** so make sure to click "I'm here" if you made it to the parking lot or even the corner!! I lost my window. Then the app sends you on an infinite loop to set a new appointment- well I waited and waited and the app was just frozen, so I went to the kiosk and started as a "walk-in", it recognized me and assigned me the next available spot 1 hour later (which at that point was fine by me since I was there and was fasting!) they did see me in about 45 minutes and I got everything done. Just wanted to help with the Late process! Hope this helps. read more

Quest Diagnostics - Check in booths (2) - Laboratory Testing Near Me - Weston, Florida

I visited this location for several tests including blood work and breath test. Scheduling was easy and I did it online. Place was clean and there was a person assisting to check in. She was very polite and greeting everyone that walked in. I waited about 10 minutes before an attendant called my name. The person who helped me took his time to explain and he was also very polite. I was happy with the experience. read more

This morning was my 2nd visit. The first time with my needlephobic teen and this time with my needle phobic self. If you make an appointment online and provide all your information, you receive a text about 30 minutes to tell you to check in when you get there. It allows you to check in about 5 minutes before your appointment. If you have a 10:00am appt and show up at 8:00 am, you're going to end up on the waitlist OR you'll be able to check in at 9:55am. They know how many appointments they can handle and the first time we were there, someone came out and told the waiting room that they could not take any more walk ins. My veins are horrible and I can only have draws on one side. I was a little worried, but the tech was very patient and found the perfect spot. She got what she needed and had perfect blood flow without having to stick me more than once. My appointment was at 8 am, I was home by 8:19am. I was taken in at 8:02 am. No place is perfect, but I will definitely do my blood work there when necessary. read more

Very nice facility. Much less dingey than the ones closer to downtown Fort Lauderdale. They have an attendant that keeps the waiting room orderly. The attendant was very helpful. The actual test was very quick. We were in and out within 20 minutes. read more

The Quest Diagnostics in Weston was very organized and quick. My appointment was for 1:10pm, they called me in early, I was out by 1:12pm. It was professional, fast, and straight to the point. I was in & out in a heartbeat! read more

Whomever runs this office is the best! Everyone that works here are great. I've never had a problem here. I always get in and out. My appt was at 6:20 and was out before my actual appt. Thank you to all the kind hard workers that works there. Cindy read more

I'm being generous with the one star but the appointment check-in at their walk-up station was a cinch! Besides that, I will not only steer clear of this location in Weston, but I dissuade others from going there. They don't treat you like a patient but a consumer. On this appointment, I saw and heard (everyone in the waiting room was appalled!) a Hispanic phlebotomist come to the door to call on the next patient and when an elderly Spanish-speaking couple approached her for help, she was cutting and rude. At one point, she told the gentleman, "Stop yelling at me!" She knows better. He was nervous, hungry and upset that they had been waiting for over an hour and fasting (as so many of us were) but they kept bumping them over and again. He didn't yell at her, by the way. He was just trying to get an answer about a form he was holding and needed someone to guide him. As far as what happened to me, I am writing corporate, but feel free to look at my photos. The phlebotomist that took me in originally, couldn't find a vein. She kept moving the needle in and out--all around and I was in excruciating pain! When I asked if she could try another one and use the butterfly as my doctor requested in my order, she said that it wasn't their "protocol!" She then called the "trainer" who tried again in another arm and it was unproductive! Long story, short--she was going to have a third phlebotomist have a try at my hands as soon as she returned and "clocked" in by phone in the room we were in. The "trainer" in her frustration, kept tightening the elastic bands more and more till I thought I would pass out! She then gave me back my prescription and said: "Sorry, have a great day!" I left in pain and not one of them was adapt at drawing my blood! read more

Tawana is the main reason I keep coming back to this Quest location. She is kind, sweet, informative, and makes you feel comfortable as soon as you enter. Drawing blood is one of my biggest fears, as it is for many, and Tawana really has a gift of compassion and putting all of those fears at ease. She's truly doing God's work. She has such a calm presence and will make you smile -- she'll even sing to you! That is some incredible service, if you ask me. Tawana, thank you for being such an amazing person, you truly have a gift. You are such a wonderful soul and have a special place in my heart. Thank you for your kindness and love. Keep on singing :) -Michelle A read more

I recently went to this Quest for routine bloodwork and I was pleased with my experience. They have 2 kiosks for check-in, which was super easy. My appointment was for 8:20 and I was taken by the phlebotomist by 8:25. She was very friendly and did a good job with the blood draw; she was gently and I had no bruising afterwards. Facility was clean, easy to find, and conveniently located. Results were posted in my account in about 2 days. read more

My husband and I both have great experiences here. Today was my first time at this clinic since the one in Sunrise closed. The reviews scared me but making appointments is easy, checking in was easy and it was fast. I got there at 620am for a 630am appointment and I was in my car leaving by 635am this morning. Also, the staff was super friendly and Dianne was amazing- made me wonder why I was so nervous about the needle. No pain or discomfort, fast and she was very friendly. I highly recommend this location - they make it a seamless experience. read more

I am very upset with this Quest location; the service is terrible and slow, and they are not professional; they treat people like another number without humanity. I went after a medical appointment early today. I felt in a lot of pain, and without eating, I was sitting for more than two hours. When I wanted to talk to someone, they literally threw me out of the office and did not allow me to speak to them. They also embarrassed me in front of others, making me believe that I had no right to anything more than to wait without saying anything. The entire staff at this location needs either training on how to treat others with respect, professionalism, and overall human decency or to change their staff because this is completely unacceptable. This was truly a very unpleasant experience. I DON'T recommend going to this location, 2711 Executive Park Dr. Weston, FL 33331." Very bad staff. read more

Veterans, know this place will frustrate you. I had an apt at 10:40 am via a VA 3rd party. They said they didn't have my information, so they couldn't help me. I called the 3rd party, and they confirmed that everything was sent over the prior week. Now I must return later for a reschedule while fasting and hope the apt shows on their end. If not, it's only a tablet, and you can't talk to anyone in person because they don't have anyone up front. Glad I took time off of work to waste my time. read more

one star only because you can't give zero I am quiet, polite, and i don't mind having to wait sometimes HOWEVER, after my name disappeared from the "next appt" board and i still continued to sit waiting for over 20 min, i got concerned that they had lost my appt -several people that were scheduled after me were taken while i still sat I started to ask each phlebotomist as they came to the door if they could check for me and they just told me to sit down, and then one started yelling at me and threatened to call the police ?! There is no one there to help patients with questions and the staff are rude and disgusting Literally i never raised my voice and was just trying to get ANYONE to verify that i would in fact be taken as scheduled That evidently deserved me being yelled at and threatened read more

Absolutely horrendous service. Zero organization, lazy, incompetent workers, and extremely rude staff. I went to go pick up a literal jar, and one of the ladies stole my medical form without explanation and ended up ripping it. When I demanded it back, she REFUSED to return it and only did after one of the other nurses urged her to. One of the other ladies slammed the door at my face. Pathetic and disgusting place filled with abusive people. read more

I was waiting in the room for around 1 hour to see if I get luck but unfortunable I need to go to the kids school I left and returned but 11:15 am I didn't see my name I did sign again and the scrrem should at 1:10 available . I was a little apprehensive to go here because of so many negative reviews, but I found that this place was pretty awesome. My only negative-I had a difficult time understanding the technician because of her accent so she had to keep repeating herself. The positive-self checkout went ok...I will be better prepared next time. The tech did a great job. My appt was for 0940; I left my car at 0930 and checked in. I was back in my car and had completed the blood draw by 0947! You can't beat that! I would go here again. read more

I usually always come here when I need labs, the staff is all nice and the technicians are as well. It is a very clean facility. However do not come without an appointment. One time I waited over an hour to be seen. To be fair, I was a walk in so I tolerated it, but everyone was waiting for the longest time. The key is to make an appointment and arrive early to it to guarantee you are in and out quick. The waiting room is arranged very strange, all the chairs are facing the front side, so going up to check in is kind of awkward. read more

This location was very refreshing, it's great to see that there are still medical professionals out there. I will update when I get the names of the 2 employees I got here, the woman who took my blood took her time and did a great job which is uncharacteristic of my experience with Quest in general. The nurse at the front desk was prompt, thorough, kind, and stuck to the schedule which is also uncharacteristic of Quest. The employees here were top notch and impressed me with there professionalism. They were kind and said hello to people walking in, in spite of the self check in. All the things you'd expect, except here they actually do them. Skip the rest and come straight here if you need bloodwork. read more

The technicians are really nice and professional but front desk staff need serious customer service training. They are very rude and dry with patients, waiting time is ridiculously long and waiting area is extremely uncomfortable. I never want to come back after checking in with their front desk staff, or after the long waiting time in their very uncomfortable chairs, but their technicians are really nice and patient so that kind of balances it out. read more

So excited to get an appointment for 9:15 this morning! Needed to be fasting so was thrilled to get such an early appointment. Get a text message to check in via SMS when arriving--I do that. This is great! They will call or text me shortly. Wow. So great!!! An hour goes by, nothing. So, getting concerned, go in to see what is happening, there I see a crowded waiting room with standing room only. Not one worker to be found. Look at big screen do not see my name. Decide to scan my QR code. Computer tells me I am now a walk in patient because AT THIS POINT I am ONE hour late so considered a walk in patient--my name pops up 98 minute wait! Decide to go grocery shopping--still fasting, go back an hour and a half later. See name on list on big screen 58minute wait and a more crowded waiting room. Probably 50 more people outside waiting in cars. This should not even pass for healthcare. I gave up--did not take a full day off for a blood draw...we ALL have a life besides this. Unable to cancel my appointment and having already checked in--I bet they will bill my insurance.. I will be watching and dispute this. I believe this company doesn't care at all about their patients--some were old and sickly, on oxygen, and afraid for their health. QUEST Diagnostic Cares ONLY about turning a profit! Sickening!! Not sure how many were awaiting Covid tests. read more

Trying to do it on the cheap by having a kiosk instead of a human receptionist. Not all situations can be resolved with a kiosk. I came in to simply drop off a sample. Told a representative that went to the kiosk and assigned me a number to wait. Another patient came in with a sample and they let him in, when I told them I was here for the same thing they said they would be right with me and then never came back. Had to wait like it was a regular visit. Glad I never have to go there again. Will try Labcorp, maybe they won't waste my time. read more

What is the point of an appointment at Quest if you are required to still sit and wait in their lobby so long to get tested?! I've been sitting in there lobby for over an hour for my scheduled appointment while fasting while I have my job calling asking how long before I get to work. They should not schedule so many people here if they cannot bring people in within 5-10 mins of their appointment time. Terrible customer service. Don't come to this Quest in Weston other locations are faster. read more

I went to this location today, I have the biggest fear of getting labs done. Stacey attended to me and not only was she very comforting and gentle but I barely felt anything and that's not a normal situation for me because of my very tiny veins. I've only been here twice bringing a family member and both times we were out in no time. Location is great if you live close by. I also like how easy it is to set up an appointment either online or by phone. They always have several days and several times available to choose from. Walk-ins are always welcome as well. I can't give an opinion on afternoon times since both times have been in the morning. But I remember having to wait so long at a Quest in Pembroke Pines (even with appmt) as it was always packed with people. Haven't had that problem yet. As a matter of fact, appointment was at 9:30am, he was called in at 9:25am, and since they didn't have the lab request from dr's office (not Quest's fault), I called dr's office at 9:30am; was told they would fax in 5 mins or so; ended call at 9:35am. Quest received fax at 9:45am, at 9:52am he was called back in for the blood work, and was out at 9:57am. I know I was a bit anal with the timing, but I was curious as to how fast they were. We would've been out at 9:35am or so had we had the lab request in the first place. After he was done, we went up to counter to ask something and the girl there was friendly and said "you're all set, thanks have a nice day." Also, I must add since I saw previous comments about rudeness from staff. Ok, it's not like they were super friendly greeting good morning etc. I mean you don't have much interaction with them unless you are the one getting the lab or you talk to one of them at the counter. But I did see one of the lab technicians come out and help two ladies at the check-in kiosk and after she was done with them, she asked everyone in waiting area if everyone was checked-in? I thought that was very nice and thoughtful as not everyone is familiarized with the system, especially elderly people. And since this area has lots of Hispanics, "Se habla Español" :) not sure if they have staff that speak other languages though. Based on today and the last visit, I like how convenient location is, the ease of the check-in (type in confirmation # or personal data, last name etc), and how fast they are at taking your samples (whether blood, urine, etc). The place is also super clean, so clean the sanitized smell hits you in the face when you walk in, just like a hospital. They also have sanitizers and tissues if you need it. There are about 19 chairs in main waiting area and another room with a few more chairs (forgot how many). It might be a bit too cold in the 2nd waiting area which is to the right when you get called in. I waited there on my first visit and an old lady was freezing while I was in shorts :) So if you get cold easily, bring a light jacket or sweater, but you might be in and out so then again you might not need it. read more

Maybe it's because of covid but I had an appointment for my daughter. We only waited 10 minutes to get in the waiting room and another 5mins in the waiting room. They were quick with drawing blood from my 11 month old. read more

I absolutely hate having blood drawn, I have a needle phobia thing so I am nervous whenever I have to go. I do not remember the name of the Phlebotomist but she was so very kind and friendly. Quest Diagnostics is consistent in it's lack of customer service. On this particular visit I walked in to make an appointment. And to see if walk-ins were possible how long the wait was. The lady at the receiving computer asked me if I had an appointment. And then handed me a piece of paper. She said this is where you make an appointment. Then walked away and open the door as if escorting me out. But apparently she was holding the door for the next person she was calling in and we almost bumped into each other as the communication and body language was ambiguous. I was under the impression and even by the phone-in appointment line that walk-ins are permitted if there's an opening. Meaning perhaps there might be availability prior to closing or perhaps there maybe a cancellation. People at this business can't seem to be bothered with talking to potential customers. Perhaps because Insurance dictates where you have to go and customers don't have a choice so there's no real need to have any people skills. Which is a good thing for these folks or they wouldn't sustain their employment. It's a frustrating experience for customers. read more

This place is horrible my mom has 11:45 appt and she had to wait one hour and then they said they didn't have the right orders for her blood work. She went to the Quest in Weston behind Pollo Tropical I would not recommend going there. What bad customer service. I would give this place a zero!! read more

Once again, this Lab has no respect for people's time. You can't keep using Covid-19 as an excuse for delays This time my wait was 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. Some of the nurses who take the patients back can lose the attitude and anger. Customer service training would do them well. I look forward to taking my future business to LabCorp. And please save the generic corporate response. You have been receiving multiple similar complaints about this location for a while. read more

Ok, normally I would not be inclined to write a review of a place that causes myself pain every time I visit but if you need to have blood tests this is the place. More specifically - DO NOT GO TO LABCORP in the same plaza. Honestly the difference between going to Quest and Labcorp is the difference between hanging out at the Playboy Mansion for the Victoria's secret afterparty and being in your dorm room at the Citadel trying to find a Tinder hookup. Seriously the Labcorp in this same mall is a Sh#4 hole. I went there one time at 7:05 and there were 20 people in the waiting room and no-one behind the check in desk. 30 minutes later there were 25 people in the waiting room and still no one checking people in (just a sign in sheet). The last time I arrived at Quest there were about 12 people ahead of me at 7:05AM. By the time I finished it was 7:30 and they had cleared the waiting room. This place is fast, clean, and efficient. They have 3 check-in windows vs 1 for Labcorp. If you need blood work or testing done, do not hesitate to come here as it is great. read more
